We have used the Verizon store in Huntley several times. I . We purchased our two I-phone 12s there and just very recently purchased a new I-pad. Brian Santiago was our sales representative for both of these purchases. He certainly went above and beyond with his help of getting all systems going. We needed to set the phone and I-pad up with a new printer and he worked with us until it was all connected. We are so very appreciative of his service and will certainly be going back to Huntley Verizon thanks to Brian. Brian has set a new high mark for his genuine concern, willingness to help us, and unsurpassed technical knowledge. THANK YOU, BRIAN!

Joe and Matt were amazing help. We went into upgrade a phone for my mom plus look at upgrading my husband and my phones as well. Joe looked for the best deal for us and we all walked out with new phones and a great deal. Plus they were so helpful with all the questions we had.

Sales person (Justin) was very professional and extremely friendly. They detailed out what my current plan and what my options were for new plans and devices. Representative I worked with was great. Very knowledgable and pleasant!!Was very disappointed in the very small selection of phone cases. There were only a choice of three colors.And I think its absolutely robbery to force customers to pay extra for the plug end of the charging cord. How is anyone supposed to charge their phone without the plug?Especially when the two USB ends are NOT the same size as a normal USB port. Theyre smaller, so even if you did have access to a USB port the charging cord is of no use because the USB ends are not the same size!! A phone should ALWAYS have a charger included!!!!!!

I found that this authorized Verizon cellular dealer is more friendly to deal with than a Verizon company store. To me, they seem to be more honest and straightforward. The agent, Chris that took care of us did a great job. We ended up getting two Apple Iphone 11 phones to replace our old phones.

Second time having a disappointing experience in this store. First time, I walked in with a small issue with my phone. They said I needed a new one. They said there was a rebate on the one I wanted so I bought it. That later got declined and said that there was nothing they can do, except give the sales person more training, meanwhile Im out the money. After I put up a fight, I eventually got my rebate money as a credit. They also charged me to use the app to transfer the data to the new phone.This bring me to today. I walked in to purchase a charger. All associates were with customers. I stood there, walked around the store and never received any kind of acknowledgement for over 15 minutes. They never even said hello or Ill be right with you or anything. Very poor customer service.I ended up just leaving.

Worst experience EVER, of any cell phone store we have been to. Literally went in at 12:15pm to switch our lines from Metro PCS over to my parents account with Verizon. Brought our own phones, and our own numbers. Waited for 4 hours in the store while they switched our phones over and gave us temporary phone numbers. This place is not corporate owned and is literally just an authorized retailer, which means zero help or actual customer service. Also know that when you go here and establish new service, they will charge you $20 for SIM cards. Actual corporate locations give those to you for free! We left 4 hours later, at 4:30pm, mostly out of pure frustration, still with non-working phones and numbers. My husband went back the next day because our phones still had temporary numbers when we call someone, and phones still not working. They pretty much said there is nothing they can do. This place is 100% commission based, and they only care about getting your money. Poor unethical business practices. Avoid it like the plague!

This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a Verizon store. The rep was professional, knowledgeable, and committed to our satisfaction. Next time we need to do something with our phones, we are going here.

My mom and I went in last night to look at pricing for a phone upgrade and tablet upgrade. Josh in Huntley sat with us for 3 hours and found us the BEST deal and we walked out with 2 tablets and a phone and couldnt have had a better experience. We appreciate the time Josh took with us and will definitely be returning to him for all our future phone and tablet needs. 10/10 would recommend!

I was having some technical difficulties with my phone. I decided to stop by the Verizon store in Huntley and was lucky enough to be greeted by a gentleman named Josh. Within five minutes he was able to figure out exactly what was wrong with my phone and fixed it. 5 Star Service !!!

I came to this store on 2/3/2020, and had the pleasure of meeting three very awesome gentlemen by the names of Logan, Alex, and Frank. These three were so helpful in assisting me with my transition from iPhone to Android, they managed to get all my photos onto my new phone! Couldnt believe it, and what blew me away was just how simple that was for all of them. They are truly professionals in this field, and if I could I would give them more than 5 stars. Not to mention I had my 9 year old daughter with me, and they were all so nice to her as well, Frank even downloaded candy crush on his own personal phone so my daughter had something to do so she wasnt bored. If that doesnt provide you with a perfect example of customer service, Im not sure what will. If you are ever experiencing trouble with your phone, I highly recommend these three gentlemen to assist you. Thanks again guys! :)

Im not crazy about their practice of grabbing you immediately as you come into the store and taking you to one of their desks. I kind of wanted to look around. But it turned out ok. My salesman listened to what I wanted, shared his personal bias, and when Id made my decision, proceeded to help me optimize the phone of my choice.

Beware!!!! Please know this is not owned by Verizon. They are an indirect Verizon dealer learned the hard way. I paid cash for 6 devices. Going on my 6month of having payments for some of these devices on my bill. Contacted Verizon and when they try to call the store to figure out what they did so Verizon can fix it they do not answer the phone. I called the store and was told it will take a few months to credit your bill. Called again and Logan called Verizon and said it will take a few months. Well we are now approaching 6months. And still being charged a monthly fee for phone we paid for out right. Also the phones we bought were cheaper on Verizon website and they said they could not price match which was a lie. Please deal directly with Verizon. Not this store.

Nolan M. was great to work with. He was very helpful with a complicated situation transferring a Verizon plan that was bundled with Century Link. He was very patient and focused on helping us resolve the problems encountered.

I had a very pleasant experience at Verizon. Dylan waited on me and was very helpful and fun to work with. Usually I do not look forward to coming into Verizon but next time I will look forward to it.

This location is a great spot, they are adequately staffed to ensure you are tended to shortly after walking in, if not immediately. We worked with Matt Vruno during our visit. Matt helped us to analyze our account to identify opportunities for cost savings. He also got two of us new phones as we were having issues and eligible for upgrades. He ensured that we maximized all opportunities to make this experience the most cost effective for us. He is the most knowledgeable rep I have ever worked with in my 10 years with Verizon. If you have the opportunity to request your associate, ask for Matt!

I had called this location after visiting another store them being out of the phone I wanted. I had spoken with Eduardo on the phone and was politely greeted by him when I walked in. Although they were out of a few options which was expected as the new iPhone just came out I did end up with the 11 pro max. Eduardo was very helpful and set me up with a new case and screen protector. 10/10 on screen application. Overall I had a great experience and will definitely return!

I called ahead to speak to a consultant about helping my parents set up a new iPhone I had purchased for them. I spoke with Noppon and he was incredibly receptive to my needs. My mother is 72 and struggles adapting to new technology, but I now live in California and wanted a way to FaceTime with her. My father can be very difficult to handle and rude when he is frustrated. Noppon assured me he was more than happy to help them get set up and that he would be patient and understanding. He even took my number down to call me afterwards and let me know how everything went. I can’t even tell you how much I appreciate everything he did!! He was patient and thorough, and the follow up was above and beyond in my opinion. You don’t see such outstanding customer service like this too often and I am thrilled with the experience my parents were able to have because of Noppon. My mom felt no pressure and feels confident going back to him for other questions and cellular needs. This store will continue to get business from our family- I highly recommend!

I came in to get my phone set up (my son sent me a new phone for Christmas). I was greeted by Peter Roto and he took the time to transfer all of my data and even spent about 2 hours on the phone with AT&T to get my password reset for my email!This level of service is a rarity in today’s world! I am VERY happy I came to this store and worked with Peter!

I want to give high praise to Eduardo today because he has given me superior service way beyond what was expected and has taken almost time to help me. Stopped going to Verizon stores because of poor service until visiting this newly opened one with my daughter. Manager Adam met us at the door and was amazing in answering all of our questions, assisting us in the purchase and informed me of Military benefits I was not aware of. Bought 2 new phones there & a Pad wanted to make sure they were protected. Its a shame that Verizon decided to cut out the sale of phone protectors for any or even the ones they sell to their customers. When did Cross Selling stop being a positive money making idea, what % now is Amazon now getting from selling all brands of phone protectors. Or do I mean %Verizon getting.

If I could give zero stars I would. Very bad experience. Lied too, bill is up 200+$$$$. We paid for the phones out right. We are now being charged monthly for the phones (which we paid for). We were told that the only fees we would have were all paid for that day when we bought the phone.This felt like buying a car not a phone. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!! They are all liars.
