Pleased with my experience. Autoworks diagnosed and performed the necessary repairs promptly. Concerning some additional service I requested, the owner inspected and advised me it wasnt necessary at this time. That gave me confidence in their professionalism, and I will return when I need other service.

Bring my RR for suspension diagnostic. Estimate was about 1000$ for parts front lower arms I ask for parts numbers but manager dont give me it when I show him thus arms on Amazon he say this will not fit. Bought from Amazon for 250$ and changed it today for 150$ everything fits good.

They gave us some free advice to fix a leaky sunroof and it worked. Very honest. Thank you.

Dale and his staff were great. I took my car to a shop that recommended him because they could not do the work. I was informed immediately of the costs and kept in the loop the entire time. The American and European car Service is superior, Dale and his mechanic team have the expertise to diagnose and service your vehicle in timely manner. Autoworks makes good on their previously serviced work guarantee as they have made good on diagnosing and solving the variest problems my 2005 Mercedes CLK320 convertible was facing. Highly recommend and inexpensive compared to Mercedes dealer prices.

Great experience. I have lots of vintage cars and I can not speak highly enough of my experience. I brought my 1995 Land Rover County LWB after driving up from Miami. It had an oil leak. Dale diagnosed accurately the same day and had it fixed and he also correctly diagnosed the vibrations in the drivetrain to a universal joint. I wish I had a shop like this in Miami and joked that I would drive the Rover back to Charlotte just to get the work done by Dale

This place is great, friendly staff and when I brought my truck in to get serviced it was only a fuse that needed fixing and they didnt charge me at all.

I dont know anything about cars, so for me taking it to dale’s is like taking it to my dads to fix it! The amount of trust that i have on this man is ALOT! every job he does with my car is amazing... i dont do anything without consulting with dale first. Support your local! I am glad I tried Dales shop. This is where I will take my BMW to from now on.

Left my car there for a diagnosis. Vehicle was returned with an empty radiator. When I called them on it was told must be something wrong with vehicle. Radiator was full before and has been full since. Second vehicle was returned from an oil change without an air filter. Ill never trust this shop again.

First visit for our Audi. Meet our needs. Very much an import shop. Please fix the enormous pothole in your parking lot. Want to prevent damage to my car from the pothole🙂👌

I like this place because Dale does not try to scam you out of your money. If there is no repair needed upon inspection, hell let you know about it.
