Yes you can get new things here but you will pay triple or more. They are very tight with their money and not going to give out any breaks or perks. Oh unless you purchase more items at extremely elevated prices. Better to save your money and buy new elsewhere.

Transferred payments to their store when I moved here 6.5 years ago. Always have a great time hassling the staff & they get some good laughs in when I visit. Ive bought several items through them over the years and never had a complaint. If there was an issue it was resolved quickly.

Rent center in Hutchinson Kansas is great . The guys that work there are very nice and friendly. They help you out any way they can.

We have been using them for about 2 years. We love them. They always work with us on our payments etc. Always nice and try to help us out.

Had to give 1 Star couldn’t give less . I got a bed from them it had bed bugs . Returned it I had bed bugs. Had to pay 1500$ to have people come in my home to take care of them. I had to throw away my couch curtains I tore up carpet to get rid of them. I called them 3 months after they gave them to me to explain they gave me bed bugs and they said it wasn’t there fault and wasn’t going to do anything about it all together after replacing carpet in a 3 bedroom home cost me about 5500$ over a 500$ bed. In my opinion they are crooks. I will never deal with them again.

So went and bought a galaxy s5. From day one it had issues but since I bought it out right they wouldnt do anything. I went and spent 30-45 minutes at RAC to see if they can do anything the day after I bought it. They said it was unlocked and can use my sim... its not. Volume up button doesnt work. If the device shuts off I have to spend 5 minutes trying to get it to turn back on. And I cant even Bluetooth my contacts from my old phone cause... you guessed it, Bluetooth doesnt work. I basically paid them for nothing. I would of loved to get a return or an exchange. Care more about money then they do customers. Ill pay the extra $100 and take my money to Aarons.

I wish there was a 0 review!!!!! These people had a Hutchinson police officer break into our house to seize a mattress over $28!!! Humiliating...we are good hard working people who had $28!!! Left to pay so instead of working with us we were humiliated and treated like criminals. Please go anywhere else!!!!
