Always willing to help with any issues I have with my phone service

Have been customer for many years. No issues until it came to buying a new phone from store. Offer includes a screen cover and phone cover. Screen cover was applied at time of sale. 6/22. Getting run-around to get phone cover. Always another excuse. Shouldnt be part of offer is such a hastle!

This is actually Selectel Wireless now in Hutchinson. This is my phone/internet company right now. The internet drops sometimes out in the sticks, but if I have any problems they always take care of it.

Got a free phone and service for a year, and a cool tablet for $10 thank to corona!

Horrible service. Had to pay up front for repairs and then the parts didnt get ordered. The phone was taken in the first week of October 2019. The end of December after going back in four times, we were told that the phone couldnt be fixed. We asked for the phone back as well as a refund of money. We finally got the phone back 2 weeks ago but still have not been given a refund. Will never go back and dont recommend this place to anyone. Going to file a complaint with the Kansas attorney general.

I have had good service. The price is reasonable for as little as I use my phone.

Had nothing but good luck getting my damage battery replaced here. I recommend checking here first. The staff is honest and helpful it is good to find a place like that...i will definitely be back with other questions or concerns

I had a great experience here. I dropped my phone and didnt crack the screen, but couldnt use the touch screen AT ALL, to text, accept or make calls, etc. Verizon told me I had to go an hour away, to Wichita, to get it fixed, but I checked out Your Wireless World, in the Hutchinson Mall. They knew right away what was wrong with my phone, ordered my part, and I was fixed within two business days. I would have given 5 stars, except they got me a black LCD face, and my phone is white. It doesnt matter much to me, my phone cover hides it anyway, and Im not too picky. They were great to me! I will use them in the future.

All of the branches are crooked. They dont let you know when you buy a new phone that it is refurbished. Other sites have the same phones and say new. They wont do anything about it if the phone crashes after 30 days. The phone I bought was supposed to be new but found out later it wasnt. It crashed 2 months after purchase and when I tried to contact manufacturer, they said the warranty was no good any more. Your wireless world sold me a $200 paperweight. They have been reported to the BBB and have refused to respond to any attempts at contact. I sent an email to their customer support around the 1st of May, 2013 and have yet to hear anything back. Do not buy from this company unless you are willing to lose your money.

The person working was super nice but had no idea what he was doing, he explained he was new and only had 30 minutes training, he tired to call his boss many times with no response, totally wasted time. For sure won’t go back.

Switched to these plans from verizon, good quality at a good price.

I went to get my IPhone 6 screen fixed.I went in three times and the technician wasnt there all the times I went. We had to make an appointment just to see himWhen I finally DID get to see him he put my phone back to together.But, there was glue over the front camera and the home button was loose.It wasnt quality work. But hey, at least my phone screen wasnt cracked
