I spent several thousands on an engagement ring here last year, and though communication with Elizabeth was difficult because she would take so long in responding, I ended up buying something I (we) liked.Come around this Christmas season, I request an item, no answer, i request again, no answer, I call, am told Elizabeth no longer works there and I am told that they will find what I am looking for, then NOTHING. No calls no emails no contact at all.So I visit the store. Elizabeth IS working there. So why did they lie to me? Why do I offer a decent budget and then I am lied to, with absolutely NO EFFORT to help me find what i am looking for, after already spending thousands here?Is this true customer service?It does not appear to be the case.After all I sent 4 emails, called twice, and visited the store, all after already having made a purchase there once. I made MY effort to give them my money. They made NO effort to provide jewelry in exchange.

I have been coming here for 7 or 8 years and have never been disappointed with the service. Every time I walk in they know my name, ask about my kids and are right on top of things. I recently upgraded my stone in my engagement ring and they were fair and did the work n a timely manner. I also upgraded my diamond stud earrings and they were honest, when it could have been very easy to try to upsell me to something else. They have always got back to me in the timeline they state they will, even during Covid.

My first time going here, I got my wedding ring resized. The jeweler made it easy and the price was very reasonable. I got it back the next day with a perfect fit and polished. I came by a second time when my glasses was broken at the hinge. I asked if they could solder it, they said with laser precision, so I left it with them. After about an hour they called me and said they were put back together. Great! My transactions here were quick and easy and the service is outstanding. Definitely my go to in the area for all of my jewelry needs.

Absolutely best jewelry store in all of Huntington Beach. You should not go anywhere else because they are honest and care about their reputation. Thank you guys!

Joe and the rest of the team at Affinity& Co are excellent! Super helpful, incredibly friendly, and they provide wonderful customer service. I came in on short notice to get my engagement ring resized and they were able to expedite the process and take care of everything within the same week. They are genuinely happy to help and appreciate their customers! I would definitely recommend.

I had to get a wedding band re-sized in a short amount of time and Affinity did a great job and were very quick! Everyone in the shop was very polite and helpful.

Affinity has a wonderful selection of Estate jewelry. Barbara took wonderful care of me and was very patient as I perused and tried on many items. They did a wonderful job of retipping the prongs on my larger diamond on my wedding band and replaced broken emeralds as well as tightened them in the setting. They were very professional and very skilled and always very helpful. My husband and I had bought our rings at their store 22 years ago and have been customers ever since. They treat everyone like family and are very trustworthy. I would highly recommend Affinity jewelers to everyone- we are very happy with them and know them to be very honest and always have unique and exceptional quality pieces in their store.

Amazing service! Absolutely made me a happy customer and Id definitely go back again. I got an appraisal last minute before a trip and Michelle from Affinity made sure it got done with my time restraints.I also got to see their fundraiser for teenagers and also found a bracelet that was great in price.They made my day!

I used to sell Fine Jewelry. If I ever opened up my own store, it would be just like Affinity Jewelers. I was very impressed with their selection and pricing. Especially the estate jewelry which they had available at a discount. I have finally found a home jewelry store for my family and me.

I am beyond happy with the beautiful job Affinity did on the sizing of my wedding ring. I have an unusual ring and did the job perfectly. The ring looks brand new!! The level of service was excellent and everyone there is so nice.

His advice, expertise, and suggestions were incredibly helpful. What a beautiful store and such nice and knowledgeable people who work there....I just had my initials engraved on a silver flask ..something very simple and they treated it like it was a priceless heirloom...I will go back again.....because I trust them and a trustful jewelry store is hard to find.

Had a great experience here. Brought in an engagement ring just to have it fitted. They were extremely nice and accommodating. There ended up being a couple problems with the fittings and a cracked small diamond which they offered to fix and replace at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend anyone to come here first.

Harry has been my jeweler for over 18 yrs starting from when his store was in Santa Ana. My engagement ring is beautiful, Harry brought in a slew of stones for my husband to look through before he chose the one for me. The staff is wonderful and you never feel pressured into anything. I now live in SF and come down to his shop for my jewelry needs. You will not be disappointed.

Eva and Harry are amazingly talented. I gave them a very old ring which was my husbands Grandmas. They took a diamond from my Dads ring and rebuilt the filagree and repaired, replaced the white gold.Absolutely gorgeous!These family members have passed recently. I now have a part of each to be with me always.They also repaired my engagement ring and wedding band to looking as new as when I was married.Thank you for taking your talent and time. I was on vacation and my necklace broke, I have a special pendant that I wear everyday, I took my pendant to Affinity and was greeted by Joe with kindness and understanding on how special the pendant is to me, they fixed it for me on the same day. I’m very thankful and pleased with their work.

I waited a while to write this review, so I could test the repair over the course of some months.I took my Hamilton mechanical watch here after another repair shop (Shants) fouled up the mainspring...twice. Not only did Affinity & Co Jewelers get it back to me quickly, but my watch has been keeping better time than it did even when new. Definitely worth the drive CA.

Excellent work, Harry is a master of his craft. We had taken my Fiancés ring to a different Jeweler prior to visiting Harrys shop and needless to say the other Jeweler changed the look of the ring completely. This did not please my Fiancé at all and was very upsetting. We then found Affinity Co. and Harry not only fixed the mistakes the other Jeweler made he improved the overall look and strength of the ring. My Fiancé was extremely pleased with the work done. We will most certainly be visiting again for future Jewelry needs.
