Honestly if I could give this place a 0 star o definitely would!!! I’m NEVER the type to write a review but whe I say DO NOT COME HERE! don’t come here a horrible job was done to my tablet and the service is the WORST!! They have no customer service what so ever! The lady with the horrible eyelashes couldn’t even give a customer service walked always to hide inside since she KNEW she did a horrible job! They should be sued for the work that they do! And the girl even told me that they are ALWAYS getting complains from customers It’s so crazy how this place is there with such a horrible job and horrible employees working there! I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE!!!

I had the worst experience here. I would give this business zero stars if I could. I paid $290 for the store to fix my screen and ended up with a phone that doesnt charge at all. After taking my phone back to the store so they could fix their mistake under their warranty, they kept my phone for almost an entire week without a guaranteed time they would repair it by even though I had already paid for the service the first time I picked up my phone. Manuel, the only technician at this location who can fix Androids, kept telling me he would have my phone fixed day after day for an entire week and when I would go the next day he didnt have the problem fixed. He would then make me wait 2-3 hours at the store because he needed to still find pieces or go buy them at another store. I would arrive in the afternoons because I wanted to allow him sufficient time to troubleshoot, but was instead forced to wait around so he could actually resume working on my phone. I also had to wait around for him several times because he splits his time with another store and I would not get an estimated time he would be back by from the other employees. He was extremely bad at communicating with me about why he needed to keep my phone another day and I had to call to check on the status, even though he said he would call me. They are completely unwilling to accept the fact that they did not fix my phone and are now refusing to refund me.Besides the technicians bad customer service, the woman who owns this place is extremely rude and does not know how to treat customers. Go somewhere else if you need to get your Android fixed.

They sold me a cable that does not work ?????

This place is useless, that man does not know how to fix anything, take to fix my daughters tablet, only to have to change the broken screen, it decomposed it, useless, the woman still tells me that I have to sign a paper that they are returning it to me well after a It took a month and a half to return it to me when I told him that I was not ashamed, he began to insult me, he almost hit me in front of my two young children and I asked if this place has a very bad reputation

I bought a cell phone and it was not for audio, this happened on Sunday and on Monday I left it to fix it and it had been 5 days and I still do not have it ready, apart from the lady I left to bring it to my house and still does not answer the cell phone, This is not a serious business and listened as he tells people to go to the other town to pick up their devices and when they ask him why if they left him he says yes but go there, there is his cellular millet. I do not recommend this place at all, very bad experience with the lady she does not know how to treat her clients,Avoid a bad time.
