HANDS DOWN THE BEST SERVICE EXPERIENCE YOU WILL EVER HAVE AT A DEALERSHIP OR SHOP!!! I know this is long but they deserve such a great review.I have had plenty of cars serviced over the years at many different places so I know the usual problems or excuses they can come up with as to why your car is taking so long or why youre being charged for certain things. Not here at all. My service advisor Amanda was beyond EXCELLENT. She kept me updated throughout the whole process and didnt beat around the bush when it came to parts and delivery times. She treated me like family and as if it was her own car. She cares about her departments reputation and clients, and it without a doubt shows. The full inspection video from the tech was fantastic. They tell you what they recommend for your vehicle going forward and pay meticulous attention to your car. It keeps you with such a peace of mind knowing a true professional is handling your car.- One of the techs also showed such graciousness. I have a funeral card of my uncle on my dash and he needed to report the miles. He kindly came to me an asked he can shift it over and gave me his condolences. Its the little things that matter and with respect like that you earned my business and referrals for a lifetime.The rest of the department was super friendly and created a professional inviting environment. I picked my car up in a timely fashion, washed and repaired. Thank you again Amanda and Audi of Huntington for such an excellent experience. Give this crew a raise, they put other departments to shame.

I have an Audi A3 2016 with 30K miles on it. I brought my car in months ago because of an on going coolant leak... For more then a month I was in & out of Audi. I’m 21 so I’m not allowed to rent a car from Enterprise myself (Enterprise because if you didn’t buy your car from Huntington Audi they don’t let you rent the Audi’s). They had my mom driving a Toyota while I was in her BMW every other week. Finally, they tell me my car is totaled. Insurance wouldn’t give me any $ because they said it was a mechanical issue meanwhile Audi was telling me it was from an accident I had in the past. I brought my car to Huntington Motors, they changed the head gasket & now my car has been good for months. At the time, I believed them & thought my car was totaled so I was planning to start leasing & they didn’t help me out with that at all. Even after all I went through with my car I still wanted to go with Audi. When I first bought my car years ago I had a coolant issue but it was easily fixed around when I first bought it. No one at Audi was able to fix the coolant leak though & it was over a month they had all different mechanics working on it. They didn’t care about my situation or anything... Just told me my car was totaled.

Service department is very friendly. Jenna was very helpful and kept me up to date on the process. The video inspections they send over to go over the inspection and diagnostics is extremely helpful in making informed decisions. They are not the cheapest repair service, but in line with other dealerships. You come here for the expertise and the customer experience. They will not try to upsell, only what you need to fix the issue.

The service advisor, Jenna, was efficient.No service advisor makes eye contact or is in any way welcoming to the customer. Clearly, pounding a keypad with eyes down is much more important and satisfying than any social interaction with a customer.I tried to call the morning of the appointment. I called eight times and eight times it went to voicemail. I guess it just continues with the absence of any interest in interacting positively with the customer.As I say before, Jenna was helpful and efficient but the sense and feel of your dealership is far from customer centric.

I had a wonderful experience at Audi of Huntington when leasing my new 2022 Q3 last week. Everyone was pleasant and helpful from the moment I walked in the door. I was fortunate to work with Tooba, who is especially knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. She was honest and straightforward with me about what was available to lease. As a woman shopping for a car alone, it was incredibly refreshing to work with another woman, and I can’t recommend Tooba enough.At other dealerships in the past I have felt that my opinion was discounted, or I was asked if I needed to consult with my husband on such a transaction. At Audi of Huntington I felt like my business was valued, and so was I.Additionally, I worked with Tom to get the financial details squared away, and he was very affable and efficient. He explained all the details to me clearly and took time to answer my questions.All in all, this was a very positive experience, and I hope to be a customer for many years to come.

Everytime I come here, the staff is always so warm and friendly. Very concerned and attentive in whatever help you need. Kevin Cone, who helped me today, kept me updated throughout my wait time, gave me a free replacement part, and even held the door on my way out. And I just realized he made an exception allowing me to use 2 coupons. Its definitely rare to experience hospitality like this anymore. Ill surely be back for all my Audi maintenences.

I was greeted with a friendly welcome by Jenna, who proceeded to get my vehicle ready for its 20,000 mile health check and NYS Inspection. The intake process was quick and easy. My car was ready and washed quicker than expected, and Jenna called me as soon as it was done and at the car wash. Trust the other bad reviews about unprofessional treatment to customers. The customer has zero value to them. It’s mind boggling that Audi allows their logo on their building and recognizes them as an authorized dealer. The worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealer. Spent 65000 for a new car and the car was filthy. The service from the sales floor to the general and sales managers was absolutely unprofessional and disrespectful.

Jenna was my service advisor at Audi and she was truly amazing. In fact, the whole staff was extremely helpful and very kind. Jenna was very straightforward and honest. I had dropped my car off for an oil change, part replacement and a couple other maintenance repairs. My car was ready to go by 10am the next morning and to my surprise, came with a beautiful wash job. Jenna was so communicative, consistent and considerate... if you are ever in need of a service repair from Audi, she’s your girl.

Ok, so it has been about a year since I promised a review for excellent service. I picked up my pre-owned 2018 Audi A6 exactly one year ago today. Prior to settling on the Audi brand, I had been looking for months and tested other luxury brands: BMW 530xi, Mercedes E300 and the Volvo S90. I had spent months testing but none of them really convinced me. I had gone to another Audi dealership on the island but yet couldnt find the car to attract me. I am not the type to switch every few years so I was looking for a car I could be content with for a while. One Sunday, I decided to visit Huntington Audi and although I prefer sedans, I wanted to test a Q5. Salesman Brian Miller, who had just moved back from AZ (irrelevant, nevertheless it stuck on my mind. Lol), pleasantly surprised me by pointing out this black A6 that had just come in . It was in pristine condition with less than 17k miles. I was impressed with the condition and the power of the vehicle. Needless to say, within an hour papers were signed and the car was purchased. My four months search was finally over! Brian was very nice, personable and easy going with absolutely no pressure. It was like dealing with a good friend! When you go visit Audi ask for him. You wont be disappointed.

The absolute WORST car buying experience. Dan was the worst car salesman we have ever dealt with. He messed up the check amount for the car, called and texted us saying we were in the wrong for days, then realized he was wrong. He then accused us of not sending the proper documents to process the registration, we had sent it to him three times. We thought we were finally done dealing with him, then when we went to pick up the brand new car, it was covered in mud. He said it was because of the landscapers and that it was no big deal. He had previously told us we couldnt pick up the car the day before because he was talking it to the wash. The manager had to get involved to get him to take it to the car wash, adding miles onto the brand new car. NEVER returning and telling everyone to stay clear of this place.

I prefer going to Audi of Huntington over the dealer closer to my house because of the sales and service personnel and the physical dealership. They are extremely polite and attentive to your needs and car issues. They also corrected an issue I was having with my car that another dealer said was not a problem. The sales area is well laid out and I don’t mind waiting in the wait area. I plan on returning to Audi of Huntington when my lease is up. Anyone looking to purchase/lease a new Audi then Audi of Huntington would be my recommendation.

I went to the dealership, everything was running smoothly... that is until I brought my dad from home to come help negotiate the deal. The salesman said 550 per month on the lease for an A5 if we buy it today. Upon arriving with my father, the sales manger Jeffery came out acting like a snobby top shot and said “sorry you can’t afford this car we can’t offer it at 550”. How disrespectful and arrogant do you have to be to tell someone who pulled up in 100k car themself that they cannot afford a car which is half the price. Furthermore when confronted with some yelling and making a scene on my behalf they said they didn’t even say we couldn’t afford it... which they explicitly did say. Will not be returning.Furthermore this is the second time Audi of Huntington has shown poor costumer service.The first being 3 years ago when I went to buy an A4 no one on the sales floor came to assist us... after waiting for 30 minutes. We left I bought a dodge challenger the same day.If you want an Audi go somewhere else. If not BMW or BENZ in my opinion are way better cars and the costumer service at the Huntington locations are wayyyy better than that of Audi.

Great experience servicing my car at Audi of Huntington. Been servicing my vehicles here for 10 plus years, first with my 2007 S4 and now with my 2017 SQ5 and I wouldn’t think to go else where. I guess you have to have certain skin colors to get service at this place. Buying Audi for the first time, so wanted to test drive one to see how it feels and choose between Q5 and Q7. But as per Tony, I have to know exactly what I want and only if they have the car that I want in stock I could test drive it. This dealership came highly recommended by a friend who has been driving Audis over 20yrs. Everyone was really nice. I deducted 1 star because I thought I had 29,900 miles and I might as well have the 30,000 mile maintenance service done but it turns out I was reading the odometer display wrong. I really wish the mechanic would have double checked with me before doing the 30,000 mile service on a car that only had 25,000 miles on it. I lost 5,000 miles.

Yesterday I had to stop in at 8AM before going to work in the morning for a tire replacement at Audi of Huntington. My service representative, Kevin, was AMAZING. He went above and beyond to assure me he could get my car in quickly once I got there, as I was worried I would be late. Everything went perfectly, and I absolutely recommend seeing Kevin if you go to Audi of Huntington for any service work on your vehicle!Beyond any of this, all of the other representatives (Maryanne, Paulina, etc.) have been wonderful, trustworthy and reliable for many years, and I HIGHLY recommend this dealership for new and used cars. After today’s experience and assistance from the service rep, I felt like it was a total waste to go there. My last service agent was 100% better, a guy named Brandon was very assertive, this new guy wasn’t concern about looking into what my warranty would cover but rather focus on how I can spend hundreds that went into over a thousand dollars out of pocket to cover repairs. I am very discouraged from going back there. I went in for an oil change for my 2017 Audi Q7, & it became a disaster.No complimentary car wash. Not happy at all

These days I find myself writing more and more reviews because I recognize that regular people need to know what to expect when they deal with a business. I pride myself on telling the truth…even if it hurts. This review will be no different but it’s a good story. So let’s go.I want to start by saying that I buy a lot of vehicles for myself never really staying in the same one for longer than a year. Until recently, I did most of my buying locally. I’d find something, go look at it, and try to make a deal. The problem with that is that with the used car market drying up and my tastes expanding, I was forced to look elsewhere. I was hesitant and nervous to trust a car dealer with telling me the truth about what a car was; scratches, dings, dents, and just overall condition. Handing over a large sum of money because a car dealer told me it was a good deal was something that, frankly, scared me. Regardless, I found the vehicle that I’ve been hunting for located at Audi of Huntington, in New York. Being in New Hampshire I couldn’t just swing by and evaluate the car myself. So I inquire about the vehicle and get assigned a salesperson. The interaction started out fine and I could tell that he was really trying. I felt that he was honest but wasn’t completely sold because he had missed a few of my requests. He eventually referred me to his Manager, Anthony Lu and we talked about a few things, including price. Anthony made quick work of our deal and it was completed in no time. I felt really comfortable and satisfied. He then handed the “ball” back to the salesperson to finish. Things got a little uncomfortable there. Nothing major but just gut feeling not happy with what was going on. I was getting ready to hand over a substantial amount of cash for a sight-unseen pre-owned Audi. If I had to describe it, I would say that the level of service didn’t match Anthony’s.So I reach back out to Anthony wanting to cancel the deal because of my uneasiness. This is where things get interesting. I’m Irish and thick-headed…usually when I make my mind up that’s it. However, Anthony called me and what happened was nothing short of spectacular customer service. I went from what I considered low-level customer service to some of the most top notch service I’ve ever experienced. Anthony didn’t even try to sell me which gave him huge inherent power that made me instantly comfortable with him again. Long story short, Anthony Lu is the only reason I stayed making my purchase at Audi of Huntington. I wish I could deal with him where ever I decided to purchase my next car.And I told the whole story, including the situation with the original salesperson for a few reasons. First, I don’t believe that the salesperson was deceitful or shady in any way. I think, with some training, he can handle things the way that Anthony handled them. What I learned from this is that not EVERY business can control 100% of their employees and mistakes sometimes happen. The difference is what steps does a business take once it recognizes that? And secondly, I hope that my experience can help someone make a positive decision regarding Audi of Huntington.

I was referred to Jeff one of the Managers, along with Tuba as my sales rep @ Audi of Huntington and I can’t say enough good things about both of them; but I will share that I was treated as part of their family, yet with the utmost PROFESSIONALISM! This is a dealership of INTEGRITY & LOYAL to their client. Years can go by without speaking to them and when you’re ready to pick up the phone it’s like we’ve been in touch on a daily basis. They are there for your every need whether you need time or you need it in a hurry they get it done! I’ve leased 2 cars from them and will be going back for my 3rd...I’ll end by saying I have champagne taste on a beer budget and they always manage to work my numbers to get me what I want. He is very professional, courteous and treated me as a valued customer. He did not waste my time and understood my requirements with the car and was able to get it. He explained me, all the new tech features that are available in the car during the test drive itself. He is a nice person to work with. There was no hassle at all. Went for the first time to get a new lease. There was no one at the front desk and I waited about 3 minutes until someone came to help me. She said that someone would be with me to help shortly and left to the back and never came back. After another 5 minutes of waiting I went up to one of the salesmen and he said he was about to leave. When I asked if there was someone else who could help he said he had 2 co-workers around but didnt know where they were. I waited another 5 min. I finally left after being in the dealer for a total of 15 minutes with no assistance. Went to beiner audi instead for the Q8.

Not happy. the options that the manager offered were not worth what was covered. the salesman did not spend the time we requested to go through the new electronics with my wife and I. He matched my phone into the MMI, but not my wifes, who will be driving the car (though the car is under my name). Im still trying to figure out how to set up her phone. I also followed directions to get the garage opener to work and failed, needing the help of a friend. the seats for the legs are slightly shorter which is noticeable because we leased the same car Q5. The experience was not what i would expect of buying a luxury car. I should mention that loyalty should matter.sorry, maybe you can cheer me up a bit by eating the cost of the key that we lost on the Audi we turned in.

Acquired a preowned Allroad purchased out of state and I needed to have the car state inspected. Scheduled my appointment online and rolled into the service department.My first visit was reassuring. I explained to the service writer how the car was obtained and he proceeded to pull up service history on the vehicle as well as checking any open campaigns that may have not been addressed. He walked me through the service history and pointed out every service that was performed, as well as what may need to be addressed at future dates. Based on the history, all scheduled maintenance was performed like clock work and the car needed very little done until the next major service in 15k miles.The car was state inspected and a multipoint checklist was given on components that may need service in the future. I was so impressed with the professionalism and courtesy extended this visit that I decided to return when scheduled maintenance was due.Fast forward a few months and it was time for an oil change. I scheduled the appointment online. Due to COVID, appointments were handled with extreme care and caution. Service kiosks were spaced according and staff were behind partitions. I went through the items I wanted serviced and was given an estimate of charges, which were reasonable. I requested a loaner vehicle, and one was provided and would be contacted when the car would be ready.Later in the day, Mustafa called to let me know the services were completed, and recommended a brake fluid flush since it was going to be a part of a future service item. He gave me a quote, I agreed since it needed to be done at some point and it would be performed the following morning. Since I had a loaner vehicle, I was not rushed nor inconvenienced. Mustafa called later in the afternoon, the car would be ready for pick up that evening. He wanted to get the car washed prior to pick up, but the wash facility was a little backed up and asked if I could pick up the following morning. I was ok with that.Saturday morning I return the loaner and the car was ready and waiting in the service area. A review of the RO items and another multipoint inspection was given.Ive been to many dealerships over the years and they always found something that needed to be repaired or replaced when I know the work was unnecessary. Mustafa pointed out an item of concern and made a recommendation, and the choice was mine to address now or later. Not put on the spot to agree or decline.Most important for me in a dealer/consumer relationship is comfort. If Im comfortable with the service writer and the dealerships honesty and fairness in servicing my vehicle, theyve earned my business. Hopefully this will be a relationship for years to come.

Well I finally leased my third Audi A6. I am an Audi enthusiast. I’ve followed this car from production to the time it landed at the store. My finance manager Tom C was knowledgeable and professional. Issac my salesmen was superb. He is a wizard. And by god do you need a quick refresher on the newly remodeled A6. The guy is a tech wiz.
