Christin helped us sell our mothers mobile home. She helped us stage the home using our existing furniture, took great photos, wrote up a very nice description, and very vigorously marketed the home. Several offers fell through, but she persisted and never gave up. The home was sold to our satisfaction. I am ever so thankful that we had Christin on our team. Christin is awesome. First off we weren’t even looking for a home at this time, my wife Pam and our neighbor were out and about and our neighbor Phyllis was looking at a property in the park. There happened to be another up for sale that my wife fell in love with. She called me and said you got to see this place. The following day we met up with Christin and she made this happen for us.
