Hands down one of the best service experiences! Christina Johnson went above and beyond to help my daughter set up a new iPhone and secure our family plan controls. She kept my other daughter busy by putting on cartoons. Christina just listened, took action, gave us a quick, helpful, and amazing experience. Dan Wood, the Mngr also so patient, kind helpful. This location know the job, and do it with professional and kindness.

I recently switched services from Verizon to AT&T and I am more than pleased. Not only with the service but with the great customer care I received at the Huntley AT&T store. I worked with Marco, who was extremely helpful and thoughtful when talking me through the transition. He provided excellent detail about everything, making sure I knew the difference between each phone plan, compared the different iPhones for me and made sure I left the store happy and full of knowledge. Marco seemed very knowledgeable and was so fun to talk to while everything got switched over. (This guy is so funny!) I would highly recommend going to this store where you can always expect great service.

Upon arrival to the AT&T store I anticipated I’d leave with the iPhone 11 because that’s what I could afford. As soon as we walked in Doug promptly greeted my boyfriend and I and explained the differences from the 11, 12, and 12 pro. He explained what deals at&t had and ways to get the best bang for your buck. His recommendations were great! I ended up leaving with a 12 pro after trading in my old phone in good condition and I spent less than I anticipated in the first place. He even saved us money on our phone plan even while upgrading it. We walked out feeling like winners! Doug’s customer service was amazing. I really appreciated his help

We went to the Huntley ATT store to get a mobile hot spot added to our plan. We were greeted immediately and helped. He looked our account up and figured out a way to give us our hot spot, decrease our current plan cost (that pretty much paid for the hotspot), added hotspot hours to all the phones on our plan, AND got HBO Max!! What?!? What a great example of excellent customer service!

Doug at the Huntley, Illinois store was fantastic. We came in and the guy working let us know it would be 30 minutes. So we left and came back in exactly 30 minutes. When we walked in Doug was ready to assist us. I liked that we were not told a few minutes only to wait forever. We explained what we were looking to do, upgrade a phone, and he got to work on it. He offered to look at our plan and make sure we had the most up-to-date one and to see if we could save money. He was very patient and knowledgeable and we left there without a second thought about what we did and saved money on our future bills. Thank you!

Rich and Jeff have been so helpful. This is the second visit to their office. I needed a new SIM card because of fraud attempts on my phone. They have even allowed me to stay in the office while attempting contact fraud about my issues. They have each given me several suggestions on how to keep my phone safe and helped me with my phone operation. I recommend one come to visit these two guys on any ATT issues.

I went to a few other AT&T stores and received poor customer service. Then I went to the Huntley store and was helped by Juan Ortiz. He is fabulous. He delivered clear, concise information in a way that I could understand. I bought my iphone 6S, and he set it up for me. I love it. When I had a problem, I went in and asked Juan, and he fixed it right away. My Husband needed a new phone last month, so we went back to the Huntley AT&T store and bought his iphone 7 from Juan.
