I had some pretty extensive damage was in a bind having to have the car towed somewhere just for an estimate. Went with this place based on reviews on pricing as I only have liability coverage and could not pay to have my car towed from place to place just to shop around. I am happy I did. My repair took about 3 weeks but most of that was just waiting on parts. You guys did a great job at a good price. Car looks brand new. Paint was matched perfect. Had some frame and very extensive wheel damage. Basically the whole wheel and the parts that work it were damaged. Just had a friend that is a mechanic that is an expert in wheels and suspension (builds rock crawlers)check it over. Would have had him do the wheel stuff but he doesnt do body work and I needed a one stop. He said it looks great and looked over the invoice and said the pricing was the best he has seen for this quality of work. They even called the towing company for me and just rolled the tow fee into my bill. Very pleased with my decision. Thank you guys!

They painted my husbands SRT-10 Dodge truck for him -bumper to bumper. It came out perfect. My brother had taken many vehicles to them in the past and highly recommended them. We are from the Amarillo, Texas Area and decided on them instead of someone local. Glad we did. The truck looks brand new and we get many compliments on it. Highly recommend them !

We brought our car in for panel damage. They gave us a quote to go along with our other quotes. They were by far the least expensive so I decided not to go with the cheapest. I read reviews online from my other quotes and the one I wanted to go with had absolute horrible reviews. I reluctantly chose Beshears. THIS WAS THE BEST DECISION EVER! They took our car in on a Monday and we picked it up on that Wednesday afternoon. They had to take off the fender, order a new one, paint the new one and replace it. It took less than 3 days for them to complete the entire process. From start to finish, they honored every single word. If I ever need paint and body work done I will chose them every time. It looked like it could have been factory painted (ugly color choice but awesome workmanship). Will refer and choose them every time.

Worst place ever and I would never refer even my worst enemy to take their vehicle here.•Let’s start with the first issue, they take such a long time to fix your vehicle, even if it is simple. I had a small fender bender and it took almost 3 months to get my car back!•The second issue would be my family member did a car swap with the owner. My family had a great car and they thought they were getting a similar deal. WRONG! That vehicle almost killed them on the highway. This was a car that this company worked on. Just think about that before bringing your car here and putting yourself or your family back in there after they touch it.•Lastly, probably the worst. While I was there I heard a couple people talking and one guy was talking about inappropriate things about a LITTLE GIRL!!! I am not sure if they are still there, but when I picked my vehicle up almost three months later, I still saw him!! It was a very disturbing and disgusting situation. I would hope they would’ve fired him the second any of that came out of his mouth, but I guess not.To end it off, I would not trust the reviews and I would take your car somewhere else. If they are giving you a good deal, ASK YOURSELF WHY!! If you want to go without a car for a long period of time, put your family in danger, and have a disgusting human who talks inappropriate about children work on your car... then fine. But if you actually have morals, RUN FAR AWAY!!!!

I appreciate the work of this team. Everyone is friendly and my car looks better than before! I liked how they work with Enterprise which made my rental drop off go smoothly. The only thing I wanted was more updates on the progress of my vehicle but Im sure they stay busy with the awesome service and all, so its all good. I would definitely use them again but hopefully Im never involved in another collision.

The insurance company of the guy who hit us required us to take our car to Beshears in Hurst for an estimate. Which was annoying, we thought, since we live in Denton. We didnt have to get it fixed there, but after the professional and courteous way they treated us we decided it would be worth the trek. The two women who walked us through the estimate were so thoughtful, and knowledgeable about everything (including dealing with the insurance company). The fact that theyve been in business so long and seemed to have such a good reputation also weighed in our decision. The whole process went smoothly and they did beautiful work on our BMW. And then there was the added benefit that we were able to drop our Hertz rental car there! They really took good care of us. Hope we dont have to but would definitely use them again.

I had the airbags in my Jeep replaced and when I went to get in my Jeep after the repairs were completed, I almost fell when I went to pull myself in using the grab handle. It was complete broken and someone had pushed the end back in the handle so that it appeared to be normal.When this happened, I took it off and went to the door and asked the receptionist what happened. She said, oh, no problem, which side was it? Well order you a new one.Now to me, it appeared that she knew about it.Now 3 days later I call about it and Im getting the run around. I spend thousands there and theyre doing something shady like this over a $10 part??? Makes me wonder about the quality of the work I had done there on these life saving devices I had replaced. I had planned on going back for some other work I needed done but now Im very skeptical about the service Ill get.

The repair was ok, but they forgot to put the window handle back on. Also had to have them push the bumper back in because it was sticking out. Probably wont go back...

This shop is the BEST! Had some dings and a tire rim fixed before I returned my Mini and am now getting some light bodywork done on an S2000 I just purchased. Their workmanship is impeccable! I know when I drop a car off here that they will not miss ANYTHING.

First time I went was because it was close to me. Then experiencing the professionalism of Tony and the team there, I knew I would go there if I needed a repair. Sure enough to I brought my new car recently and they took care of me without me having to hassel to call insurance constantly. Always friendly too!

This review is a little late (had the work done in July) but these guys are awesome! I hit a deer on my way home from work one night and they fixed everything. The hood, right fender, and right headlight needed to be replaced and a small amount of internal damaged needed to be fixed. Tony took great care of my car. He even buffed out the other headlight so that they matched a little better and said I could bring it back any time to get it buffed out again free of charge. He matched the colors of the new hood and fender extremely well to the rest of my car. Youre going to pay a little more here than at other places but you wont get nearly as great of quality as you would here.

This company did excellent work after my Cadillac was rear-ended by a Semi. After the work was done the car looked like new, minus a minor adjustment to one of the bumper clips. They quickly corrected this issue, and the entire repair of the car after the wreck only took a week.I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

The plastic splash shield under my car became badly damaged and was dragging the ground. Part of my fender also looked unstable. After being denied help at two bigger body shops this morning, I had almost lost hope. Luckily, this shop is right down the street from me. They had the part delivered and my car fixed in less than two hours. I am amazed by the customer service, speed, and quality of work. If I ever need body work again, big or small, I will be sure to come back. Highly recommend!

Brought my car to Beshears after a nasty t-bone accident where my passenger side was crushed. My car is my baby and I was distraught (and injured) from the accident. The crew there took excellent care of me and my car and took a ton of stress off my plate while dealing with insurance. My car looks beautiful and brand new, you would never know it had been hit! I never hope to be in an accident again, but if I am, I know exactly where to go.

Gotta say, this place really knows how to treat people. I was backed into and had a cracked radiator and compressor. I need my car for work, and couldnt afford all the body damages.They worked with me on lowering the cost as well as getting the job done quickly and efficiently.It was an unfortunate situation, but Id definitely use these guys again if I needed to!

I dropped my vehicle off here March 25th, today is May 9th and I’m told again “next week”. I’ve been told “next week” now for about 3 weeks straight. I only have basic trunk damage from a fender bender, nothing super extensive.

Will never do business with them again. My 2016 Jeep Cherokee was hit and I chose beshears based on the great reviews. Their body work is impeccable, but the vehicle was returned to me with a blinker that didn’t work, a messed up TPS sensor and a messed up windshield washer fluid sensor. After they fixed that I drove the car for about a week before the electric start/stop begin malfunctioning and then the car would occasionally refuse to start. After 2 weeks (during which I never received a status update) they called and said the car was fixed. It’s now 2 days before Christmas and I have a jeep that won’t start and no vehicle for the next three days because I can’t contact anyone there. Only take your car here if you have a door ding.

Great local body shop, they saved me when I had an issue with my insurance company. I had a claim because an uninsured driver hit my car. I originally received a quote from another large, chain body shop. The quote came in very high and my insurance company wanted to declare my car a total loss because of this. Well, I love my car and I didnt want to buy another one just because some guy texting and driving hit me. So, I did some shopping around for a better quote. It was just the bumper and trunk damaged, but Infiniti parts are extremely pricey. I called Misty at Bashears, explained the situation, and she worked with me to find less expensive parts. The quote came in low enough that the insurance company approved it and paid for the repair. Even better, they did a great job fixing my car and you cant even tell it was in an accident. Good as new!

We took car in for power window issue. Indicated most likely regulator. They said that didnt take care of problem so changed motor too. Unfortunately, they didnt know how to calibrate properly so window goes up but comes halfway down again. Hundreds of dollars later, we had to take car back but were told they didnt know how to fix!

PHENOMINAL SHOP- I live in the Fort Worth area and work on hwy 10. Ive driven past beshears several times thinkin it was just a lil mom n pops collision center, well lol i totaled my brand new ford on that same hwy close to industrial blvd. I wasnt very familiar with the area other than where I work so the only collision shops that I knew of were beshears and metroplex auto body. I looked them both up on my phone to read reviews but they werent very promising so I went to both and found out that Ramey who is the owner of beshears collision was a trustwothy man of God and so am I so I took my brand new totaled F-150 to Beshears. I questioned Ramey about the review I read about coworkers stealing and he told me he caught that guy red-handed, his name is chad, he fired him. HOLY COW, talk about AWESOME WORK!!! +++ They were having a barbeque the day I had my truck dropped off there and they invited me to grab some food.. not only is this shop the best collision shop, Ramey is an awesome chef on the grill lol.. These guys not only do the best work, u can walk around and watch everything they are doing,, An A+ collision shop people!!!! double thumbs up
