I had an excellent experience with the sales associate last evening. She stayed late to help out and was very knowledgeable and supportive. I am very thankful.

The people that work there have always been nice whenever I need help and ask questions . Sometimes it gets pretty busy but they’ll always make time for you and solve your problems. Great customer service!

I’m very disappointed with the lack of integrity your company exhibits. I canceled my direct tv service tonight and will be canceling my internet service in the future when I get it set up with another company. I was promised one thing and billed for quite another. There is a phone conversation to prove it but I was told it’s very hard to obtain. Shame on your company for very unethical practices in your billing and customer service.

The phone Id received was not setup correctly, so they provided a new one and set it up correctly. It took a couple of hours, but they got it right. The one good thing about the phone setup was the delivery of the new phone. It arrived the next morning.

Bought new phone(4G) July last year, this year been told: the phone not 4G compatible, buy a new one. Bought a sim at the Hutch store, registered it myself, bought refill at Walmart and its working fine on 4G.

Keep in mind that i walked in there with $3,000 to switch service and BUY a new phone....bad business this place is.I came to this location to switch services...and the staff were in plain cloths, refused to port my number, and said that they do not carry the prepaid service or phones...then i noticed 2 display models and advertising right behind her.I walked out, called corporate...and they said that the lady was VERY incorrect. The representative then asked me to go back in the store with her on the phone and ask for the ladies agent id or name, the lady refused to give me either...so Nicole (agent on phone with me) had me ask for a manager. The lady also refused to let us speak to a manager, then ordered me to leave the store...all while on the phone with corporate agent. SmhDont waste your time with this location or staff. Very unprofessional and rude.

So I have been dealing with this issue since I started my plan with AT&T. I traded in my IPhone XR for the 11 pro max and was supposed to be credited 700$ dollars towards the phone. When I received my first bill I called and questioned it, I was informed that it takes a few months to be credited and what extra I pay will go towards the bill. After a couple months still nothing as changed and I called once again. They had no answers for me and gave me the run around and said they will put a service request and note it in my file. Fast forward 7 months (May now) of me calling and complaining nothing is getting resolved they put a request into the Office of the president. I was told I would be contacted in 24hours and now it’s been 2 months and still nothing. I have went into the store to see if they can help me but they get the same answers that I did. So what are my options now that I have went to the top and still get nothing? Report it to the police that their employees are running a scam and stealing phone trade ins for personal profit?

I went in to Att Store in Hutchinson, the lady I talked to was Chanteau, very patient and calm when I asked questions and gave me positive feedback on the items I was purchasing. She suggested on thing as well, I highly recommend going to this store, it has a positive atmosphere and always ready for new people.

Any time I have questions or concerns, Chanteau is always there to help me out! If you shop here, ask for her! She’s amazing!

This store is a joke. Not a core store so they are very limited on their abilities to fit the needs of their customers. The staff tries but their hands are tied which can cause frustrations to rise on both sides.

My husband and I went in to this store a couple of days ago. We were so pleased with our service! My husband is a firefighter and received the first responder discount. Before us, this store has never set up a first responder before. The man helping us was incredibly helpful. I believe he is the manager? He sat with us for three hours, as it is tricky to set up a first responder plan. He also had to wait on us trying to figure out how to cancel with our other provider. He was very helpful and great to work with! I love our new phones! We also got a great discount! This store is awesome! Everyone is very helpful and very friendly!

Astonishing customer service experience from Chanteau. She was very helpful and was able to help me fix a problem I have been dealing with customer support the last couple of days definitely will be going back to see her.

Staff was amazing Chanteau was very helpful she answered all my questions and if she didnt know she would find the answer from her other coworkers! I had some issues with my bill and she was able to answer all of the questions i had and was able to get me into a new phone and keep my bill the same! a lot of people have a bad taste for this store but let me tell you dont believe what you hear if you havent been in store in the last 6 month i recommend that you stop by and see the staff they are great and have amazing personalities

I enjoyed my experience! Customer staff was amazing and since the last time I was there new Managment was amazing and new workers with passion for what they do. Felt really comfortable and confident about my services. If you haven’t switched or are looking for a new provider cell service wise I strongly recommend AT&T. Lezlie is the go to! She’s awesome, very professional and knows what she’s doing!

I went in Friday evening first stop after work to pay my bill/bring my account up to date. The lady that took my payment was very friendly and it didnt take long at all to process the payment and return change. She also assured me that it wouldnt take long to reconnect my service. I had a great experience.

Amazing service i went in to set up new cell service i already have tv service but when i went in i found out i had a past due bill from ages ago that was settled ages ago Bianca was very nice and helpful and was able to get down to the bottom of why i had this charge and was able to get that settled and get me started on new service would definitely recommend this store and staff they always have a willing to help attitude

I dont have service with them so they wont do anything about an extremely low hanging wire in our backyard of our new house. Told them what are we suppost to do, its low enough for my kids to grab in our backyard. All they told us is dont let your children touch it and everyone else we have tried to contact about it say they are not legally allow to touch it and we have to have att fix it. Absolutely ridiculous. They said this is just their policy.

This is an awesome store to walk into and I’m always glad to see Chanteau because she is so helpful. I came in today and my phone was frozen and not working and she was able to fix it right away. Chanteau is always friendly when I come in to pay my bill and is such a people person. Thanks for a great experience and having such a clean and welcoming store.

This store is a waste of time. You’re better off just calling AT&T because that’s what the store will do (if their internet/computers are even working). I wouldn’t recommend AT&T to anyone. The store tells you one promotion and AT&T bills you for something else. You call and complain about it only to waste 6hrs on the phone to be told they can’t fix it, you’re out $800, and to contact the store because they didn’t do the promotion correctly. So sad to see this company go down the toilet. There is absolutely no customer service anymore (at this store or on the phone). Also while I’m ranting I wouldn’t sign up for wireless billing. They constantly are changing their price. I would watch your bill under a microscope because they will try to add things without your permission.

My questions were answered. I was shown a plug-in device that had space for two phones to be charged at the same time.I purchased it and were using it at home for two phones. I dream about having more At&T stores. Learning to use a smart phone happens in stages and having resource people closer than 24-35 miles would be helpful.

Everything was fast and easy and Bianca, I believe she was a manager, was very patient with me and helped me with all the queations I had about my new phone!!

Only one person was on the floor and they were with another customer. There were four of us. She passed us twice and not once exknowlegde our presence. She never said hello or said she would be with us when she finished. We were there looking around for about five minutes.Very poor customer service. If she would have exknowlegde our presence, we would not have left.

AT&T doesn’t tell you the internet is spotty in hutchinson until you call to get help because it’s so slow. Thought I would bundle everything since I have been a dtv costumer since 2007. It ended up costing me $500.00 and that was for no home internet just 2 cell phones and dtv but 1 cell phone was only with them for 7 days. I went there to bundle and save money( what a scam). It’s not like Hutch is a big city so why is internet spotty and Verizons is not.

Steffany Aden was the only one in the store working. She was working with 4 customers at a time and more people waiting. Manager was not there. Waited 2 and a half hours to get help. She was very professional. Not a soul, other employee in the store. This was the second day in a row I went for help. The manager gave me the wrong info. My 1 star rating is for the management. Steffany gets 5 stars for her efforts to help all the customers that came in. She had a huge job and did it well. She could teach customer service. Bottom line. This store needs more employees and more people like Steffany.

Steffany Aden is the Only reson i try and stick it out with att. My step mom Cayla has had a horrible experience with that store and Steffany is the only who has went out of her way to try and fix all that they have messed up on our accounts the management is very unprofessional and not willing to go above and beyond, which is crazy because att prides themselves on customer service and loyalty and he does totally the opposite. Steffany is the only representative that we have had a good experience with. So these 5 stars are for her not for the store.. the store sucks and should not be in business

They help me understand my phone better and very understanding people

It was not good, have had service with them since 1979. Renewed my plan and somehow while I was sleeping all my data was used. Went to attend store paid for data package was then told I have to call in to activate but when I called they showed no money on acct. Now att store wont answer their phone! Extremely unhappy!

Staff worked hard to correct a mistake. The problem was AT&T fault, however, the local store worked hard to correct their mistake.

You make up your own mind. Had AT&T for many years and during those years, had these constant problems. TV service would go out several times a day. Wifi was very slow and service would go out many times a day. Netflix service took a long time to connect and using it was a nightmare where it would lag for several seconds. Internet was super slow, it would take a long time to load pages. Now, we gave AT&T many years to fix this and called them where they would send out service technicians to work on it. But it never got better and we finally had to go to COX. First few days with COX: Not once have we lost TV service. Havent lost WIFI service once and the internet loads instantly. Netflix service is very fast to connect and no lag while using it. So you do the math, AT&T versus COX, I know which one Im happy with.
