As someone who was EXTREMELY skeptical of TV Outlets, I can say with confidence that HDTV Outlet should be among everyones options when searching for a new TV. Not only was Alfredo able to guide me through different options with an eye toward my particular needs, he tested each and every unit I was interested in on the spot. Each looked brand new with no imperfections whatsoever on the screen (no dirty screen effect) and virtually undetectable scuffs on a part of the enclosure which doesnt face you anyway.Although I didnt end up purchasing a TV from them (due to an extremely competitive eBay deal), I know I wouldve been satisfied had I chosen to due to their quality of units and impeccable customer service.
