My sister had recommended this location to replace a cracked screen on my IPhone 6. It did not disappoint. Simon was very nice and was able to replace my cracked screen in under 20 minutes and at a reasonable price. The guy there is very friendly and Id say he has fixed my 6plus at least 6-10 times within the past year and of course its not his fault it keeps getting broken. Its more or less Im just still with a breaker fellas I know some of you know what Im talking about if she doesnt know them personally oh an they call while its in her hand its going to need to be repaired and at repair gig he only charged me 35 for my screen and like 10 or 15 more if I needed the mic and the front camera repaired. Simon is a good guy. I spilled soda on my macbook pro, the ports stopped working and the computer wouldnt turn on. I couldnt afford to fix it so I set it aside for 6months, i took it to simon who completed the job in a day for $175. I am very satisfied, the man is a genius, a modern day saint. I’m lazy af and unless encountering an absolutely terrible or terrific experience, I’m not about to go out of my way to write a review. However, after getting my iPhone screen replaced, I can honestly say that my visit here was nothing more than the best customer service I have ever received. Not only was Simon incredibly nice and informative, but when I didn’t have enough money to get a tempered glass screen case, he still installed the glass and suggested me to come by when I had the money.Honestly in this day and age, who does that?Before I arrived to the store, i was a bit skeptical when I saw the pricing to fix my iPhone 6s, because it was significantly cheaper than the other places around my neighborhood. Last time I broke my screen I paid around $80, but here I was charged $45 for my iPhone 6s screen. I know new versions cost a bit more to fix, but trust me when I say that it is still way cheaper than the other stores in LA. Please check out this place and support this newly open business. Seriously, they are one of the good ones!

I went for a repair after I dropped my iphone 7 plus in water, and Simon took this repair very seriously. Although he was not able to fix the iphone (fried motherboard) he advised and helped me locate a new iphone.
