The quality of their soft serve has gone way up in the past year(ish). It’s cold, flavorful, and creamy.

The staff is always friendly and clearly wants to make sure everything is top notch. I think the way they are handling the pandemic is fantastic and super safe for everyone! Had to get an ice cream cake for a birthday and the writing was legible and exactly how we wanted it.

The $2 poly tarps they hang are terrible. You cant see through them, the staff look befuddled that you are squinting to read the menu through a painters tarp. COVID has been around for 8 months, get some lexan people can see through and you can effectively clean. They need to get with the times.

I love Carvel so I gave it 5 stars. The employee has messed up order past 2 times I was there. I am telling what I want and he starts filling Ice cream and doesn’t listen. It’s annoying.

I can get past the somewhat unfriendly staff, but Ive tried them a number of times and found their thick shakes to be thinner than a typical Carvel shake and they often forget to add the usual whipped cream and cherry to the sundaes.

I think that the owners and employees are great. They are friendly and quick with your order!

Would not recommend it theres rude staff and costly toppings just for toppings now that is just plain bad

Very rude. I ask them for a double serving of peanut butter. They charge me for it but I did not get any extra

I walked in and I saw a cockroach on the ground and when the cleaning lady saw that I had seen it she stomped on it and left it there disgusting

Rude! Just plain rude...if Carvel cared about their franchise reputation they would shop them and see just how rude the manager is!
