I’m really disappointed with this repair place. I got my iphone SCREEN fixed two weeks ago. Dropped it lightly and my phone screen broke and NOW the LCD is damaged as well. I had my phone in an otterbox phone protector. What kind of cheap screen protector do you guys put on the phone ? Don’t come here. Don’t waste your money. If your thinking about coming here. Go back and read it again. I’m really upset and annoyed I have to go somewhere else and get it fixed AGAIN.

Fairly amazing, affordable, honest and fast. I found them via a Living Social special. It only cost $55 for an iPhone 7 screen replacement. I know the area they are located in, Huntington Park, and I know it gets super busy by noon time. So, we went at 10:00 am and we were done by 10:45 am. I could have chosen to have the phone fixed through my regular carrier, but the deductible is $125. A $55.00 voucher was cheaper, faster and we only waited for less than an hour.

My phone was stolen so I went in to get a new one. Within 30 minutes, I had a new phone with my number and account transferred to it. They were understanding and helpful.

Went in there with a messed up screen and display wouldnt turn on with my galaxy S9. They fixed it fast and works as if nothing happened to it (typing this review with my fixed phone) Professional, fast, friendly only down side is when I dropped off my phone there was a guy sleeping on the couch. Worried I accidentally stepped into a homeless shelter without realizing it. But other than that great place!

I really hate dishonest people. Before you go here look up how much the parts for your broken phone cost. On my Galaxy Note 5 the back plate is broke and it’s an easy and cheap fix. The back plate itself costs between $8 on Amazon but the only reason I didn’t fix it myself is because I need a heat gun($15). I decided to call them and they tried charging me $70 for 10min of their time. The repair is literally, “Apply heat to the edges of the back of the phone then pull off the back plate. Stick the new back plate on.”

My iPhone 6 plus had touch disease they were able to fix it in 2 hours. Apple has suggesting to replace the phone that it wasnt repairable.. Thanks

Edit: contacted them at the link provided in their response to the review. They told me this is not a real Total Wireless location. BEWARE.The Repair Center here damaged my PS4 console and refused to take responsibility. They even made me pay for the repair! The console looks like it was physically dropped.

They dont even answer the phone when you acll... waste of time really
