We always get our vehicles inspection done here and we get excellent service.

Mr. Hawkins has always been personable and friendly and does the job quickly. The connection with the DMV is a bit slow, but that is the government connection rather than the shop. He has always been helpful and answered questions, even when they were outside the inspection process.

The man that works here is the rudest person ever. We have been coming here for several years. He has never been nice but does his job. Today, I ran into him in the parking and just asked him if I was to enter the building or not. Many places have different policies due to COVID I just wanted to respect whatever the policy was. He made a scene, sighing and pointing at the door in exageration. I apologized for speaking to him and he replied sarcastically its not you its me. Yes, hes the problem so I decided that I preferred to take my business elsewhere.

Fast and professional. Not very talkative but got right to work and had my on my way in a hurry. Pleasant experience.

The main test gets done within time. the most annoying part is waiting to make payment since you gotta wait for data to be sent to DMV server or somewhere. either the software is old or the owner needs to update the internet from dial up.

Best place to go by far. We have been bringing all 4 of our vehicles here for over 8 yrs and are ALWAYS IMPRESSED!!!

I am not the type to complain EVER but I would give no stars if I could. Upon walking in, what I’m assuming is the owner, took one look at me, shook his head, grabbed something off his desk and threw it. After this lovely encounter, he walked towards a car he was servicing and muttered “f**k” in front of me, my child, and two other customers. I am severely disappointed. I can completely understand being stressed out or overworked but that type of behavior is unacceptable. I would have even offered to have come back later if presented the option. Unfortunately, I will never be returning and I will encourage others to completely avoid this business.

I’ve been to this location 4 different times. EVERYTIME he was not friendly, his tone was unwelcoming. He doesn’t greet properly. I will no longer be going here. Will not be referring anyone here.

Great Service the location that Google maps is currently wrong. The place is actually 705 Old Statesville Road, not 15223.

He got us right in on a Saturday with some comfortable seats to sit in. Bill was very knowledgeable and fast.
