We thought the service worked really well we were given a loaner car they completed the service we had the car a day or two and were completely happy. Tricia who works in service made the whole transaction work flawlessly. Dominique our salesperson surprised us at the service dept and really made our day. Its been 1 year since we leased our lincoln and we are totally happy.

Worst customer service ever! It was my first & last time going here. I had an appointment for my Ford 2017 & 2009. If its your first time going, there are not signs that indicate where you should go. In the reception area there was only one man helping the customer. When I arrived there was a LINE and I waited my turn, just to be ignored and told by the service agent that there is no line. Then, he told my husband he has to move the cars and help us, and continued to ignore us. The last straw was that he told the lady that was helping in Spanish: You are lucky you dont work here and made a remark at us. We left, dont waste your time or money here.

I had a blowout on the LIE with a Focus RS that has no spare so roadside assistance took it to this dealer. I bought a used replacement tire that afternoon and put it in the trunk. That was on a Sunday. I also use a tow hook license plate mount that the tow truck driver couldnt remove so I asked the dealer if they could remove it. It took until the following Friday for my car to be ready.While trying to remove the license plate adapter they broke it. They charged me $75 for labor and $30 for the mounting and balancing and they didnt replace the broken adapter. What I had forgotten is that the tow hook is reverse threaded. The tow truck driver didnt even know! Of course, thats not this dealers fault, but they should have known and not broken the adapter when they tried to remove it! At a minimum, when they realized, they should not have charged me to remove the broken part!Then, to make matters worse, a manager called me later Friday evening to ask if he could buy my car! I told him about the situation and he said he would speak with the service team and contact me the next day. There is definitely something they would do to compensate me for the trouble. Right... Needless to say, no one has called. It has been just over a week. I have tried to contact the service rep who helped me but it always goes to voicemail.So $120 to mount and balance plus $30 for a new license plate bracket. I will definitely visit a different dealer for any future warranty work.

Went to parts department and they were very helpful and nice, even gave me diagrams for what I needed to know on and which parts are needed and which ones are the best ones to use (some were discontinued by Ford). Ive also used the service department and they were great to me.

Took my 2013 Escape here for a check engine light on. Was told my turbo waste gate failed, 3000$ to replace the turbo. Took my car too another shop, they changed the waste gate solenoid 350$ total charge.I was on the market for a new Escape from this dealer, after this i will never fo business with them again.

I really hate this place. Without going into all the Gory details, I will say this. My car was brought in for several recalls. The service people screwed up two things while performing the recalls. When I pointed this out to them, they really made me feel like dirt and went out of their way to say that I would be charged for the repairs if it wasnt their fault and they would have to charge me a diagnostic fee and they went on and on and on. I said go ahead because I was very sure that their people messed up. Turns out I was correct and they fixed the problems that they created. Absolutely no apologies, absolutely no recognition of having treated me like dirt like a person who had absolutely no value like a person who doesnt deserve some kind of respect especially since I was very specific about the work that needed to be done and I was extremely polite as I am always and people know me as a very laid-back and affable person. This is also a reason I will never buy another Ford. I went right over to habberstad BMW and for a few extra dollars leased a BMW X5 instead of a Ford Explorer and now Im treated like gold every time I step into their service center. Thats why people choose upscale brands. Its worth the extra money to not be treated like garbage.

I had a very pleasant experience at this service shop. The facility is clean and designed with the customer in mind. There are comfortable couches in the lobby, coffee, bagels, and even a kids playroom. The employees are respectful and courteous to their customers.I cant comment on price comparison to other local shops, but this worked out perfect for me.Thank you Paul.

Huntington Ford has had my car for over 24 hours since my tow company brought it in for an emergency. Half dozen calls, constantly sent to voicemail, no calls back. I have no idea when my car will be fixed.Updated from 1 to 2 stars. I received my car back after 72 hours, multiple unanswered calls, and no courtesy car, pickup, or Uber coverage... the only reason I am raising this to 2 stars is because the Case Manager who didn’t return my calls was actually great in person when I picked up my car. It was obvious he was overworked and they were understaffed.

This should be an essential service during this horrible pandemic instead of leaving a message for service department to customers you get a message for SALES and mailbox is full for those of us that did leave a message no return phone calls or any information on how to get our vehicles serviced!!
