Horrible experience! Bought my son new phone from this place for Christmas and it was total let down. The guy said it was new phone and it was unlocked but it clearly wasn’t. I drove to there shop 2 times and both times they said the problem was fixed but it never was. They never called me back like they said they would. So my son didn’t have good working phone phone for over a week. And I was out 200 for phone that didn’t work. Just was all around bad experience. They should have never sold me a phone that was not unlocked liked i asked.

Quite unhappy. Came in for a screen repair, picked up “ repaired” phone, which was working, yet it wouldn’t charge. I sat the phone on my desk and Went about my day to return later and find it cracked by the home button.I was told there was a 30 day warranty. I came back I, and explained how the phone wasn’t charging and he said he could fix the issue, plugged it in and told me the battery was the problem, even after I explained it had been replaced by apple not 3 months ago. He charged me 35 for a replacement battery, and low and behold it STILL didn’t charge.$110.00 later and my iPhone 7 is STILL inoperative and I only have lost money to show for the ordeal replied but NO ATTEMPT TO MAKE IT RIGHT. AVOID THIS PLACE
