I had been looking for an affordable set of tires, who isnt, for a 2015 Honda Crosstour I recently purchased.After an extensive search, I narrowed My window down to the BF Goodrich Advantage TA Sport tires. On Clearance and at a great price. Ben had taken exceptional care and very professional. We had set an appointment to return once the tires arrived. Things happen and the tires did not arrive. The purpose of this review is to acknowledge Bens professionalism with regards to handling the situation. Ben was phenomenal. He was able to locate a different tire that would ultimately meet / exceed My expectations. It is too soon to speak to the ride and performance but it is evident that Bens purpose is to make sure to take care of the Customer. Thank You Ben for taking such great care of Me and the situation. GREAT SERVICE.

I personally will not recommend this place to anyone that wants to be treated like a decent person. Yes I didn’t receive the expected repairs to my Jeep Wrangler but my alignment was never properly done even after taking it back to have a different tech correct it. I felt like I was treated like a criminal when Eddie told me that this store doesn’t take checks as payment, and then called my job to verify that the check was a good check. And lastly, when I ask for them to order a extra tire for my Jeep Wrangler b/c they only ordered four tires (Eddie stated that some people can’t afford the fifth tire) I still haven’t received that tire.

I used to love this place, but after this last experience, Ill never go back.I brought a wheel in to have the tire replaced. They lost the wheel spacer and didnt mention it got lost when picking up the completed wheel. When mounting the new wheel without the wheel spacer it ruined the whole hub, which ultimately cost about $600 in repairs. Customer service took no responsibility for their mistake and even blamed me. Here are their words in from email, The damage you caused to your vehicle when referencing mounting the wheel without the spacer.They did offer a discount card, but never sent it. Apparently they pride themselves in lip service instead of customer service. On top of it all, two weeks after the whole issue they call up asking if I still want the wheel spacer they lost and werent able to find after carefully searching the shop and even looking at video.

Ben and Eddy and their team are great. I had an ongoing check engine light that needed to be figured out so I could get the car inspected. After a few fixes that took a little longer to figure out, they told me to drive the car for 50-100 miles to make sure the check engine light stayed off and the car would pass inspection, then they would settle up with me.I have been here multiple times with other vehicles and have always been treated the same.

5 stars. In a bind on Sunday afternoon with a screw in a tire and traveling back to Atlanta early Monday. Eddie Rivera was able to get me in although they were busy. This past weekend, one of my headlights went out. I know its not a major job, but I didnt know how to do it myself so I bought replacement bulbs Saturay morning at an autozone but they wouldnt replace it for me. I was in a major rush that day, as it was my wedding weekend, so I didnt have much time to figure out how to do it myself and I was going to be driving at night the next two days so I needed it done asap. NTB was across the street so I drove there and asked Eddie at the front desk if they would be able to help. I didnt have an appointment/had never been there and there were no openings that day. I totally understood and didnt push back but wasnt sure what my other options were. Eddie then accommodated my sudden, unplanned need even though they were really busy that day and took time out of his day to fix it for me when he definitely did not have to. It meant A LOT to me especially because of how stressful a wedding weekend can be to begin with. Their kindness made my week! I will definitely be back for my other car maintenance. Called Eddie at 6:05pm, needed four tires for my wifes car, and he had the brand she liked in stock. He asked me how fast I could get there, and when.i walked in he asked for my keys and they immediately got to work. Amazing service!!!!!

I cant recommend Huntersville NTB highly enough. They saved me from a major jam. 3 hours in to a 11 hour drive back home my low tire pressure light came on while traveling on I-77. A terrible feeling. I got off the first exit, stopped at a gas station and sure enough I could hear air leaking from my rear drivers side tire. Clearly I had run over something on the highway. The woman working in the gas station recommended going to NTB around the corner and thats where Eddie the Service Manager, and the kind woman running the office saved the day. They were busy and a typical place would have said tough luck you can pick it up tomorrow. I would have been stranded with those people. Instead, Eddie got my car in the garage, found the piece a metal that had pierced my tire, patched it up and got me back on the road in a matter of like 15 minutes. He also cared about my safety because throwing the spare doughnut on with 8 hours left of highway driving wasnt an option to him. Im pleased to report I made home safe last night and cant thank NTB enough.

Excellent service! Came in with a leak in my tire after going to Woodies Auto Shop. Woodies told me they couldn’t fix the leak and I would need a new tire. I was able to get in immediately to at NTB with a quick fix. I highly recommend NTB Huntersville!

I purchased 4 new tires along with a road hazard warranty less than a year ago and I went to this store to get a damaged tire replaced. The replacement tire had been sent to the store and I told the associate, Jenna, that I wanted the tire replaced and would pay for the new warranty on the tire. After keeping me waiting 2 hours with hardly any customers in the store, she had Alex, who was the only tech working, just patch the tire with no communication to me. I questioned Alex about the patch as I was worried about it not holding up as well and it was also not what I had requested. Alex threw up his hands and angrily walked away from me like he was done and not going to finish the work! Alex was the only tech there and I had to go find Jenna to see if he was going to replace the tire after already waiting 2 hours. As he was replacing the tire I went over to him and I asked him several times to put the wheel lock back on instead of the regular lug nut and to put more air in the spare tire. He completely and blatantly ignored me and refused to do any more work on my car, and Jenna refused to take any action, acting like there was nothing she could do to make him. After leaving the store I noticed the car did not ride the same and found that he did not balance the tire correctly. As shown in the following pic he added a new set of weights to the wheel and also left the old weights on the wheel making the tire unbalanced. Now I have to go somewhere else that employs competent people without attitudes to get this sloppy work fixed, get the wheel lock back on the wheel, and get my spare tire filled with air. I have been a loyal customer of NTB for well over 10 years and have always bought my tires there. Unfortunately this was not the first time I have had problems with the quality of their work. However, this most definitely is the straw that broke the camels back and ALL future tire purchases will NOT be made at NTB. Their customer service has gone completely down hill along with the quality of the work.

The guys on Statesville Road are fantastic.I pulled in at almost closing time knowing I was going to leave it there for the morning. The young man was very nice & helpful. I bring all 3 of my cars there for service. Super service all the time!

Scheduled oil change online.4:00 pm appointment and at 4:22pm I was out the door with the job completed. Quick, clean, no games just prompt service.And all at a reasonable price.Thank you!

So very grateful that this place was off the highway when I had a brake issue. Ben parked & unhooked my uhaul trailer & quickly got it on a lift to replace a bolt on new brake caliper & checked the other side. He hooked my trailer back up & did this all without charging me a cent! WOW!!! Awesome place & highly recommended!

I could not speak more highly of NTB Huntersville, particularly Mr. Eddie Rivera, service manager! I discovered a nail in my tread 20 minutes prior to their close time, right before I was meant to depart on a trip, and they still squeezed me in to repair the tire which kept them past their close time, to no complaints! They did not simply put my spare on, instead they completely patched the tire flawlessly! The staff was welcoming and kind, and I am thankful for their gracious service.

Fantastic Service ! Way Above & Beyond !! My wife and I were traveling from Ohio to Myrtle Beach for our vacation. The rear tire on my car picked up a nail and lost most of its air. We were able to make it to the NTB parking lot in Huntersville at Exit 23, I-77. It was close to midnight so we spent the night across the street at the Hampton Inn. I was at the front door of NTB first thing the next morning ( a busy Saturday ) at 7:00am when they opened. Even though they had a Full schedule, and also short handed, Service Manager Eddie Rivera took Great Care getting my wife and I back on the road !! He said you look like you need a tan so I want to get you and your wife to the beach !!! THANK YOU SO MUCH Eddie !!!! You Saved our Vacation !!

Fast, friendly and professional service. Was actually looking for Goodyear when I came across NTB. Went in for an alignment and had a funny wobbling sound in back of car. They quickly diagnosed the problem as a separated thread yet said tires are at end of life. They didnt have tires in stock and said they could order yet also encouraged me to check around to see if someone else had them in stock. Found them elsewhere and NTB gave me a quote to price match. Meanwhile, while they completed alignment, also diagnosed a tire flat sensor. Ultimately, they only changed me for the Alignment. Ill go back next time I need service or tires.

I had my car towed to NTB in Huntersville because of a flat tire. Everyone I spoke to on the phone and in-person was very helpful and nice. They took care of the issue right away and fully explained what happened and how they repaired/patched the tire. It was my first time going there and I would definitely use them again!

Great place with very trustworthy people. Took vehicle there yesterday as a screw was in the tire, but it turned out it was just in the tread and did not puncture the tire. The technician was very nice and checked all the tires. They did not charge me anything. It is rare to find places with honest and hardworking people now. This spoke volumes to me and I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

I went in to have a leaking tire fixed. I noticed they balanced the tire that I didnt ask for. I should have said something at that time but I didnt. My fault. It was only $9 extra, but it speaks to the character of the owner. Also, I noticed the technician while driving my car out of the service bay had his mask off. When he saw me he quickly put it back on. Again, poor management and leadership. I had planned to buy a set of tires very soon, I wont use this place.

I’m was happy to find a shop open on Sunday that could fix my flat tire and get my week off to a good start.

I got a flat tire. I visited this place to fix it. They said it would take three hours. After three hours, I got a call saying they could not repair it. I have to buy a new tire for $250. I picked my tire from them and visited a local tire shop, and he fixed it for $20.

Saw that I needed air and diverted over to this store. Manager was the only available tech so he added air to all 4 tires and even checked the spare mounted on my tailgate. Took 5 minutes but was a free service. Store was very very clean. Manager was hospitable and personable and clearly had pride in his store.

I had to get my battery replaced ASAP since I was going out of town for a few days that day. They said they were all booked but like I said, I was crunched on time and Eddy (I think) helped me so much! I will be back to compensate properly! thank you thank you so much!

2 stars for overall experience, but 4 for workmanship.I went in for a stuck front window, was quoted one price but paid a much more higher price. Don’t get me wrong, the replacement was good, but unnecessary. The motor & regulator were fine, because when tech installed the new one he was having same issue with opening & closing window. Something else was wrong, but ended up paying for a whole new assembly & double labor (diag & actual labor). Over $350.Writer told me one price & made me feel like he was giving me a break when I came in to pay, but the price he gave me over the phone was what I ended up paying.If you don’t mind paying higher prices & a little dishonesty, then shop is for you.

Ordered tires for my vehicle one week ago. Very happy with both Riley and Edwin. They were both a pleasure to work with. We called and heard our tires were in and were instructed to come in (even without appointment). While arriving to the store Jenna was there and was very rude to us. It was apparent she was Unwilling to work with us from the beginning. Edwin stepped in and helped (thank goodness for Eddy). When we arrived to pay, Jenna made it a point to help everyone else besides us and when it was our turn I almost thought she wouldn’t accept our $25 off coupon (we spent over $700 today). She then made it a point to hold our ticket up and yell at Edwin in front of us stating “I TOLD YOU LOF WAS ON HERE LOOK AT THE TICKET” did not find it professional to yell at a coworker in front of us about services rendered on my vehicle. Walked outside and the car was parked into the curb with my brand new tires.

This location was fast and friendly! They got me in without an appointment and took care of my flat tire. They were so pleasant and helpful!

Amazing customer service. I needed a new set of tires and the manager, sorry forgot the name, helped me find the best deal and ordered some good tires at a great price. Came back a week later to get them put on and come to find out somebody accidentally sold my tires (oops). The manager went above and beyond and comped even better tires (Michelin) that were not on sale at all and now my Corolla drives like new! They also gave me a perfect alignment. Thanks again!

I thank the manager Eddie so much, I had a flat tire at 6:30 pm and had a distance from 480 Miles in front of me. The manager changed and repaired my tire him self so that I could drive my way back home. The service was awesome the stuff really friendly.

I arrived with my steering wheel vibrating. I dropped my truck off for the day after telling them about my issues. They called stating my vehicle was fixed, I asked the tech if it was driving better, he said it’s driving perfect. I paid a few hundred dollars assuming all was good only to find out I still have the same issue as earlier. This place has inexperienced young’s kids working who could care less about getting a job done properly.

I love this location. The customer service is always exceptional, and my car is completed in a timely manner. I used to go to Firestone and it would take three hours for just an oil change. Here, its done in 30 minutes. Thank you for a great experience every time. Eddie is the best!!!

Great mechanic work for a large a Nationwide store. Their prices are very competitive and for more affordable than some places I have gone. I got a timing chain kit done here and they did great work, had it done within 4-5 hours and charged me about 400 less than their competition. Staff here is also very friendly and helpful and does not try to rip you off like some mechanic shops do.

Went in to get my tires installed. That went great, but, I was told my brakes were almost metal on metal, 2 mm thickness left I was told. Well, today I pulled off my tires and installed new brakes since I was that far. Anyways, the brakes I pulled off were cose to the new pads thickness, still had over an 1/8 inch in the break of the pad. Got a very bad feeling about this place after that and wont be using them again even for tire installs.

This shop is wonderful! They may be part of a large chain but they act like a small town shop. Theyve always treated me well and given me great deals on both tires and service work. I would recommend them to anyone.

One of the BEST customer service experiences that Ive ever experienced!! We started having issues with our tires enroute from Ohio to SC. We called and Bob told us to come on in and theyd take care of us. The shop was very, very busy with scheduled appointments and walk-ins when we arrived, yet they still resolved our issue and had us back on the road in less than an hour! Very hard workers and just top notch service! If we lived in the area, we would be regular customers, for sure!!

This is a great shop for all repairs large and small. Ive had everything from tires patched all the way up to getting a timing belt replaced and the manger Ben has been fair, honest and helpful. Wow so DELIGHTED! Most of my adult life I have complained about the younger generation and how slack they are in the last few decades, and then I came here and was so shocked to see such a young crew of professional and hard working men. Average age mist be less than 30. I walked in was greeted, ticket was immediately made after answering a few questions, truck was being pulled in by swift young man named Ben before I could decide on where to set in their awesome waiting room. Decided to watch through the window while they worked and after 10 minutes the manager (Ben who was proactively involved) communicated my concerns to the technician and was right back in with the plan of action. I am a service center owner in Florida and already evaluated what was needed with my truck and they nailed it, all of it in its entirety and in the proper order. I was impressed enough to offer the manager Ben a job and relocate him to Florida. Good news for the ownership and the community, he said that he was happy for now with his job and location. Big shout out to you fellas, I hope another customer reads this and mentions to them to read it.

My husband and I, being new to the area, choose the NTB Tires & Battery location in Huntersville NC as we were assured a safe environment amid the caronavirus pandemic and as part of their commitment to do all they could to keep the public safe, all of their employees are required to follow the CDC recommendations to help mitigate the spread of the caronavirus including the wearing of face masks. We are elderly and rarely leave this house due to us being an at risk household so this was critical in our decision to take our vehicle there for service. When we entered the reception area to pay our bill, wearing our face coverings the woman at the customer service counter was wearing her mask pulled down around her neck and when we politely asked her to adjust it to properly cover her mouth and nose area she very abruptly and in no uncertain terms informed us that she outright refuses to wear the mask even though her boss requires it of all employees and went on to say she doesnt care that he knows it and she will not be forced to wear it. We quickly paid our bill and left as quickly as possible knowing the risks we faced by possible exposure. This business owner/manager was apparently aware of this employees position but is obviously more concerned about profits by choosing to put us and others at risk. They will never see or hear from us again, unless of course someone in our household tests positive for caronavirus then we will do the morally correct and Christian thing to do and have our doctors contact them. We are appalled by this!UPDATE: NTB Corporate office reached out and apologized suggesting we contact them however as stated in initial review they would not be hearing from us again unless necessary. They responded within 24 hours and for that we thank them but the damage was already done. Hopefully the issue will be adequately addressed for future customers.

Excellent place for my car

I stopped in to have a flat tire looked at (hoping it was just a patch job) I was shown there was a nail in one place but a gash from driving over a broken key in another. I needed a new tire so I figured I would just get 2 since I thought I needed them anyway. Talk about honesty and integrity, I was told my other 3 tires are fine, just get the one, and my tires are not standard so it had to be ordered. It was there the very next morning and I was on my way. NTB Huntersville will get ALL my business. Thank you for giving good ole honest service!!

I went here for everything for 2 cars for 2 years.. then I went in to ask about my tire pressure light.. they said I was just underfilled. Then I wake up to an entire flat and have to get a tow because no one saw a giant screw in it. So instead of a patch we had to get a whole new tire. Best birthday ever. Currently looking for a new tire place that is reliable if anyone has any suggestions.

I ordered tires from an online reseller and had them delivered to NTB on Statesville. They were very accommodating as far as scheduling was concerned, super friendly, offered the installation service at an amazing price, and did a great job mounting the tires. Had a flat so was an emergency. Asked them to help. All of the employees were sitting inside, they said they were so busy it would take 3 hours to even look at it. I am not from here so cant just drop it off. Asked them to at least take a look and see if it was safe to drive to another location to fix it. There was a bolt in it. He put air in it said it would be fine but that I needed a new tire. Drove 1 mile down the road and it explodes. Get towed to another NTB (one that they sent me to) and this one is saying the other location has my tires but they dont!! Worst customer service I have ever experienced and laziest employees. do not I repeat do not take your car here!!!!!!!

This was my first time ever using NTB and I am very surprised at how easy and painless it all was. I would definitely come back. Great staff, nice and quiet environment inside.

So I have an appointment with these guys because Im handicapped and cannot leave my vehicle. Its not for a normal person to drive as it has no driving seat and is highly modified. I asked the 2 guys inside if they wanted me to pull my vehicle in due to the amount of modifications. The boss says, yes. Then the trouble began. The old guy in the front takes my keys and goes to my vehicle and starts pulling on the driver side door. I go out the front door of the business an start yelling at him to stop. The guy just looks at my keys, hits the unlock button, and keeps pulling harder. The problem with this is that he disabled my lift. I tell the that this is why I asked for me to drive my vehicle and not the business. He doesnt say a thing. Not Im sorry. Not can I help. Nothing. So I tell him to go back inside and Ill work it out. After I work for 10 minutes I get my vehicle lift working. If he cant follow simple directions what are they going to do to a vehicle? I left at this point.

I got their oil change special. It was a great deal. They also thoroughly checked my tires and brakes, and discovered a problem with my ball joints. I was able to watch the whole time from their comfortable lobby, and I cant help but agree that those ball joints need replacing. The labor rate they quoted was rather higher than other, non-chain mechanics in the area, and I already have a relationship with a local mechanic, so Ill be getting the ball joints elsewhere. However, from what I saw, I believe they could be trusted to do the work well. Also, they could have done it that same day. So if you have money and are in a bit of a hurry, but dont want to go to a dealer, these guys are a solid choice. They were also kind to my 2-year-old, who watched them work through the window.

My low tire pressure light can on today. I stopped at 3 gas stations and their air was out of order. I stopped here and they helped me out and was very kind. I will definitely be back if I need maintenance on my car in the future!

I was very impressed with Eddie Rivera the service manager at NTB. I was having issues with my cars charging system. I was sitting at autozone across the street and they told me that my alternator was bad which was surprising as my car is a 2014 with only 47k on it. A replacement part was going to be $400. I wanted a second opinion and Eddie was happy to give it a more thorough investigation. His mechanic found a faulty sensor which caused the error much less expensive than the new alternator. On top of all of this the final bill came in lower than expected. Very pleased with the service and would be happy to return.

They were very courteous very helpful few things went wrong but they took it upon themselves to fix it and charge me nothing for it I think theyre excellent there Ive been going there for about 2 or 3 years now is the best place in the world to get your car worked on kudos to everybody there

The guys at NTB were professional, efficient and courteous. I went in 3 days ago with a tire that needed a patch. It turned out the tire needed to be replaced. They showed why it needed to be replaced, ordered the tire, called me when it came in, and installed it with no hiccups or surprises. Thank you guys.

I stopped in for help with my tire pressure/inflation. Even though the store was closed early for a meeting/training, Tommy came out to help and made sure everything was good before I left. Based on his willingness to help, I will probably use their services in the future.

NTB has always done a great job of working me into the schedule when possible, completing the work I need quickly and correctly, even pointing out opportunities for savings or rebates where possible. I keep coming back!

August 22 2019, i walked into NTB for oil change. Due to nature of my job it is very hard to schedule appointments. Eddie and Jenna are both aware of my situation. I have been going to this particular NTB for a long time and Eddie has always appreciated my loyalty and always gone and extra mile for me and offered the best service. Little did i know Jenna does not appreciate me. On this mentioned day, i walked in about 5.50p it was raining heavily with so much traffic. All the managers had left for the day and only Jenna was in the store. I told her i needed oil change and immediately she told me it cannot happen as she only had one mechanic. I persuaded with her a little bit however her stand was a big NO - guess she wanted to proof she is the manager in charge and things will go her way since Eddie was not around. Well, i decided to sit at the shop to wait for the rain/traffic to subside. I AM GLAD I DID!!! 30 minutes later, at around 6.20ish a white lady walked in just like i did and she said she is having some tire issues. Immediately, i mean immediately, Jenna asked for her keys and prepared her work order and ran it to this one mechanic that she had at the shop. The white ladies car was pulled in and immediately the one mechanic started working on the vehicle. I WAS MAD, I couldnt have let this slide. I stood and asked Jenna politely, how come this lady walked in just like i did and she is receiving service and i didnt? Her reply and i quote: Her issue is an emergency, yours is not. Again, it is NTB policy to treat tire issues as emergencies and not oil changes I asked her, where at NTB do i read that? Is there anywhere at NTB this statement is posted? Just so customers can know what is more emergency than the other? Does she know how low my oil was before she can open her mouth to say my issue was not an emergency? What about if my car breaks down as a result, will NTB fix it for free? This is what i call racial discrimination. I have been loyal to NTB for a long time, only to be treated like trash. A white lady walks in and she receives special treatment. It is a big SHAME!!! Guess it is about time i start taking my few dollars for oil change elsewhere and leave NTB to service tires - that is where they get BIG DOLLARS

These guys are great! Always willing to offer advice on maintenance and whether or not you really need it yet.

As always, Ben, Eddie, Jenna, and the rest of the team at NTB Huntersville off Statesville went above and beyond when servicing my Truck. I highly recommend taking your vehicle into to see them next time you are due for any services.
