Im sure I wrote a review a long time ago but felt compelled to write another one because these people are THE BEST. My husband found them on Google when he was looking for somewhere to get my engagement ring and the reviews were phenomenal so he decided to go with it. They co-designed an absolutely beautiful ring with my husband and the service and care we received at that time was incredible.That was almost 10 years ago, and we now live out of state, but every time I am back in CA to visit, I make it a priority to go in and get my rings cleaned and say hello. They remember me BY NAME every single time (even with a mask on), are so friendly and helpful, and generally provide the best customer service I have ever received. From anywhere.I have ordered a few other pieces from them, all of which I love, and recently went in on another visit to CA because a birthstone ring they had made me had gotten damaged. They went above and beyond to make sure it was taken care of, as well as doing a deep clean and polish of my wedding rings, and got it all done quickly so that I could come pick it up before I had to fly back home.I honestly cannot recommend Shant and the whole team enough - they are wonderful, kind, trustworthy people and will take SUCH good care of you!!!

I chose Simone & Son based on the reviews and I am very glad I did. I brought in my moms old wedding ring to make it more modern and could not be happier with the results. Shant and his design team are extremely talented and helpful. The pricing was very fair to completely design and customize my ring (and see a 3d wax model of the design). My wife wanted to get her rings resized. They sized her finger and resized them, but they still didnt fit right. They offered to resize them again at half the cost and now they fit perfectly. These folks have great customer service and theyre locals as well. Ill keep coming back there!

Had a warranty issue w/ my rings manufacturer but Nick was extremely helpful and had the best customer service possible. He went above and beyond to work with the manufacturer to fix the issue. They also did a perfect custom ring to match my wifes wedding band a few years ago, so now she has one on each side of her engagement ring, so I will definitely be coming back!

My experience with S & S was nothing less than excellent. From start to finish, Angela was not only extremely helpful in creating my custom morganite ring, she shared so much insight about the custom design process and gave me a lot of information for potential future (engagement) ring. I purchased my wedding band from Simone & Son and I absolutely love it! Recently I noticed what appeared to be a loose diamond, so I reached out via their text option and they responded immediately. I was able to ship my ring out next business day and they replaced the missing diamond (it fell out before I could ship it) and made my ring look completely brand new again! I was shocked how amazing my ring looked; it looked like it did on the day of our wedding! Shant and his team saved my engagement! After a negative experience with another jeweler, a friend recommended I try Simone & Son where he often goes. I was on a tight schedule because of time lost at the previous place and I needed a miracle to get this ring done so I could propose to my girlfriend on our anniversary. They blew my expectations out of the water!Everyone in the store is so friendly and helpful, its a true family run business and atmosphere there. I sat down with Jasmine, she was amazing. We talked about my now fiancees style and what we were looking for. She hand drew the ring as I sat there ( amazing to see it come to life right in front of you) and made revisions until it was exactly what I wanted. From there she wrote me a very fair estimate and I put my deposit down. A few days later, Josh called me to tell me that they had made a 3D printed version of the ring and he send me a digital render of it. I came back into the store to see the 3D printed copy. I cant tell you how much that helps in assuring I get exactly what i imagined when i see the stone set in person. Josh and Corinne did a fantastic job bringing Jasmines drawing to life. I made one more revision and we were done.As i said earlier, my anniversary was a few days away on a Monday ( when S&S is closed) and I was going to be out of town the weekend before. Shant agreed to come in on Monday, even though they were closed and remodeling the inside. I walk in the store and Shant is covered in drywall because he jumped in to help the construction crew. I mean, how awesome is this guy? It is very rare to find an owner that is willing to go this far to help a customer and to help his crew. They guy truly cares about this business.When Shant handed me the ring, I was speechless. It was beautiful and so much better that I could have imagined it being. I was blown away by the craftsmanship and their ability to make my thought come to life. Also, when Shant went over the paperwork, he said that their quote was too high and he adjusted the price to less than what the estimate was. Needless to say, my Fiancee fell in love with the ring instantly, and she said yes!On a side note, when I also bought a necklace for my fiancee while I was there. Nick helped me pick it out ( there was no pressure to pay more that I wanted) after telling him what I was looking for and my price range. Highly recommend! I brought in my grandmothers engagement ring that had a band that was worn thin. They replaced the band and made sure I got to keep the worn out part, as Im the sentimental type! Now I can wear her ring and keep her with me always. Next I brought in my own wedding ring that no longer fit and couldnt be resized. Shant listened to my ideas for a redesign and helped me creatively when I wasnt sure what to do. I let him take the reigns and am so extremely happy with the results. I picked up my new ring yesterday and cant stop staring at it!!! They took the diamonds from my original ring and made a show-stopping, stunning piece. Shant did a great job of nailing down the style of my engagement ring and helping me choose the stone. The computer animated design software they use really helps to visualize the look of the ring and they were even able to throw in some custom one off work for furthur personalization. I must RAVE about Simone & Son!We first purchased our gorgous diamond engagement ring in 2013, and then went back to create a custom, unique, one of a kind, spectacular diamond wedding band together that would truly compliment my engagement ring. I worked with Shant via CAD design remotely from across the country, me in North Carolina, him in CA!... The process was so amazing and I LOVE bragging that I designed my band when Im complimented on it! Shant and Sara have been amazing to deal with.Im leaving this review after having my rings services as I just recently noticed one of my tiny diamonds in one of the Halos had a chip in it. And really after 6 years, I also felt it was time to re rhodium dip the rings. Shant and Sara made it so easy and fast to have them Fed Exd to them and back, and they turned them around so incredibly fast! I sent off on Monday, and back by Friday!! We also decided to have them soldered together as there had been some wear on them. This will secure them giving me many more years to enjoy! Truly cannot recommend Simon & Son more! I can’t say enough good things! I made the mistake of forcing my wedding ring on a few months after having my daughter. It got stuck and my finger started to swell. The owner tried everything to get it off and with no luck ended up cutting it off for me. This was done at no cost to me and no real damage done to the ring. He was very careful and walked me through the process. I really appreciated their kindness and help in this very unfortunate situation. Would definitely recommend!

I’ve been a customer of Simone and Son for almost 20 years and every encounter feels like I’m talking with family. About 10 years ago I was eyeing these gorgeous sapphire earrings and thought they would be a perfect gift for my 50th birthday. I reached out to Shant to help me with this purchase (I live out of state, but stop by to visit when I’m in town) and after going over options on the type of gemstone and cut, we agreed on a beautiful blue zircon. The earrings turned out exactly as I expected and I’m thrilled to finally have them on my ears after waiting 10 years. We went to a couple of places to get quotes for a ring to be customized and Simone & Son sounded like the best route to go. And Im so glad we did because they did an excellent job with customizing our ring. Their Customer Service was on point. Responded to every question we had. Kept us up to speed with the process and progress of how it was coming with pictures. They gave us a time of when it would be finished and lived up to their word. Actually having the ring a couple days earlier because I asked them if that was possible. Im very happy with my choice to go with Simone and Son. And Im very impressed with the work that they did. These guys are absolutely amazing. I wanted a custom made engagement ring and they helped walk me through the whole process, from choosing the perfect center stone to designing the band. It took a little longer than expected but the ring is gorgeous and I couldn’t have asked for better service.

I had a super amazing experience with Shant at Simone and Son. I researched a lot of jewelers because I was looking for someone who could do something custom and very specific. When asking friends for referrals, Simone and Son was referred to me numerous times. I chose them because they can basically do ANYTHING, traditional, hip, Art Deco, vintage, extravagant or simple, Etc. I was also really impressed with the technology they use, they build the piece on a screen to give you an idea of what it will look like, then a 3D print is made for you to try on and then once you give them the green light they go ahead and make the ring right there in house.It was a really great experience and totally fair pricing which was a little bit of a surprise because of their advanced process, I thought I would have to pay for that but it’s just the standards by which they work.I’ll will recommend them with full confidence.

I initially found Simone & Son through Yelp and because they had nearly the highest reviews I decided to take my ring in and have a diamond replaced that had fallen out. Angela as well as the other employees there were so warm and welcoming (and I might add hilarious- you can tell they really enjoy each other and have a great time doing what they do) and they did a wonderful job replacing the stone and cleaning up my ring. I had such a great experience I brought back another piece of jewelry for them to work on. They do everything there (like make their own jewelry) and are definitely great people to do business with.
