We had been coming here for years as Gus is a family friend but never again. Car was brought in for a routine valve cover gasket and window regulator, Ill include the details and corroborating pictures taken by a professional BMW Tech below but for those that just want a quick summary, here it is:Gus lied about the parts and services he provided. The ABS module was used and never programmed to my car (he charged $1500 for this). Engine was leaking more oil than before, oil was never cleaned as per normal gasket installation, vacuum hoses were broken during installation but never replaced. Oil drain plug was stripped and sheared when it was reinstalled, came out in 2 pieces due to being clearly over-torqued. Oil pan was still leaking. Widow regulator incorrectly installed resulting in scrapping, non-genuine regulator installed resulting in faulty operation.Gus denied everything when confronted with the evidence and laughed at me when I requested we discuss a refund. He was unprofessional and mocked me on the phone, hung up repeatedly and ignored my texts (pictures below). He had the car over a week longer than he quoted and even after I had proof of the used parts and terrible work, he insisted that I bring the car back to him again... Awful service, extremely late execution, terrible communication, and zero quality, and value.Pictures attached include the report from the certified BMW technician I had to pay for, the diagnostic output showing the ABS module was used and not coded to my car and the texts to Gus about all the issues. The rest just show the state my car was in after paying him over $3000.I have trouble believing these positive reviews as I know a lot of people that had very bad experiences but none of them take the time to review. I couldnt let him keep doing this to people and I hope I can help some of you avoid this nightmare. Just go somewhere else, anywhere else.

Great guys, great service. My inspection was about to expire and I went to this place to schedule an appointment, looked pretty busy, little did I know they were about to accommodate me that day. One of their mechanics took my keys and started inspecting my car. Within 20 minutes or so it was ready to go. Paid my bill and was on my way. These guys are good and the wait is minimal. Highly recommended and will be a return customer.

I got an inspection done and the owner Guss was friendly, helpful, and VERY FAST to get the job done. Went for a wheel alignment and they actually checked my exhaust that’s been making noise for months for no cost. Dealership was going to charge me over 1000 and Gus took care of me for SIGNIFICANTLY less. I don’t know much about cars and they could’ve easily robbed me- it’s happened to me plenty before! They were so patient and extremely professional. Not going anywhere else!

I was very displeased with the services there. The man at the front desk gave me wrong information to finding the product in which the code he have me did not exist. Then Scans an Item I didnt want and pressures me to buy it after I repeatedly told him no thank you.

SHOP APPEARS TO BE UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT.I’ve had good work done here in the past, but it seems that Gus is no longer running the place? In short, new management doesn’t seem to appreciate my business, so I will not be back and will tell my friends and family to so the same.Recently I’ve been having idling and throttle issues with my car. I had a “throttle body service” done on my car at their recommendation. When I discovered that the work had not solved the problem, I returned to them. I dropped my car off over a weekend, something I have done on a couple of occasions before.I called late Monday morning to touch base, and was told that they hadn’t looked at it yet. I explained the situation and reminded them that I had recently been in for the same problem. After waiting all day for a call back, I called again at 4 o’clock to check. The guy was completely unapologetic and told me that he wouldn’t even look at it until tomorrow.Needing the car to get to work the next day, I came to pick it up. When I arrived, I calmly mentioned that I was a bit unhappy that he couldn’t have made an effort to even look at the car being that I was a return client.Instead of apologizing and reassuring me, he got defensive and without any provocation proceeded to tell me that my job and the $130 I had already paid him was a “cheap job” and of little importance to him. He then told me that you normally need an appointment to see them? I have dropped cars off at this shop without appointment on numerous occasions in the past? I won’t be back. Plenty of other places to get your car fixed. Go somewhere else.

NO NO NO PLEASE don’t GO!! Had a terrible experience with these guys... let’s just say my back tire fell off while driving causing me over $500 in damage to my truck which was FINE before they serviced me for an oil change and radiator flush.Zero responsibility taken by management, even after I returned with the truck for them to inspect a strange noise that I couldn’t identify! I was told that NEW BRAKES and ROTORS were needed in the front... ummm had that done less than 8months prior by the dealership. I don’t know, you tell me, what kind of shop forgets to tighten lug nuts??? Potentially fatal mistake... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Gus went above and beyond to get my SUV’s pesky issues resolved, and when I needed an inspection in a hurry they had me in and out in less than 15 mins. I visited several other auto shops in the area and each one required reservations days in advance. I don’t always have time to call ahead and Gus and his guys were able to attend to my issue without delay. Good honest work, done quickly and at a reasonable price, what more could you ask for?

I have a 05 Mustang went in for a mount freeze plug I then needed a manifold intake like someone broke the top part of my engine constantly day drive my car engine light came back on need my inspection sticker no communication called more then once still nothing will never do business with this place again $580 For my car to still have problems never again

STAY AWAY!! The owner guy quoted me $180 to replace 2 low beam headlight bulbs NOT including parts because I took my own on my 08 Accord. Told me it was going to take 2 hours minimum and that the bumper and fenders needed to be removed. When I told him the owners manual suggested going under the inner fender his old lady in the office yelled out that they were going to do it their way and that if I didnt want to do it with them that it didnt matter because they had plenty of jobs they needed to finish. (Only 1 car was inside the shop). I got the bulbs replaced for $20 and only took 10 minutes at another shop!!! All while he was talking on the phone. Very easy job. He didnt remove any bumpers or fenders.

They no longer read OBD codes. They are unable to track purchases via either your credit card or rewards plan. So of you should lose your receipt and need to make a return, youre SOL.Remind me next time just to go to Autozone.

I call up the store for a part. They tell me they have it I live in Coram. 40 minutes away. I get to the store I cant find the part. And dont have the part. I get an attitude No Im sorry nothing they told me they dont have time to look for parts when people call. What sense does that make.

Brought my 2001 dodge Dakota in for new brakes on the front, as they were grinding, they said they would call after they looked and say what the noticed, which the did and after only a few hours my truck was done and my truck is stopping better than it did when it was new, I would recommend more people to go there, I will be calling them shortly, as I found out I need a front CV shaft replaced and I do not have the time to do if myself.
