Location location location! Lived here for there years now. There are issues here as others have stated in their reviews but you are going to have that any place you live. Overall I will take the lack of parking and other small issues because this truly is a lifestyle living here. The park is walking distance to everything you need in life. Including the ocean! Plus I am very fortunate to be surrounded by really good neighbors which is important when living in a mobile home park with no distance between us.

The location and caring community is worth at least 5 stars. 2 stars off because the present park owner appears to double down on ruthless business practices and many homes are vacant. If the owner goes under or starts doubling down on love it will be a better place to live, fully occupied and more profitable 5 star park. Good news is that you can buy the remaining privately owned homes inexpensively right now.

Great location and I had resisted any poor reviews prior to moving in assuming. Despite the lack of visitors parking available as most use the spots as second permanent resident parking spots, unfortunately during my stay Ive become very disappointed with management, several instances concerning safety have occurred. Several instances of my door knob simply falling off out of nowhere occurred leaving a hole in my door, which management did not see this as a safety issue each time this was brought to their attention. This morning I was told that having a hole in my door was not a safety concern and the handy man would be by sometime tomorrow between 8am - 5pm to fix it. Why was this not fixed properly after the first occurrence and how am I to leave my home like this while I am at work? Furthermore, instances of strangers moving my shed right up to the balcony was also not addressed in any way my management nor was there any concern. Strangers leaving random notes leaving phone numbers on my car were also again of no of concern with management. While the inside of my rented mobile home is nice, Im disappointed in the way management has deal with such issues. Every rental community has pros and cons, I would expect safety issues to be prioritized. I will be moving out prior to my lease being expired for these reasons. I hope future residents will receive better service for this luxury rent being charged by this management company. Ill keep you guys updated on how much of my deposit I get back after hiring my own carpet cleaning professional and professional to clean the place the entire prior to my move out inspection...

Pros Best location. Cute little homes. Really great little community and close to everything. A block from the beach!The cons. Zero parking. You only get one spot per house most homes. Some have two. Lots of loud cars and motorcycles race down Huntington street occasionally so if your sensitive or easily annoyed by loud sounds but there are plenty of quiet times too. Occasional construction as they build new homes so be prepared for that too.Over all an amazing place to live and I’m very happy here.

Took a walk on the wild side and stayed here instead of our usual. The people who run this little place are amazing and kind. It is quaint and cute and was perfect for just the two of us.

Monthly hoa fees are $1800-2000 a month in top of whatever rent it mortgage is in place. Several boarded up homes.. & there are many Very cute houses & rentals... Its too expensive overall in my opinion.. However, the residents are all very nice & unassuming.

Love how cute these cottages are. Nice to see renovation done. Streets in GPS have not been updated & can be confusing...

Crowded and very expensive. Close walk to the beach and Pacific City. Nice pool and hot tub. Mix of new mobile homee with old ones that are steadily being bought out by the park and turned into a rental community

Dont know much about this place, aside from a quick visit recently. Its a good location, but very run down. From what I understand the space rent continues to climb, forcing people to move.

Star, the new management company, has unabashedly decided to enforce its policy of allowing only wealthy, single-car, no guests, no children, conformist, quite residents who enjoy sadistically being singled-out and forced to continually evolve to bolster managements maniacal, egotistic, money grubbing, power-tripping minds to be granted continued residency. Theyll decide if you sell your home or give it to them. Common sense, decency, kindness, compassion and adhesion of law are not traits instilled in their heartless, soulless, cold-blooded, evil bodies. Unless, youre not a resident yet!

Its very nice

Well, if youre looking to rent a mini-house a short walk from the beach and you can afford the cost, this is the place. Unfortunately the, uh, developers are buying out/forcing all the long-term residents to give up their homes to make room for these mini-houses. Most of the residents have been there for decades and cannot afford to move. Bad karma.

Close to main st and stuff and good community but apparently their hiring the rent so people forcefully move out.
