Rick Olsen bullied my 80 year old mother into signing a ridiculous contract with him that is full of loopholes. She asked if her grandson could look it over; Rick started screaming and throwing a fit that it was confidential. Unfortunately, my mother signed under duress. Its the most ridiculous excuse for a contract I have ever seen and many professionals agree with me. But being the scammer that he is, he put a clause that if she cancels the contract she will owe this idiot, $5000! All she wants is a letter from him releasing her from the contact even though the contract would never stand up in court. Being a honest woman she feels she needs that letter from him. When I spoke to him on the phone all I got was a bunch of fast talking bull, its not elder abuse because Im 70 years old. what!? I wont stand for bullying any longer its causing her undo stress. Rick, if you are seeing this, quit being a bully! She doesnt want to do business with you, you are a disgraceful man. As for potential customers, he is a very bad choice especially if he thinks you are alone with no one looking out for you.

I presented an offer for one of his listings Cash on 12/21/17 and he has not returned any of my calls or emails. So sad to see professionals not give value or respect to the business or to the clients.
