If you want to keep all your money DONT SHOP HERE!! If I spend too much time here I ALWAYS find some interesting tool or other thing that I just need to have! Sure, it makes my life easier to have the right tool for the job, just be warned, you might find what you have always been looking for!Also, the employees are pretty helpful. Ive asked about items that I couldnt find on several occasions and they were able to help me out easily. A little odd that the same item could be a few different places in the store, but at least I got what I was looking for!

The store is well maintained and managed. As with any HF it is sometimes hard to find larger numbers of certain things as they are not refilled as often as I would love.

Cheaper tools that will do the job...not every tools needs to be top tier and super expensive.

Want good quality tools but dont want to pay lowes prices? come to harbour freight. this place has cheap cheap tools but they are really good quality.

They have inexpensive tools that have a lifetime warranty! Their Pittsburgh line is great for tools to use at work and if by chance one breaks the store will replace it! I have a mechanics tool set that I have used several times at work and so far the ratchets have worked great! I recommend Harbor Freight to save money and for great customer service! They often have what Im looking for when going in. The employee knowledge seems fair, but how many times are they going to ask me to sign up for some email or news letter to be stuck at the register for another 30 minutes while you figure out how to spell my last name. Please let me check out in peace

I love harbor freight, its a mix of cheap and decent quality tools with most of them being a good price. I just wish they had one where I live!

Harbor freight in Hutch is ok. Only allow one coupon per purchase and their employees seem gripey and not interested in helping unless they have to. They do carry most things other HFs do so itll work in a pinch but I always try to shop at the Wichita stores.

Great service, great prices

Being a do it yourselfer or shade tree mechanic this store has served me well. I simply cant justify spending the prices for tools that other stores have. Not saying they arent worth the price but for my needs these tools have worked fine. I have yet to have a tool that didnt meet my expectations. I had a fuel pressure test kit that was missing one small piece. I didnt realize it until I had already tested the pressure. So, it met my need but I made a little mess when depressurizing the test tool. I took the tool back and explained the problem to which they refunded my money and sold me a new test kit which we opened to make sure it had the correct pieces, which it did.

Was told of their warranties and how they will replace anything that is broken within 90 days and its your warranty goes for 2 years and they will replace anything for any reason other than lost or stolen now thats a warranty that you can get behind and like other corporate stores who give you a phone number to call and then that phone number tells you you have to talk to the store store tells you have to talk to the phone number you find out that you just being played by both sides will be back to harbor freight

Great store, clean, friendly service

This place gets 5 stars if youre realistic about what your buying. If youre getting a floor jack, some basic tools, or some functional items, this place is great. But dont expect quality precision items like a hand held wood planer, or DeWalt quality power tools.Dont invest a lot of money here but dont be straight to spend some if you can use common sense.

The prices are cheap, customer service not so great.I stopped in to buy a large item only available in store. When I went to buy it the manager said, we dont have one. When I pointed to the item that was sitting on the floor said, we cant sell that one, its the display.I said, ok, Id like to order oneShe said, ”you cant order one.Me, when will one be available?She, I dont know, maybe next week, maybe not.This seems like an odd way to do business.Whats the point in having a display if I cant actuallybuy it?

I had looked online to find what i wanted. The website said it was available at the store. When i went to the store, it was not on the shelves. The staff was friendly and helpful, but it took almost 20 minutes for them to locate the item.

I went here today and found everything I needed! I was Christmas shopping for my husband and found the prices to be great! I found a tool box I liked and looked up similar ones at Home Depot and found the prices at Harbor Frieght to be way better for this item! I was pleased and the staff was helpful!

Friendly and clean. Well stocked. Only reason not five star is because sections are broke apart. I would perfer if all electrical is in one place. Carpentry in its place. I found a center punch with the tape measures. And fish tapes. Lol but over all a good. Experience

I have bought alot of tools here past year or so. It is hit and miss, alot of good deals here but have to be aware of the quality. A really good place to start for tools but most will not last a lifetime like alot of tools should.

Its a weird store with trying to find everything but things are pretty cheap and quite a bit cheaper than I was thinking. Good employees, and altogether a decent experience

Husband went in to get a golf cart tire, staff not very helpful, never did find it where they said, didnt really listen to what he asked for.

Ive had issues with using tax exemption at this location, and the last time was very uncomfortable. The associate was rude and unprofessional.
