If you are genuinely looking to purchase but need to touch and feel a Tesla to finally decide, the showroom does the trick. Workers give you needed space to explore the car on your own but are very helpful the moment you ask for info. Happy Tesla has this available

The people at this store are AMAZING! They are so friendly, and are willing to help you test drive any Tesla car they have available. I was in a test drive twice and they showed me all the features of the car and I was amazed on how many features that it has. The driver took his time driving me around and showing me the 0-60 in 2 seconds I believe it is and showed me every single feature of the car. I like that it has music preloaded into the car so you don’t need a radio or Sirius XM. That’s pretty cool. I don’t have money to buy a Tesla now but hopefully down the road I will. And I will definitely be buying from the Huntington store if I’m able to. Thank you to all of the associates of this store for going out of their way to help me learn about an amazing car.

There’s no Tesla there don’t bother going I was so disappointed drove a hour away for no reason it’s just a small lil mall if u even want to call it that and there’s three cars inside andd none are even a Tesla

Got to test drive two different models. No pressure from staff to buy. They were there to answer any questions and make the experience enjoyable. Give the Model 3 a drive.... its fast!

It is not a full dealership it is a showroom and you can reserve test drives for 30 minutes. The employees know a lot about the cars.

Its not a dealership so you cant talk price and they only have 2 cars in there.

Clearly dont value customers or their time. They don’t bother answering the phone either. I’ve tried calling 8-15 times a day everyday and they just dont pick up. They don’t reach back out after leaving voicemails. They ignore emails. Really funny thing is I was ready to buy a model s but I can’t even get a test drive because I’m not important enough. I walked in there in person and its always some excuse like their system is down or they’re booked and they’ll email me for an appointment, yet they never do. Tesla prides themselves on a great customer experience yet this location doesn’t bother to reach out or help me after over a week of trying to get in touch for a test drive. You’re better off taking your money and time literally anywhere else. Even Mcdonald’s has better customer service than this place. What do they care though?

Amazing vehicles... we test drove the Model 3. Super fast, smooth acceleration. Great design and fit finish are top notch. Our Tesla rep, Taylor, was spectacular. Very knowledgeable about the features and was able to answer all our questions. definitely consider buying in the next few months

Don’t use the GPS directions as it leads you to the back of the mall. Stay on Route 110 and enter the mall between Brooks Brothers & BRIO. Once insides turn right & it’s several stores down on the left. Enter from route 110 at Livingston St

The rep I dealt with today was super helpful and answered questions I had and even some I didnt have. Ill admit that I had some preconceptions that I was able to get past so definitely giving one of these some serious thought

I test drove a Model S here. My wife and I were taken on a very extensive test drive (approx 40 minutes). We went on the highway, local roads, and back. We were shown Autopilot and the different driver settings that effect the driving experience. The Tesla employee was very knowledgeable and helpful. He really seemed to believe in the Tesla brand and what they are trying to do with EVs. I did actually end up buying a Model S a few months after this test drive.

Lot of car machine here and there car machine not have any engine what the heck? How car go fast with not gas hole. Cant believe it! The Tesla man was very fast and said I can have Tesla if I pay for it but would not let me test drive in mall. What the heck? How I want buy car if not know what feel like to drive???!!. Staff member that assisted me knew enough about the car that it made me want to see the Model 3 in-person, which he was glad to show me. Was knowledgeable enough that even me, an educated auto consumer, found more details about the car then I expected to. This is the second time Ive stopped in a Tesla Store and this was the better of the two. Recommended.

Not much expectation. Disappointed. The showroom is small and have only two cars. The info they provide is basic. No way you can negotiate with them. Everything they will tell you is identical to Testla website. No need to go here. You can find out everything you need online from home. If you really need to look at cars and test drive, you may want to go to Manhasset.

Inside the Walt Whitman Mall which is located Off of Route 110 servicing Melville and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheelchair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. High prices. Nice staff. Cars are eco friendly. We will definitely be going back.

2 cars on display; a $160,000.00 suv with all and a basic model 3. 1 model 3 today to test drive and i got double booked. Luckily i was 30 min early. Got 30 min drive. They have no info not on web site, but nice people.
