Every time I have gone to this sprint location, they been awful. They are not a corporate store so they try to get as much money out of you as they can. My most recent trip has made it clear that they don’t care about helping their customers. I was told they would have a phone in for me at the end of the day by Alex. I had to call the store an hour before closing (because they hadn’t called me yet), because I needed the phone, and not only did Alex rudely cut me off when I was explaining why I was calling, but he then preceded to tell me they didn’t have time so they don’t have the phone. These two interactions, disrespectful “customer service”, and previous experiences at this store are more than enough to make sure I never visit this location again.
I recently had upgraded my phone and had some issues with it, and throughout the whole process Landon was nothing but helpful and understanding. Highly recommend this store and his help if you ever need it!
Adam was extremely helpful when I went to add a line to my plan for my daughter! He gave me the best possible price and he took care of my quickly! Went in to check out my phone and needed a new phone. The personnel changed in this store for the better. Joseph and Adam took care of me and actually knew what they were doing. That was nice for a change. Now I have a new atore to go to where I feel I can get decent and courteous service.

Ive been with sprint for 10 years Ivan is by far the best sales rep Ive met. Ive been due up for a new phone for about the last 2 years and have been contemplating cancelling my contract with Sprint due to bad customer service and service in general. Ivan was so helpful and knowledgeable not only did I walk out with a new phone I walked out with a new tablet what data plan as well for my son to play on. All for the same price that I had been paying for the last two years. Although I live in Chicago if and when the time becomes due for upgrade I will not hesitate to go back out to Huntley to visit Ivan it was surely a pleasure!Hes also very knowledgeable of apps thanks for the Spotify referral
I was greets immediately after walking through the door. Adam was super helpful, even with all my questions. I was able to walk out feeling like i understood everything, and ordere a new iPhone X! Adam made sure to give me specifics and get me the sale price on the Otterbox phone case.
My contract was up and we had to decide what to do. We went to the Huntley Sprint store to get information on our options. Joseph took care of us and told us our options. We took our old phones home to back-up in order to get our new phones. He put the two phone choices on the side for when we returned. A couple hours later, we came back. Joseph was busy but Rebecca assisted in getting our devices set up. She was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. They are great with their knowledge and are very helpful. The only thing I wish is that the owner of the store would get a better WiFi service as it was a bit on the slow side for setting the phones up! Definitely great customer service!!!
Marcin was a great help. He assisted my whole family, he was patient and humorous. His really knowledgeable in all products and services.

Soon after purchasing a Moto G6 on Amazon the sim card stopped working (reseated it, did not help). I went to Sprint in Huntley to see if they could resolve the issue. Dean was very helpful. He put in a new sim card (which I did have to purchase, which was fine with me) and reactivated my phone. That was over a couple of months ago and Ive had no problem since. Note: I had visited another Sprint store and was told Sprint doesnt carry sim cards for the Moto G6. So I was very happy Dean knew better and took the time to help me.
IVAN! Seriously. This guy is the reason I stayed a Sprint customer. Took care of me above and beyond just making a sale. Let me walk out of the store with a loaner phone that I couldve taken and never returned with. He just attached it to my account, handed it over and said he hoped he would see me soon. When I dropped my (brand new) phone into the bonfire last night, I knew exactly who I was going to have to see in the morning for (another) replacement. If you are in the area and in need, go see Ivan.

Please allow me to start this off by stating that I have never written an unhappy post on a business page, ever.Over the weekend, I made an appointment to drop my inoperable phone off for service at our local Sprint store for 11:00 this morning. When I arrived at the store, two young children in tow, I was told that the technician does not arrive until noon and that I was not able to leave my phone there. Apparently, anyone is able to make a service appointment for any time, no matter if the technician will actually be there or not. That is something that should be remedied, Sprint.While the two employees distractedly decided what to do, my four-year-old said she needed to go to the bathroom. I asked the employees if there was a bathroom she could use and neither looked up from their screens while they replied, “no” and to go to the smoothie shop nearby, without apology. I was forced to take my daughter and infant son out in the freezing rain to go to the bathroom down the block.We have stayed with Sprint through disappointing customer service before due to your military support during my husband’s previous combat deployments; however, I will be canceling our service as soon as we return from house-hunting for our next assignment. I am horrified by the manner in which I was treated today, and I would not recommend your company to anyone who may ever need customer service.

I was promised gift cards for switching to Sprint in September of 2017 I have called Sprint to find out where the cards were I have been to this store three times and talked to Joseph the manager only to get the runaround everytime it now August 2018 and still no gift cards do not do business with this place broken promises and lies
