Walked into the store and was kindly greeted by Ana! Everytime we talked she would say my name which is when i knew this is going to be the best customer service ever off the bat she made us feel welcomed and at home! Not knowing what type of plan we wanted. Ana made sure we understood the plans and explained everything very clearly. At this point, Ana was right there with us until we decided on a plan ! After it was all set and done we ended up with the right plans for us! So to say that we are happy customers is an understatement. I totally recommend you ask for Ana. The level of customer service, we received from Ana was above and beyond. Thank you Ana, for your time and patience. It was appreciated. We will be back soon !

When visiting AT&T today, I really enjoyed the fact that they were able to provide quick service even when many employees were already assisting other customers. In terms of wanting opinions and clarification on any questions we had, David, specifically, was able to offer a lot of his opinions and perspectives by which data plans and trade ins would best benefit us . This is when we knew that David was making sure we left with what’s best.

I was super exited since today i was going in for my new iphone 13 in white . Chris was so helpful and polite the whole time. He also help my mother in law and husband last week and same fast and efficient service. The place is super clean with great customer service.

I was fortunate enough to have done business with Rosalia, she was very patient and thorough in explaining all my concerns on my plan. Even offered me accessories that I wasn’t aware I needed; I’ve gone to other locations where the representatives are pushy and get upset when one goes in for questions that as consumers we don’t have answers for. This location is a ways a way from my home but the service left such a great impression that the drive is worth it to business with her again for my next upgrade.

I went into the store to look into getting a new line added and I was greeted and helped by Liz. She was able to help me figure out what was the best type of plan for the service I needed. I also had some questions around setting up internet and cable which she also walked me through the different plans and prices. Will definitely be back when I’m ready to set these services up.

I had such a great experience at this AT&T! I came looking for an upgrade in phone and I definitely left with a new one! My mother was very pleased with her Apple Watch purchase as well. All of this wouldn’t be possible of course without the help of the AT&T representative “Gerardo”. He explained everything we needed to know and made the process very easily and awesome for us. Gerardo, our representative was not only very kind but really did all he could to help us out. He made us feel like the company was really doing their best to make sure we have the best services, something that doesn’t happen often with other representatives. He was quick to help us with any questions we had and went above and beyond in every way he could. We did an upgrade on an iPhone and from previous experiences it is a process that takes very long and is boring to be in the store that long. However, not only was the process fast but it was an enjoyable time. He has great people skills and is an amazing representative, we will make sure to request for him next time we want to change something in our mobile plan!

Edwin Gomez, at the AT&T corporate store in Huntington Park California, provided top notch customer service. He was extremely patient and thorough with us senior citizens in transferring data from one old flip phone to another. It took a minute to do. We are profoundly satisfied seeing as 3 stores and 5 phone calls later, we took one more chance with a AT&T; he saved the day. We would like to acknowledge and commend him. Went in to AT&T in Huntington Park looking to upgrade tv providers with little to no expectation other than walk in, buy and walk out. Service was spectacular! Came in for some technical issues and Vanesa came to my aid right away! She is very professional, well informed, friendly, respectful, and persuasive! Shady staff. Be very careful as they will add things to your account without telling you!? Ive also been offered a promo and when I got the bill the promo wasnt there. Called AT&T and they said that promo wasnt real or I didnt qualify. Has happened twice now so I completely stopped going to them.

First let me say what an improvement the customer service is on point, the employees are friendly and welcoming, I have my business account with ATT for years now and every single time I would go in their was always an issue until Friday, I came in to do an upgrade the girl that assisted me was so friendly and knowledgeable I could have said yes to anything she sold me I can’t pronounce her name but had black hair and green eyes, thank you for making my experience great I will definitely be back to see her

Today I went into AT&T at Huntington Park for a trade-in on my I-phone XR. I traded it in for an IPhone 12 and my experience was beyond memorable thanks to Jackie. I had not come across someone as energetic, helpful and enthusiastic person like her. She is a guest services professional, she is very familiar with the products and was able to answer any and all of my questions.

My wife and I stopped at the AT&T store in Huntington Park to get a SIM card for the iPad we had and to add additional services before we headed back home. My wife had been a little worried about us switching our phone services from Verizon to AT&T and we honestly had a lot of questions. MaryLou ended up staying with us for about two hours to go over our bill, answer any questions we had, and set up our FirstNet for my wife. She also let us know of the discounts we were not getting and that our new phones weren’t insured. Needless to say my wife and I left feeling so much better about our switch and have a much better understanding of what we are getting billed for. She was so friendly and helpful and honestly went above and beyond when she didn’t have to. We are also coming from Phoenix, Arizona, so being out of towners we were not expecting that kind of service but my wife and I are throughly impressed. We definitely recommend anyone who is in need of help to go to this store and look for MaryLou.

Even though we went in unprepared and switched over 5 lines from another company, Devin had nothing but the upmost patience and professionalism to make sure everything went smooth and we felt in good hands.
