I came in for an oil change and left with a 2021 Mazda 3. I absolutely love it. Sonny was super awesome and very informative. I felt like this car was meant for me and I appreciate Sonnys help in making it happen. Finance was painless or at least as painless as it can be. I loved my last Mazda and will enjoy this one!
Yakima was the best salesperson i have encountered ALL YEAR!! She made the experience great. I didnt have to wait forever, she made sure i got the car that was right for me, in the color i wanted and she was just a great listener. I love this in a salesperson because you dont have to keep repeating yourself and it makes you feel a though they are addressing your concerns, which she did. Robert one of the sales managers was great too. Very happy and helpful he made this transaction as smooth as a fresh paved road. I just bought a used Scion from Keffer Mazda and was very pleasantly surprised by the experience. First off, the Sales Professional I worked with, Jason, was polite, professional, and transparent. Secondly, there was absolutely no pressure at all from him nor anyone at Keffer. Thirdly, the price was considered a good deal on the Auto Trader app and the came down even a little more. So I know I got a good deal, especially considering I test drove a similar Scion at another dealer that was way over priced and in worse shape.Also, the facility is spotless and everyone was very friendly. When I brought the car home and noticed an issue with the driver’s side door lock, I brought it back and they fixed it no questions asked. I would definitely go back and recommend them to anyone looking for a new or used car.Thanks again Jason!!
We werent expecting to find a car we wanted to buy that day, but were lucky enough to be greeted outside by your salesman, Sonny. With inventory shortages we didnt expect to find a vehicle that would meet our needs, however Sonny was patient, personable and extremely knowledgeable about all of the Mazda vehicles available . Jay Levin was a fantastic salesman. He made the process as quick, easy and painless as possible. Even though my wife and I didnt end up buying a car here we were impressed with the service! David was our guy and he was such an awesome human being! He made us feel comfortable and like we were a part of the Mazda family. He was also very knowledgeable about what they had and did his best to try to get us the best pricing on the vehicle we wanted. Unfortunately we were unable to reach a deal with Keffer Mazda but we would do it all over again because David was so great to us. Keffer Mazda was hands down the best dealership we dealt with and we loved the atmosphere. If I had to ding Keffer Mazda on anything it would be that they werent able to beat a competitors price by 10% like they claimed. If price wasnt the leading factor in our car search this time around then we would pay the asking price just because of their customer service! We were able to find what we wanted at another Mazda dealership but will always check back in with Keffer Mazda to see if we can work with them in the future!

Highly unsatisfied with the customer service all around. Salesman didnt follow through with anything he said while my car was in the shops for a week and a half longer than expected. No one ever called me back when they said or let me know my car wasnt gonna be ready every time they told me it would be. Love my Mazda3, but glad to not have to deal with the dealership anymore.
Nothing good to say about this dealership. I have had the worst experience with Keffer through out my 3 year lease. No one answers the phone or wants to help you. So much turn over, you never see the same faces. I just really can’t believe how awful they were. Do not go to this dealership!!! I absolutely love my car but really regret buying from this dealership and sales lady. After purchasing I was told she would contact me the next week to set up a service appointment to make a extra key and check in. Never heard from her until a month later when I called the service department myself.Today I went in for my service appointment and waited 2 hours for something they told me would only take 45 minutes. They had booked my service during a staff meeting. When arriving the guy said it would be about 15 minutes longer on their meeting...well it was more like an hour. Very unprofessional and they should have blocked it off and called me to change times.
Do not use this service center. If I could give no stars I would. I took in my Mazda 6 because I was having an issue with the ignition switch and the alarm indicating the key was still in the lock was still sounding even though the key had been taken out. Two hours later the tech comes back with an estimated bill for over $3000!!! While the cost to repair the ignition lock was only $1700 of that estimate, the rest were for things the tech claimed needed fixing. Two of those things were replacing the rear break pads and rotors (I had done that only a couple of months ago) and that the cabin air filter needed to be replaced (again I had done that less than a month ago) and several other things that I was going to have done but Mazda was charging well more than what my regular mechanic was going to charge. When I challenged them on their falsehood regarding the rear breaks and cabin filter the tech started making excuses. End of this long story I learned that certified lock smiths deal with this electronic issue with ignition systems all the time. The locksmith came to my house and within less than 30 minutes had fixed the problem and for only $162. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE CENTER. They are trying to create problems that do not exist and charging exorbitant prices and trying to scam the ignorant.

UPDATE!! Its been literally 3 months since I posted the above, and my car is still at this place getting the A/C fixed. On top of that, they have employees taking my car out on errands, to their high school classes, and even taking my car home for the night. I placed a tracker on the car for my teenage son, only to find out the car is being used for transporting employees to all their daily tasks. When asked about it, they indicated this was normal procedure in their diagnostic procedures to let the technician take it home and/or put miles on it. Unbelievable, they take no ownership. 2 months into payments and as of yet still dont have a car to show for it.WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!

We went to test drive a specific used vehicle we were interested in but not that color or trim, we wanted to get a feel for it. Our sales person was nice, but you are quickly put into sales tactics for which they do not want you to leave. Then when you do finally get away you are called and emailed every day for the next week. Many dealers are moving away from this because they realize it alienates potential customers. I guess Keffer hasnt gotten the memo. One follow-up is sufficient.

Thank you guys for the two amazing cars. Purchased my first car in 2016 and my second for my wife this year. The speed3 has held up great and is one of my favorite cars. My new corolla is a perfect car and with the warranty they offered I couldnt pass it up. The finance gentleman really sold me and made sure I knew exactly what loan I was getting and helped me get the most bang for the buck. They take care of the customers and definitely will be back when Im ready to trade the speed 3 in.
Buying a car is always symbolized as a negative experience. Its important to realize that the dealership needs to make money, the sales guys dont get a huge kick back and often, as long as you do your research and show confidence, you will walk away with a great deal! I had a great experience at Keffer Mazda and left with a 2021 Mazda 3. I love it! You do need to do your homework and research, but as long as you can be patient and respectful, these guys will give you a great deal! Ask for Bob in Sales! Eric in Finance is also AWESOME! Terrible experience. Came in to look at the CX-5 because that’s the car I knew I wanted. Once I said I was just test driving and i was passed off as if I wasn’t buying that day so I was irrelevant. Asked to look at 2019 and 2020 cars and was only shown a 2016 (that was dirty inside) and when I said I would come back a sales man laughed in my face. Luckily, the following week I went to the Gastonia location and purchased a 2020 CX-5 Grand Touring on the spot. Much better service. Don’t go here, go to the Gastonia location.
After leasing and purchasing several vehicles from this dealership over the years the last year has been more than frustrating. They seem to have a problem with women and will only speak to my husband about my vehicle which is in my name. He has asked them many times to call me instead and they refuse. They email us and then dont respond back when we reply. Cant reach anyone on the phone. Terrible customer service all of the way around. Jeremy emails us then doesnt respond. They are not interested in keeping business at all. When you explain to the person answering the phone why you are so upset nothing comes of it. Worst run dealership I have ever seen. If I decide to get another Mazda I will find a different dealership.

I drove 2 hours away to get a yukon that had everything I was looking for! it was a 2016 but looked great! They ensured me nothing was wrong with it a week later the computer module goes out, got it back after a week in the shop and the air conditioner has two leaks in the lines which we found out they knew about! While in the shop for that is when I find out the whole underneath is rusted ! I called multiple times and no one will help me ! Im so disappointed! Im checking right now to see if I can push forward and get this declared a 🍋!!!!!!! Highly dont recommend this place wish I could send pictures of how rusted underneath my car is ! its ridiculous!

I was planning to buy a car, and was taken for a ride by Jeremy ... he tried all sales tactics and no Business Development skills... So I couldnt & cant trust this establishment anymore.... I am going to to give their service center a try (reached out to them for recall service, and it was a good experience). In short, I dont think I can recommend you to buy a car from them, but so far, their service center looks good.---Update - experienced their service unit two times now, its pretty good, changing my review to 3 star.
Wow this place is a joke. My family went to this dealership. Treated them like kings while they was dropping $33,000. Get the Yukon home and what a lemon. First have to get a $500 dollar part replaced, with no help from the dealership. Then the air goes out, no help from dealership and while the mechanic is working on the air he discovers that the Yukon is rusted all underneath. All this is within the first month of having the vehicle. She finally gets through to talk to a manager and he tells her that he wouldn’t do anything until the negative review was removed. All around bad experience. Very disappointed in how this turned out. Her review is still up and she doesn’t need any help, we just wanted everyone to know how this establishment threats their customers. Do not recommend at all. Please beware! Would give a negative 10 if I could!

Run dont walk away! Mr. Cunninghan was our salesman. He was kind and ok to deal with. He was new to Mazda and still GREEN and went back and forth severl times with Mr. Muhammad. We could clearly tell he was under pressure to sell the car. The Pressure came from Mr. Muhammad and other members in the dealership. After about 6 hours of us trying to leave... we reluctantly came to a understanding on a price. While in the Finance office doing the paperwork; my boyfriend had set his Sun glasses ($300.00) on the desk. We stepted out to pay the deposit just around the corner and returned in under 5 minuets at wich time he noticed his glasses where GONE. After looking for more then 30 minuets and asking multiable times if anyone including Nick; had seen anyone go into the office; no one saw anything... There where no other customers in the dealership at closing time. After 6 months and countless calls and several messages left, we still had no glasses. Finally today We received a call back (12/12/19) I received a call from Gene Kahytin that was very RUDE and Disrespectful to me! (Self proclaimed part owner who has only been there since July of 2019) to sum up the conversation...he said his people did nothing wrong and it was our fault for leaving them on the desk. he advised that we call the police and file a report...I was offered 300.00 off my next car....LOL. Im sorry there will not be another car bought at Keffer Mazda Nor any other Keffer dealership. I just cant bring myself to pay thousands of dollars to this dealership. We had bought 4 other Mazdas from MAZDA OF SOUTH CHARLOTTE and never had been treated as poorly as Keffer treated us!

Purchased a 2016 gmc used car here and was told they do a full inspection of the car at the dealership and everything was great on it! Purchased it a little over a month ago and its been in the shop for 3 weeks. The ecu module went out got that repaired with no help from the dealer then the ac went out. Mechanic said they ran dye through the system because they had a sticker under the hood. My wife called the manager and he tried bullying her telling her, he wouldve helped but she left a negative comment so he wasnt. Then he told her in the state of NC they only have to turn the air on to see if the ac is cold thats there inspection. Oh yea and be sure to check under the car its got a lot of rust too!! Horrible experience!! ONLY GETTING ONE STAR BECAUSE I COULDNT GIVE YOU A 0!!!
My car is great, communication from staff is well below my expectations. My tags have been expired and I’ve heard from 2 different managers and still no resolutions. Come to find out Keffer did a poor job researching the vehicle I purchased. Very disappointing experience at Keffer Mazda.

Great cars - terrible attitude: I visited Keffer Mazda this weekend and spent a couple of hours with the salesperson who was helpful. Once we started talking price it went down hill from there. Like a cliff. They have ~1800 of options on every car that the dealership adds on (ie, nitrogen gas in tires their price $199, free at Costco), 3M door edge and door handle guards (their price $299, $12 on Amazon) you get the idea. They then want to negotiate the car price from there. Ok so thats business and sleazy but the problem really began with the managers that were in the tower hiding behind glass where we could hear them talking about us and lots of other customers. The things they said truly revealed the culture and how they think about customers. I wish I could have recorded it, they would be out of business soon if I had that. The sales people were friendly and not pushy. The manager got me the best price possible. Tried leasing a new car, the sales associate gave us outrageously high rates on the phone saying that was the best they could do. When I came in to the dealership the same day, ready to buy a car, the same associate gave an even higher rate than before, he not only forgot the rate he gave on the phone but he didnt even know what we were looking for or bring up any insight or information. We left after wasting over an hour and I immediately went to another Mazda dealership down the road and was quoted about $200 a month less for the same exact car make, model and year within 15 minutes. The whole experience here was extremely unprofessional.

I’m usually not one to complain because I work with the public so for the most part I’m really understanding and patient. I’m pretty sure this will be the last time I come back to this place for any services for my vehicle. I came last week to get my tire changed sat and waited for almost 3 hrs. After 2 and a half hrs the service rep came out to tell the haven’t gotten to my car another 20 minutes. Finally finished and one hour after my car should have been inspected along with my tire change my air pressure and my tire rotation light comes on. I sat there for 3 hrs and my car wasn’t even inspected like I was told it would be. I will not be wasting anymore time at this place.
Pleasant experience. Vehicle pricing on sticker was not reflective of added fees. Car was listed @$23k and price offered was @$24k. $800 dock fees, $600 to register as CPO. Dealer did follow through with updating radio and spare key.
My tire pressure light appeared while driving down 77. I quickly looked for my nearest Mazda dealership, Without an appointment Yeorgios got my vehicle in and checked. I had a nail in one of my tires and got it repaired. In and out within 20 mins. Wish I lived closer to get all of my services completed at this location. Strongly recommend use of this location.

We had a great experience with Sonny. He worked with us to find a car we were happy with and they worked with us to get a payment plan we were happy with. Very friendly and made it a smooth experience! Had Eric for our finance person and he was a pleasure to work with as well.Reason for 4 star: downside is we were there for 7 hours, it took a really long time to process everything and for them to detail the car. Which would have been not too bad but when we got in the car it looked like they hadn’t detailed it, and the car then had a shake going down the interstate that wasn’t there before. We are from out of town so we now just have to find a place locally to pay to do it right.

Service department is the money maker in any dealership. The service here was horrible. It was slow, they didn’t provide any documentation or evidence on what they said needed attention, but were happy to schedule over priced repairs to perform the work. I brought car home and attempted to verify the verbal claims. I couldn’t. So I called the service desk agent I worked with. On hold for 45 minutes, seriously, and I’m told he is the only one working. Seriously? They’re doing so well they have one service desk person. I magically get sent to service manager Chris’ voicemail. I left a message, no response...over 48 hours later. The service agent I worked with sent me a text asking me to review the service. I replied to that text asking for the information I had requested a day earlier. Silence.Summary: Happy to charge you for as much work as they think they can get past you.Won’t be returning.Note: This is super COVID-19 time. NC deaths and infections rising. They have signs on EVERY door stating you MUST have a mask to enter. The staff ignore it. This is a management issue. I have pictures, I’ll be sharing.
Had a great experience a Keffer Mazda. Our sales rep Jose was a bunch of fun and very personable. The entire team there did a great job getting my wife and I exactly what we wanted. On top of that Mr. Sam in finance did an amazing job explaining everything we needed to know about our finance options and how to maximize our money. Thanks Keffer Mazda we will be back.

I purchased our 2016 CX5 from Keffer Mazda in September 2015 and have been thoroughly impressed with this dealership. My usual Service Advisor, Brandon, is courteous, professional and exemplifies what Ive come to expect and greatly appreciate from Mazda. The waiting room is very comfortable and is spacious. Seating has been repositioned to make it a safe environment given the current times. Their staff wears masks and so do customers. Thank you for your safe and modern facility!

I had Brandon Zollars as a service consultant both times Ive been in for scheduled maintenance and he is always cheerful and polite, and takes the time to explain everything. I came in looking for very particular type of car. Chad was our salesman and didn’t try to get me to buy anything other than what I wanted and I really appreciate that. He was friendly and informative. The other two guys who helped with the financing did some absolute WORK to get the car I wanted financed through the bank I wanted, at the monthly payment I wanted and at a great rate! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience all around.Also note that they have an great selection of used cars.
Came in for service after taking my vehicle to an independent shop to verify what was recommended. The advisor Yeorgios was very helpful in explaining what my vehicle actually needed and how I should proceed. Was informed what was more safety concerns and routine maintenance. Next time I will be bringing my vehicle here from now on.

I used to live closer to this location so it was super convenient. Even though my new home is slightly further, I still go to Keffer Mazda because of the outstanding Service team. I usually hate car shopping, because salesmen are pushy and won’t let me look and figure out what I like without hounding me, but Matt was the complete opposite! He gave me time to look around, and grabbed the keys instantly once I found something I liked! He even helped my friend that came with me who had questions. I have no complaints about him at all, he wasn’t focused on how much money he could make but instead doing everything he could to get me what I wanted. If you go by, definitely ask for Matt! This is my second time purchasing a car from them and my experience with Matt tops my first visit for sure. :)
I came to here with a general idea of what I wanted as a first-time car buyer. The experience was a breeze and Tyler was incredibly helpful in answering any questions I had. He helped me choose the right CX-5 in my price point and was reassuring throughout the entire process. Everything was done quickly, efficiently, and with my best interest in mind. I couldn’t have asked for an easier and more positive experience.
Poor customer service. My boyfriend called on Monday to check and see if a Mazda CX-5 I found online was still available and they verified that it was. He told them that we would be coming on Saturday to look at the car since we are from Virginia and could not go during the week. My boyfriend called again on Friday to make sure it was still available as our plan was to go Saturday and look at the car. They reported that it was still available and to ask for Nick when we arrived. So when we showed up on Saturday, we walked inside through the main door. The lady that was working there asked me How may I help you and I told her that we had an appointment with Nick. After more than 30 minutes of waiting and no sign of Nick we asked about him. He was paged again and we waited a few more minutes until the lady at the front desk asked if we didnt mind seeing another sales person and we agreed.The guy that was helping us, told us that the car that we came for was sold. He offered to show us another Mazda CX-5. I noticed that it wasnt AWD. I asked if they had any that were AWD. Since I dont like to drive anything that isnt AWD or 4WD due to snow. He stated that they did not have any in stock. He told me that his manager said they drive the same. I agreed give it a chance and took it for a test drive and right after I took it out of the parking lot I noticed that the check engine light was on. Even though car had only 25k miles on it. We decided that we werent going to bother with it anymore. Since we already had spent so much time there and it didnt have the feature that was a deal breaker me. We should have just left when they told us they sold the car we were coming for. Exceptionally rude as we didnt receive a courtesy call even though we had an appointment and had spoken to the dealership that morning. Terrible communication and customer service overall... Im leaving 1 star review and I never return!
Went in today to purchase a car. Met with Mike who was super nice and helpful. He was very transparent and addressed any questions and issues that arose. The dealership itself was very nice and clean which is important in the age of Covid-19. Overall, it was a great experience and I appreciate the assistance I received. Thank you!!
They do not list the true asking price. Instead they added $1,500 - 2,000 to the price which includes special added features. The salesperson told me the car only came with one key. We had to get the special added features to get the second key. We ran from this place, and so should you. Youtube TheHomeworkGuy to learn how to spot these crooks.
The service here is great. Sonny is a great salesman, straight forward and to the point, and he really works to get you the best deal. I recommend asking for him when you come. This is my second Mazda purchase from here and overall Im satisfied.
