Edit. I am changing my review to a 1 star. There was a interim manager that told me the previous manager was doing shady work. I had a clutch put in, not even 3 months later it was done. I paid about $800 (clutch and other work) and another $1000 to have it corrected elsewhere.

Had a little bit of a hiccup, but they made it right. My husband goes here all the time and never has issues.

Do not use these guys. Clueless and incapable. Wouldn’t trust them to change my battery.

When Chance was there this place was great. When I brought my car there I found that Chance was no longer at this location. Eli was the person I dealt with and he is responsible for 1600.00 worth of corrections because they put the wrong parts on my car. The dealership found mismatched bolts that werent even secure and could have popped out at any time.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! IT COULD COST YOU MORE THAN JUST CORRECTIVE REPAIRS!

My car was repaired quickly. I was not harassed into believing my car was in need of any other repairs. The employees were all very friendly and all seemed knowledgeable. I was able to meet the manager, Jason, which proved the old saying true great leaders inspire greatness in others. I will return for all my automotive needs. Too bad they dont detail cars.... Ive noticed that when Chance was there everything was so smooth and the prices were very good. Now its like these ppl make the prices up as they go. Since I moved out here this was the only place I brought my car for certain things but now its time that I find a better place to go. This is crazy

As a woman, I am often leary of being taken advantage of Mechanic Shops. This place never made me feel uneasy not even one second. I get constant oil changes there and have had brakes done also. Never had any problems. Real kind and honest people doing a great job with the cars and customers! I moved way across town and will still travel 30 min for the great service!

Didnt not honor price that was given and only put four quarts of transmission fluid in a vehicle that needs 17 quarts total. great shade-tree mechanics.

I have been using Hurst Best Auto since 2005 before it was Pro Lube. I have witnessed three different ownerships and several mechanics. The current ownership and team is providing a great customer experience as well. Jason the mechanic has to have years of experience because he was super knowledgeable. He informed me thoroughly about my break system and power steering needs. He even tightened two additional things under my hood as a courtesy and he didnt have to. The service here is better and way more reasonably priced than a dealer! 13 years still a hidden jewel!

Great place to go get your car repaired my back brakes went out I needed rotors and brake pads it took them about 15 minutes to go get the parts and they was done with the brakes in about 30 minutes awesome

I have been bringing my cars to them for about 3 years now. They are honest and trustworthy and treat me and my Daughters right. Many repair shops see a woman coming and sucker them into spending more money than needed and lying to them. NOT these guys! Eli always have my back and I know that they will take care of me. They get me in and out as quickly as possible, I can call them for advice, they are very reasonably priced. I wont take my car anywhere else.

Hurst Best is named right the best. Good service, low prices, these guys are keeping it real. They live in real today times knowing how rough it is out there for people. Had to get my front windshield replaced. A friend recommended this shop. Chance got me a new front windshield for a price that I found very hard to beat. Got the new windshield and had it done in a timely fashion. Thanks guys, youre the best!

I also agree with a previous review that stated that equal quality of service is given to men and women and I dont have to worry that they are trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman.

Wonderful, friendly shop - always knowledgeable. Its difficult for woman to be taken seriously, and feel like a welcomed customer in a car shop - but not here!. Here your car is very well taken care of, and youll get the best price no matter who you are!.

I would not trust this shop to replace a lug nut, much less for any complicated work. I brought a car into this shop earlier this year for breaks and was told that I needed pads but that rotors were optional at this time and would be needed next time. Fast forward a few months and the breaks are squealing on my car already. I have them checked out and find that the new pads are completely ruined because the rotors were far past their prime. Bringing the car back to the shop accomplished nothing as I was told by the new manager that no one, including the owner, was still a part of the operation from when we had our work done. Additionally this supposed manager refused to let me talk to anyone above him and repeatedly cut off my attempts to discuss this with him. Ultimately he refused to warranty any of the work done and told us that we were to blame for our ruined brakes.TL;DR Never, ever come here. Save yourself the trouble and money.

I have been having a problem with my car. Took it to several shops with no solution. Upon taking it to Hursts Best Complete Auto Repair, I was greeted my the manager Chance. He was very professional and friendly. He told me $40 for a diagnostic which i thought was extremely fair so of course i agreed. After the diagnostic it ended up being some crossed spark plug wires from when the last mechanic did my tune up. They still only charged me $40!!!! How honest is that??? I will definitely be coming back here! Thank you Chance snd staff!

This shop is recently under New Management and refuses to honor any warranty sold by the shop before. Basically any warranty here is useless. Better to go somewhere stable if you have anything that is not minor.

I used to come here for a basic oil change.Then was told I needed some work done that was going to cost $500+ for Front axles, leaking hose, serpentine belt, and something else I can’t remember. Told them I’d wait. Had another mechanic look at my car, and yes the belt needed to be replaced, but my front axles were completely fine and he said they looked new! Very disappointed in the dishonesty of the mechanic and the front desk person. I’m glad I didn’t waste an extra $200-$300 on work that didn’t need to be done.

Upon reading reviews I came here in hopes of the friendly welcoming vibe other people said to have experienced. I got blank stares, no smiles, no hi how are yous or how can I help you, just nothing. I felt like an inconvenience. I tried talking to one employee and he said go talk to the manager which is im assuming the guy sitting behind a laptop who didnt even acknowledge me until I said something. (I was the only customer in the shop) I told him my problem and he told the employee. Then when it came time to pay the man behind the laptop he ignored me again for a second time and said finally the price on my fix only. Then I said thanks and he said thanks back. My experience was very uncomfortable and very awkward when it shouldnt have been. My repair was something simple and was fixed in a timely manor.

This is the worst place ever. Please do not take your vehicle to this place. I took my vehicle in because i was smelling gas. They told me it was 3 different things wrong and after spending over 2,000 the problem still persist. They are a total rip off!!!!!!! Dont say that you have not been warned. If I could give less than 1 star I certainly would.

Where do I begin... this is the worst mechanic shop that I have ever used. I had work done on my car here after hearing suspension noise, and squeaks from the engine (control arms, struts, and serpentine belt) all for a whopping 1400.00. At first everything was fine, and I had confidence that my car had been repaired properly, and that I had a one year warranty that I believed they would honor if anything went wrong if anything happens just let me know and well take care of it (Chance). However this was not the case... a few months after the repairs I began to hear the same noises I was hearing before I brought it in... I waited for an opportunity to bring my car in, and was hoping to have the issue resolved. I dropped it off early in the morning when they opened to try and beat the rush, I waited all day and right before they closed chance called and said we drove it around and didnt hear any suspension noise, and the squeak your hearing is from the water pump. Basically it took them all day to drive it a little, and listen for the squeak. I was really hoping they would have visually examined the suspension rather than just drive it and listen for it, especially with how long it took, but no this place is shady and they didnt want to have to replace anything or refund me. When I got there to pick it up chance told me Im not saying that there isnt any suspension problems, but if its not something we did or you did we dont want to go replacing a bunch of stuff for free. What does that even mean? Anyway I took it to a trustworthy mechanic who examined the suspension visually rather than just listening for it... he found that 2/3 of the repairs done by hurst best complete autorepair had failed and now needed replacement again... I asked him to testify in a small claims court for me, and he agreed. I am now in the process of filing the suit. Stay away for this place, they do not honor theyre warranty, and will lie to your face.

Took to shop first time to just out tire on. They ruined a brand new rim. Like men they fixed free of charge. So seeing what stand up guys thay seem to be trusted them to fix my clutch and take my rear rims off and out different set on. Clutch works great but tire flew off going down highway. Called they said we got you. Picked up car and fixed it . But when I came to pick car up was told by the skinny guy with glasses that its ready but I wouldnt trust it. Then gave me keys and said that will be 375.No yall didnt tighten the lugs and it came off. I took car drove down the road to my house . Following day driving car to another shop to get fixed and the same damn tire comes off. Shop refuses to take owner ship and replace my rear since its bent from first time and repair damages from there mistake . Now talking to Lawer and sueing for lost wages and damages to vehicle. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. PERIOD

Don’t waste your time. I had a horrible experience. I tried this place because my usual mechanic was tooo busy. I paid them and took my car back to the other mechanic. I will never take my car here again.

This is the worst place ever to take your car for service took my car in they gave me a price so I left it there for repairs then when I come to pick it up the manager charges more then the price we had agreed on so I ask him if he does this to every one of his costumers and he gets very angry and aggressive and Threatens to shoot me With a gun witch he never pulled out but said he had it and will let me have it were his words I ask what you going to shoot me he said if you want it yes then he said let’s take it out side wanting to Fight me not my fault you are overcharging me his lucky I dint call the cops on him never will I come back to this place never!!!
