I had a good time buying my car here. I think Tony did a really good job handling my dad’s stubbornness. He treated us very well. He was very willing to work with us which was great. Dealing with people can be hard and he made it look easy. The whole process was simple. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.

At first I was like ahh well see but Owen went over all what the Rav 4 Hybrid had to offer I just couldnt resist. And what made it better was the trade in and how quickly they made it happen. They play games!!! I tried to purchase a vehicle over the phone and they played all kinds of games. They would never give me a price and when I got a price it was $3000 more than what was listed on line. I would not trust them to buy a car from!

Beware of Additional add-on charges after advertised price.Want the second set of keys? thats $400Floor mats? another $400Document Fees (without trade-in or loan) $800Tinting, warranty, etc.. more, more, more moreAfter purchasing a used vehicle, we left it at the dealership so that they could repair a cigarette burn on the and program a second set of keys... It took a week before the car was ready. (I had to call each day to check on it as they did not call to tell me the work had been delayed). When it was done, the cigarette burn was not fixed (looked like they just colored the foam underneath), had to ask again for the floormats, the second set of keys was clearly not new or recently cut, and the car had 300 more miles than was listed on the title and transfer paperwork.Im giving it 2 stars as initial associate (Roger) was polite and helpful and the price was reasonable for the vehicle. I had a much better past experience a Scott Clark... If I had to do it again, I would have paid extra elsewhere for better service and more straightforward sales approach.

As with all car dealerships, they are no different than the rest. I was told by Mary and Angel that a 2013 Toyota Corolla was still available. When I get there, it has suddenly sold....I read about this type of lie from all dealerships. I was also told that they have 50 different lender options for financing for people with bad credit. After telling them my situation upfront, they still wasted my time and theirs by having me come in anyway. There seems to be a lack of communication between the employees. They arent clever enough to cover their own lies....Needless to say, I wasnt approved...2 hours of my time wasted.

Car buying is not something anyone wants to do. John and Jeremiah made this experience 1000x better. I don’t have the best credit or all the money in the world but I was able to get a REALLY nice SUV. They went through everything with patience and understanding which made me feel at ease. I went in after having issues with my current cars alternator. Instead of spending $1,000 to fix it, I thought I’d check out this place. It had been a very rough day for me and I was really hoping to find a place that was welcoming, comforting, and able to help me but sadly, I did not. I was shown a limited selection of vehicles (to be expected in this shortage) and my range was for vehicles under $25,000. I was shown a ~$24,000 vehicle (not an issue) and with the negative equity on my vehicle, should have been about a ~$28,000-$30,000 loan (also not an issue). However, the numbers were outrageous, offering me a $642/month, 60 month term when I specified my budget would be between $350-400/month. Doing the math, I’d have paid off the vehicle in ~47 months and then pay over $8,500 in excess over 13 more months. I understand that money needs to be made and I was expecting it, but to pay that much for an overpriced vehicle already was too much. I then had the salemens/“numbers guys” treat me like I was a burden to them and they were frustrated I wouldn’t agree on at LEAST $500/month. I can’t tell you how many times they kept walking away from me and coming back and telling me “honestly” they didn’t think it was going to work with me and offering no solutions. And they continued this until I eventually had to make excuses to leave because I honestly felt a little bullied by the salesmen. My credit is good, my lender is great, but there was just no way I could ever do business with a place like this. I hope that others can find success with them but I still hope they can find somewhere better. Chris, the sale director from Canada with the nephew interested in geology was very nice. He entered the conversation late into my visit and was someone I probably would have liked to have spoken more with, if I wasn’t already so over it.

If you’re looking for a RAV4 Prime, don’t use this dealer. I called a few weeks ago and got on their waitlist. I was stoked to receive a call yesterday saying they had one coming in. Before starting any of the prepurchase process I asked the sales rep if they sold them at MSRP and she told me yes plus typical taxes and fees, also stating that this dealership sells at the lowest MSRP in a 300 mile radius. I was then transferred to a man, Lee Woods, where we began the process for prepurchasing. It was only after he had run my credit and I had submitted financing information that I found out they are adding an $8000 market adjustment to these vehicles, which is by far the highest I have seen out there. Most dealer adjustments I’ve seen are $5000, and there are dealers selling them at MSRP. Don’t waste your time here, unless you want to pay a massive premium that they won’t tell you about until the end. I ended up wasting a whole day thinking I was getting a car because I was mislead by their staff.

I have to say this was the most pleasurable buying experience I have ever had. I arrived at 9 pm on Saturday and left round 11 pm, they were not pushy and helped me find exactly the right 2021 Camry I was looking for. got a great trade value and all of the staff made me feel welcome. They even overnighted the floor mats to me. I was so pleased that I brought my daughter back and she purchased a vehicle as well. They are the a class act. Walked away after we felt bullied by the sales manager. Bait and switch tactic left us feeling disrespected and backed into a corner. They would have made a sale if he had not been patronizing and inpatient. However, the other staff at this location were very helpful and friendly. I honestly feel bad for the staff since the sales manager ended up chasing us away in the last 5 minutes of our 2 hour visit after their hard work! We went to a Ford dealership nearby and were greeted by both the sales and finance team with respect and patience. We ended up buying a brand new car there!

Spoke to them on 10/14/21 about a 2022 Toyota Corolla. Price on website was $24,205. When running numbers for me, they changed to $27,205 without telling me. I inquired about the raise in figures and they said they had to raise prices due to current auto sales climate and REFUSED THEIR POSTED ONLINE PRICE. That’s right, they openly refuse their online price and play it off like it’s nothing. I went to Hendrick, go to his lots, you’ll be in and out in no time and they honor their price!

Horrible experience. Was told they had two new Corollas on the lot, and that we could come to test drive them. However when we got there, the salsman took us all around the lot looking at used cars that we had no interest in. After being helped by a different salesman, we were told that there were now two 2020 used Corollas we could test drive. But when we were taken to see those (keep in mind, this is the third lap around the parking lot to look for these non existent cars) we were disappointed again with the lack of Corollas. The incredible amount of just pure dishonesty was astonishing. If you don’t have the car available, don’t waste my time.

Keep an eye out for extra charges being charged. Refunds are turned into double transactions to bill you twice instead of actual charges. A couple thousand dollars out of my account and just left to try to fix an issue done by them. But they will promise you to take care of you just to get you out the door when the problems rise. Will not do business again with this dealer.

Third time taking my vehicle in for the same problem, they replaced the radiator and hoses twice.The third time, I only got halfway home and the vehicle overheated - I had it towed back to the dealership and they found the heater hose had come off the lower part of the radiator and all the fluid drained out.I’ll be taking my vehicle elsewhere from now on.

We bought a 2021 Highlander here in December. We found a nail in our tire this morning and so immediately thought the dealership would be an easy way to get a replacement. Forty five minutes on hold, being hung up on, bounced between service and parts. I still don’t know if they have the tire or what it would cost. We were over half an hour on the phone and they were still asking for the tire information… something they should have in their system since we bought the car there about 6 months ago. I’m sorry, is looking up a tire something incredibly difficult? I should think they have an online inventory system that would make this information readily available. We are due for our first service on the vehicle, guess we’ll be finding some place else to take it.

The only reason I am giving two stars and not one is because the initial customer service rep, Roger, was really friendly and informative. When I was handed off to Paul, thats when things went south. First off, Im a returning customer. You would think the red carpet would be rolled out for me, but not so. Maybe because I was a woman shopping alone. Moreover, I came in because the dealership had been hounding me for months about trading in my car for a newer version. Paul tried to push me into something I didnt want. Extremely lowballed my trade-in value. Was incredibly lazy when it came down to crunching numbers. Just overall, wasted my time. Most importantly, though, just lost a once returning customer. I will take my business elsewhere.

So we were very disappointed with the work that was done, the professionalism, communication and ultimately the end product. Casey was the writer involved in this matter, not only did the job take a month, when he said it would have been done in 2 weeks had it not been for the insurance company dragging there feet, problem is that he did not communicate that to us, meanwhile were in a rental vehicle that cost us 1k, when he did finally tell us that, we were able to get them out the next day. This is not the worse part, when they were finally called to pick up the vehicle up, we arrived to find all body lines off, clear bra with bubbles in it, hood not straight (let me clarify, our car is 2021 with 3k miles on it) what angered me the most though, was opening my driver door to find floorboard and carpet completely filthy with paint and sanding dust- EVERYWHERE, not even an attempt to clean, when I confronted Casey, his nonchalant attitude towards this pushed me over the edge, when I asked him who does the final inspection before delivering vehicle to the customer, he says me, and I said your ok with this, he says no, like no big deal, this is a huge deal. We took our vehicle to the dealer assuming that this job would be done perfectly, using dealer parts (we were dead wrong) Kevin, however, the onsite manager, took control of the situation and our concerns were handled in a very professional manor. Unfortunately for them we will never take our vehicle to this body shop again.

I was in the market for a 4Runner and found one on cars.com from this dealership. On cars.com and their website the features and description was identical. I called the dealership and confirmed the features and bought the vehicle over the phone. Made a down payment with a credit card and planned to pick the SUV next Saturday. I took a train from Raleigh and got a call while on the train that the vehicle won’t be ready until 5pm instead of 3pm as agreed. Got there signed the paperwork and the vehicle was finally ready at 5:30pm. When I inspected the vehicle I noticed that the odometer was off by 3000 miles and the vehicle did not have the Toyota safety sense package as advertised on cars.com and their website. Since the person I made the deal over the phone was off that day, I mentioned to the salesman who was handling the sale, and also a gentleman who introduced himself as a sales manager. They had no answer to the discrepancies. I had been up since 6am and traveled from Raleigh and had to wait at the dealership for several hours I was very exhausted physically and mentally. Being a reasonable person I picked up the car and decided to talk with the salesman I spoke originally with the next and address the discrepancies and what discount they could offer for misleading me. I communicated with the gentleman over the phone and text for several days. He assured me that he will talk with his managers and resolve this issue and said that he was sorry about the discrepancies as advertised. After 3 weeks I still have not heard from him. My question, was this bait and switch, did this dealership knowingly made false advertising. I am very disappointed, this is not a fly by night dealership or buy here pay here dealers. Very very upset and disappointed. I wonder if Toyota corporate would address this#Toyota

Quite possibly the worst first impressions of a dealership I have ever had. Called about a new Tacoma they had in stock. The sales rep I spoke to asked me to send in photos of my trade in and complete a credit app. She quotes me the price and says she will contact be back. I don’t hear anything for several hours so I call back and Im passed to the Sales Manager. He gives me a super low offer for my trade-in and says the price she quoted me is actually $5000 more. He seemed like it was annoying someone wanted to buy a new truck from them and only said things that would not want me to purchase from them. Congratulations because I never will.

I do not think that is a good dealer when their way supports customers. They only want to sell the car with their debt but they do not take care of customers’s demand and concern. I called them then no one calls me back instead of waiting without response. It is the way that you are not respect customers positive.

I recently purchased a rav4 from Toyota of North Charlotte. Sales manager Paul Hezar was outstanding to work with during this purchase. Salesman Chris had extensive knowledge of the vehicle which was a pleasant surprise. Many new car salespeople do not know their products. Chris was able to discuss the mechanical aspects of the vehicle in great detail. This was a major factor in making the purchase. I am an out of state customer and I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. Highly recommend

We had a great experience with at Toyota today. The process was very smooth, we loved the car that we picked and the color. All of the associates were very nice, pleasant and knowledgeable. Beginning with Dan who helped us and put us through to Jason. He explained every details about the car and took us for the drive. We love everything about the Camry 2021. Next it was Jon who put the numbers together and made it happen. He is the sweetest person, smart guy.. Finally finance took over and we closed it with a lovely young lady Janis who communicated with us as though she knew us for a while. Thanks to their entire team at Toyota North Charlotte. I will give them a 5 star.

Everyone there was super nice and helpful. I knew what car I wanted when I got there, and they helped me out with the payment plan so that it wouldn’t be too costly. Even though I only got my car yesterday, I love it and can’t wait to drive it some more. I would HIGHLY recommend them. They even took into consideration that I had to be somewhere afterwards and expedited the process so that I wouldn’t be late.
