Mike and his crew!Oh no! The check engine light came on! Instant thoughts of a deluge of dollars coming from my pocket went immediately through my mind. I called Mike and he said to bring it in. It could be as little as a gas cap throwing out the signal. He would run a diagnostics at no charge and see what was happening. My husband took it over and three hours later my car was diagnosed, repaired and back on the road. I was elated with the service. Prices are fair and quoted up front. You know exactly what the problem is, what it will take to fix it, and what will happen if you choose not to repair it at that time. Options and education. That is why Mike and All About Autos is my favorite (and only) mechanic. When they say, “Do it once, do it right!” they mean it. :)

I would highly recommend All About Autos to my friends, family and clients. They were thorough, explained my issue and even showed me what was wrong and what needed to be done on my first visit. We scheduled a time for repair, rental car and my car was done sooner than expected. He was also cheaper than the quote I had received. Very professional and courteous. Highly recommend!!

Contacted them about an issue I was having and they gave me some troubleshooting steps to try first. The steps worked perfectly. Other mechanics charged to fix the issue.

Without going into a lot of detail, I had two rather urgent issues and they were taken care of very timely. Customer service is excellent; staff professional yet friendly; great patience in explaining in detail what my issues were; and I will now be a forever customer with great confidence in the work being done to my vehicle.My second experience with All About Autos - 5 months laterI took my car to a dealer for an oil change special. The dealer advised I had many issues needing immediate attention, providing a list of them to me. I immediately took my car to All About Autos. A full inspection was completed, and all but one of the dealers recommendations for immediate service were NOT necessary. At this time, I also chose to have some basic maintenance (fluids changed) completed, and this work was done in a minimum amount of time and the prices for each service excellent. In addition, Id like to add that I did not have someone to pick me up from All About Autos, and they were willing to take me home & provide a ride back when the work was finished. A+++++ customer service!

Ive had a good experience with this place. The AC unit was replaced this summer. A few weeks again the AC and they replaced the compressor again.

This place is amazing and knows exactly what they are talking about when it comes to their vehicles! 5 star for sure!

Great service, needed urgent service and they delivered. Had safety issue with tire rubbing agains nerf bar after a small accident, this is the only place where they took me right in and solved my problem. Mike and Kurt were able to diagnose and repair an ongoing problem with my sons Lincoln LS that another service professional was unable to address. Since then, whenever we return, theyre always friendly and helpful, fair and accurate in their diagnosis and repair.

I have used both body shop repair for collision and mechanical services, great service both times and work done quickly.

RUDE RUDE RUDE!! I live right down the street and EVERY SINGLE time I went in there for something the main fat guy at the counter has been RUUUUUDE. All 3 times its like he didnt want my services. Never going back to this dump again. I looved it when Paul (I think that was his name. Whoever was at the counter before the fat guy) was there he was real friendly and honest and down to earth. FIX YOUR ATTITUDE COUNTER MAN! And then on top of that they are freaking expensive. For people who live in this area try Kinneys Auto its just down the road from this one. They are friendly prices are decent and the service is Excellent! Dont waster your money at this expensive dump.
