We have used them 3 times now. First two times were amazing. Even on Mothers Day, they were able to do a last minute order, which was pretty impressive. But when we used them this last time, they didnt even bother delivering a birthday order. I still rated high, because they refunded the order. Still a disappointment to give a longer notice and have a larger order and not even have them care enough to deliver it...

The delivery was fine, however they charged me an additional $10.34 unauthorized fee (I already paid delivery and tax fees). I messaged them about it and it has been 9 days with no response and no refund.

3/5 strawberries in the cup I got were unripe. At over a dollar a piece the fruit should be top quality, not Walmart clearance. Very small selection of pre made arrangements.

They make and deliver beautiful arrangements of fresh fruit. Also a great place for a fruit smoothie or a quick snack of banana chunks covered with chocolate.

This location never wants to do anything custom even before a holiday; I have decided if I want to order anything catered from here on out due to this store NOT wanting to do pineapple I will order from sherrys Berrys or anything BUT this place. It would be different if they acted like they cared.....
