Their selection is vast and their prices are unbeatable. Plus, you cannot beat the personal touch you get at this family-owned business.We love this place so much that we just bought both our wedding bands here and you guessed it, it was an INCREDIBLE experience. I went with my best friend the other day because she wanted to know more about lab diamonds and let me tell you we had an amazing experience. My friend did not know what shape,size, color..ect that she wanted and was going through so many options. If you are looking for a business that specializes in diamonds and making your design come to life I cannot recommend them enough. My fiancé custom designed my engagement and wedding rings. I’m in love with each piece there are no words. The service, the quality the entirety of the business is amazing. We worked with Caraline (yes the one who one of their rings is named after!) and she was a dream.If we are ever looking for more rings or jewelry, this is where we will always go.

The staff is both very accommodating and kind. We don’t live in Huntington but it was definitely worth the drive. My fiancé and I picked out a moissanite engagement ring. At this point, we knew very little about diamonds and the diamond industry, just some basic ranking information used by the diamond certification groups. She spent two hours with us that first day just helping us get a better understanding and idea of what exactly we wanted. Many years ago, my beautiful bride and I went on the adventure finding the perfect engagement ring. I was overwhelmed on how many jewelry companies inside Orange County there were. We mapped out a plan to see as many jewelry stores as we can throughout the next few weeks before our engagement. One of the first stops was in a beautiful mall. I had to restrain myself from these desperate sales people trying to sale me something we did not want. We too a break from the mall. Princes Bride was the next jewelry store we were going to check out. When we entered Princes Bride Jewelry we felt the warm of the stores atmosphere and the employees treated us like family. Instead of selling us a ring, they educated us, and helped us designing a ring. We felt very special and I thought we were done looking, but this was our first day looking and we had a plan to look at other jewelry companies. Oh yeah, when we left they gave us a diamond loop to use as we went shopping for rings. Throughout the week we meet with other private jewelry stores and we found that there is a lot of diss honest sales people out there. With many hours of deliberation we decided to head back to princes bride jewelry. When we arrived my wife was attracted to the ring she still wears today. We come by annually to have our rings cleaned without any hassle. One year they saw that one of the prongs on my wife’s ring was missing and immediately had it fixed.

A locally owned and operated location is always preferable to a chain store, in my opinion. That was what first drew me into the store with my wife. My husband bought my engagement ring from here and he had an amazing experience. I wanted a very particular ring and he searched everywhere for it and couldn’t find it. He came to Princess Bride because his colleague had bought his fiancés ring there too. They didn’t have the ring I wanted but they had a family member with a shop in LA who had my ring! It was absolutely perfect. I had an unfortunate incident where I had a small diamond fall out really early on and they replaced it for me free of charge. Since then, I’ve brought my ring back to get cleaned, dipped and have bought a couple other pieces from there. The customer service is always amazing and they remember us every time we come in!

We could not be happier with my beautiful engagement ring. My fiancé worked closely with Lisa and Sarah to design my ring. He found them through their amazing Instagram page and although we live in Fresno, he was able too get the perfect ring made with only one in person visit. He wanted a yellow sapphire center stone and they worked to find the perfect sapphire, then built a halo to perfectly fit around it. He wanted three dainty bands to represent our three children. I recently got 2 rings that were family heirlooms resized here. I also had some work done to each of the rings that included polishing a stone and replacing a couple stones. One of the rings was resized adequately; the other ring, however, was not even close to the correct size. I was told I could bring the ring back to be resized free of charge, but the jeweler works very limited hours and it wouldve been much longer than anticipated before I would have my ring back. Additionally, the cost of the work amounted to more than what I was originally quoted... but thats not the worst part.When I originally brought my rings in, I never filled out any forms or information regarding email and/or social media notifications. After I had paid for the services rendered, I noticed that @princessbridediamonds and @sarahbacaa (who I believe is affiliated with the business) started viewing my Instagram stories. Its a major invasion of privacy that employees of the business are using my personal information from recent transactions to track my movements on social media. It makes me wonder if my credit card information is also somehow compromised. I recommend doing business with any of the more reputable jewelers in Orange County since this one appears to have questionable privacy and business practices and the quality of work is inconsistent and less than average.

My fiance purchased my ring from Princess Bride Diamonds and although the transaction has been long completed the entire team continues to support us and is always so welcoming when we stop by for cleanings and just to browse. Christina, our sales rep, was beyond amazing and never pushed once to upsell anything. They are very sensitive to your budget and make you feel VIP no matter what your purchasing. To this day im still obsessed with my ring and I would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an engagement ring.

The customer service is amazing. They worked with me and my fiance to make us the perfect ring that she had seen at another jewerly store for over 4 times the price. The diamond we picked out is practically flawless without costing me an arm and a leg. My fiance and I have already referred all of our friends and would refer anyone in the HB area to at least stop in and take a look at their selection.

We had an extremely negative experience with them. They went back on their word multiple times (i.e. price, time of service), were not transparent about critical issues, had inconsistent customer service, and displayed pushy and unprofessional business tactics. It was one of the most appalling experiences of customer service I have experienced.To be fair, they have a nice selection of settings and were really able to help us find a setting I like. We were already set on a few diamonds online but we wanted to give them a chance to have our business. They were very helpful in showing us diamonds in store and even had one shipped in that was similar to what I wanted. Weeks later, we went with a diamond online.We decided to replace the head and set the diamond with PBD to support them. Their cost and timing made sense, and we were planning to get our wedding bands from them too. We had upcoming events in which we were going to announce our engagement so it naturally meant a lot to us to have everything done asap. We had the diamond shipped overnight.Two days prior, I emailed them telling them that I found my diamond and wanted to make arrangements for the services asap. I didnt receive a response in those 2 days.Their customer service quickly declined after I got the diamond somewhere else.*They doubled the price they initially quoted us with no explanation.*They told us if our diamond was damaged during the setting, they would be in no way responsible. If they are setting or doing any type of repairs on your diamond or jewelry that you did not get from them...know that if there are any damages, it will be your loss and responsibility. I wish they had told us this upfront.*Moreover, they told us it would take 1 week to finish everything because they didnt have the head in stock. This was much longer than the initial 1 to 2 hours they told us.If we had known all of this, we would have set the diamond elsewhere to save us substantial time and money.Ring shopping is already a nerve wracking and emotional experience, and what was especially bothersome were the repeated, appalling comments they made after they found out we bought the diamond elsewhere, such as Why didnt you give us a chance?, Why didnt you tell me what you wanted?, and I just dont understand why you didnt let us help you find your diamond. I was very uncomfortable and ended up apologizing (knowing they were potentially going to handle my expensive jewelery in the near future), stating that I am very busy and needed to make a decision. Why would I waste precious time having a jeweler bring diamond after diamond in when I had already decided on a diamond online? And were they really asking me why I didnt prioritize them over me in the search for MY engagement ring?A few days later, they re-emphasized that they would have no liabilty if the diamond was damaged and also stated the diamond was now deemed high risk to be set due to inclusions. Its a VS2. It was cleared to be set before after inspection by 2 of their employees, but then it became too high risk to be set after we asked what happens if there is damage during the setting. The unprofessional, jarring comments also continued. We had others look at the diamond (even a GIA graduate) under a loupe and microscope, and no one else saw issues. All these personal attacks and seemingly last ditch efforts to get business were excessive, petty, disrespectful, and very irritating.They caused a very stressful and negative situation. We ended up having all the work done elsewhere which cost us more and will take twice as long so I will not have my ring for many important events, but we chose that rather than to have anything further to do with Princess Bride Diamonds.Getting your engagement ring is one of the most special, personal experiences a girl will ever have, and it only comes once. The extent to which they disregarded and disrespected that for their own priorities is inexcusable.
