The management and staff at US Cellular were super friendly and very helpful getting us set up with exactly the plan and equipment that we needed to have in a pinch while we were vacationing in the area (with ZERO T-Mobile service BTW!). No pushy sales pitch or drama. Just fast, friendly service. If we lived in this area, this is exactly the kind of service that we would use over any of the big name brands.

Mitchell wanted to go to lunch, pulled the sim card in the middle of transferring information locked out of the account also threw the sim card in the trash! refused to show any phone other than one type I guess the one they are pushing at the moment, even looked at her friend and said I know Im trying to hurry so we can go eat....then decided the purchaser gets to go home use their ipad to try to undo what she did..... Great job!
