I always have a great experience here when David is assisting me. He is very good and quite efficient at his job & he does so while always being very friendly, happy, and easy going. That’s hard to come by these days and I’m so appreciative of that! Thank you David (UPS- I hope u give this employee a well deserved raise!!)

Awful customer service. Crippling computer issues. The computer was down, line out the door, and two college kids who were clearly in over their heads and unsupervised were left trying to move the line along. The place has lost all records of all existing accounts, so I had to pay for something they should have billed the workplace for. Itll be months before I get reimbursed and now I have even more paperwork to fill out. No manager or supervisor anywhere in sight. No backup plan for a single down computer. Never coming here again.Update: In response to the managers reply below, I am including that the company that should have been billed is Lake Norman Charter School. Instead, I was personally charged $17.99 and told to submit the reciept to my schools admin, which will generate more work for myself, my principal, and our school accountant.

Place is pretty messy .Workers are too lazy and complaining in front customers why people come to the store to return spectrum equipments which customers were directed by spectrum to do so. The young black female worker was not professional and breaking the waiting line based on her personal preferences ( not sure what is her thought processes, but she took the white lady behind me while the lady was telling her it was my turn) . Her justification was my stuff will take longer! Does that matter? Does nt my waiting for my turn mean anything? ! This is a depressing and unfriendly place . These type of lazy individuals should be trained .I did not want to make a scene, I kept quiet just not to be rude .

Went to this store on 9/10/20 and David was extremely helpful and fast with my fax needs and quickly took care of other customers with a smile on his face. It’s refreshing to see someone with such a positive attitude. Give this person a raise!

Always a line...unfortunately they are pretty dishonest with what they tell folks in order to up charge them on fees only to be told oh well when confronted. Thats ok even though they refused to refund me and corporate pointed me to the store I still got my money back because I had evidence of their lies to back me up. Use another ups store this one is terrible.

Bad service snd no refund!!!I went to take a passport photo and it came out pale and looked like a ghost! Came back to show it to them and the difference between that and my driver’s license photo and I simply asked for either fixing the photo by retaking it or fix colors or refund me if they cant fix it! And they said they cant do neither!!! Had three managers involved for $14 refund! And not even solved anything ..Seriously!

Unbelievable they charged me $2.71 to make a copy of the shipping label on 1- 8.5x11 sheet of paper. The clerks response was its the owners policy. ***Beware*** Go to the grocery store next door and print something for $.30 or Google a FedEx store nearby. It will save you from employee attitude and feeling ripped off!

There is always a wait to be attended. Also on Saturdays they have their hours posted as 6pm close, got there at 5:45pm and they had already locked up their counter to render my rush to get my package out in time, all for nothing. Thanks UPS. You sometimes make it worth using USPS and FedEx.

I went into The UPS Store a couple of days ago with my daughter to get my will notarized. Not only did Tiffany do a wonderful job assisting me, but the other two employees working that day were able to act as witnesses. During my visit, I felt that all three employees made me feel right at home. They were very friendly, helpful and professional. I will definitely use them again in the future.

I ordered a tire online and the wrong size was shipped to me. The return option most convenient for me was to take the item to my local UPS store...Jourdan and David were amazing! I was nervous about taking a full size tire to the store and afraid of looking foolish, for lack of a better word. Jourdan and David welcomed me as soon as I stepped in the door and were friendly and personable. They both assured me that shipping the tire was not as foolish as I had thought and shared stories of other not so common items they have shipped. Jourdan and David, thank you both for being great employees and genuinely nice people. You guys made the experience amazing. Thank you!

I recently landed a new position and needed to get some finger printing completed for my new employer. I searched online and came across the UPS Store. I must say, I was absolutely delighted with the customer service exemplified by the manager Matt. He was very precise and patient in helping me fill out the finger printing cards. If anyone is looking for finger prints, passports, notaries, or any type of faxing or printing needs-- this is the place to go! I will definitely be returning to the store!

I came in never being in the store before and could not believe the customer of these two youn folks working. Jourdan took care of me and had to really be patient w/ me as I came in with 2 boxes I hadn’t sealed yet and then I sealed them forgetting which one was for each person. She was phenomenal and I will be back here more often. Thank you for knowing how to treat a customer (and beyond)

Stopped by today and could see inside that the UPS employee was not wearing a mask and the customer inside had a mask hanging from her ear. The sign on the door clearly states masks are required. Very upsetting.

UPS drivers have left packages at my address 4 times since Christmas that were clearly labeled for an address on STATESVILLE or OLD STATESVILLE RD. I live on Southland Rd and I am sick of their mistakes!!!!! READ THE LABEL AND GET IT TO THE CORRECT ADDRESS PLEASE!!!!!

They STOLE my package!!! I’ve used this store multiple times and have sent around twenty five packages with them and haven’t had any issues, until I had to ship a package that was going to a cbd store. I dropped off theee packages at the same time. Some how they lose my ten by ten by five package and not my two seven by five bubble mailers. They are trying to blame the driver yet the other two packages I sent somehow made it to their destination safely. The only difference was that they were labeled with just a name and didn’t have cbd on the label. I called the store and spoke a woman in the morning who was nice and tried to help me. She couldn’t figure out what was going on but told me she would get me in contact with the night manager because it happened on his shift which makes sense. I get a phone call from the manager after he gets in and once I tell him about my situation he says says oh let me call you back (I’m still waiting on that phone call)... I live near the store so I stop by on my way home. I talked to a CSR and I tell him what is going on he walks to the back where the manager is hiding but I could see him. Then comes back and tells me that I need to just wait on the claim that I filed with corporate essentially letting me know that they really didn’t care that my package was missing and further leading me to believe that they stole my package. Also while I was there a different CSR was talking to the local USPS driver and said “that’s jordans cbd package” the USPS driver didn’t really understand what she was saying and then while he was scanning the package in said “now that I look at the label I see what you’re talking about.” All this just shows me a pattern that they look and watch what people are dropping off. They have cameras but I’m sure they have blind spots. This whole experience has made me not want to use UPS as a company period. I have a contract with them so I’m obligated to use them but I’m sure I could get out of it if I needed to. The worst part of it is that I now have to spend even more money to reship this order that is now days late and hope that my customer will continue to use my business even though I did everything I was supposed to. Good luck to those who choose to take the chance with them....

This store is obviously mismanaged as there was only one employee in the entire store a week before Christmas. The lady working was great and it was obviously not her fault. She was doing everything she could and was apoplectic. However, to expect return business when a store is grossly mismanaged is outrageous. The FedEx store is just across the street and thats where Ill be taking my business next time.

This UPS store is unreliable. I came into the store this past Monday to purchase shipping materials and to pack items for my daughters birthday. Needless to say we were surprised when some of the contents of the box never made it to her because they forgot to add the items back to the box after repacking it AFTER I left the building..not a call was made to alert me to the fact that some of my items were being shipped separately and when I contacted the store Jacquelin was clueless and nonchalant and couldnt hold a conversation in regards to my package. I probably wont venture into this store anymore if this is how they conduct business.

Alright I guess, but a $2.50 service fee for an employee to open an email Ive sent from home is ridiculous. Ive never encountered this at ANY place that offers print services. Ill just drive to a different location in future.

My only complaint is that UPS lost a package I shipped and didnt refund me the total amount for shipping. I was charged 50.00 to ship and they only refunded me 40.00 that doesnt even cover for the missing product. The team members in store apologized and offered a discount on my next shipping. If it werent for the nice people in store Id never use them again because how do you only refund someone for 40.00 when you paid 50 foe shipping in the first place.
