Love Home Depot! Their garden section is awesome this season. Plants and soil was affordable. Staff was nice. Bought some basil, rosemary, and vegetable plants and theyre all doing great.

Pretty ridiculous.I will definitely be using home depot in Wichita for now on. This place is so incompetent. They cant find a order and curbside is a joke.The shouldnt offer curbside if they have nobody to work it, 45 minutes to pick up an order because they cant find it then get told they have nobody to bring it curbside.I wish I could give this home depot -5 stars, doesnt even deserve 1 star.

Lots of employees standing around. Are usually young female and male employees huddled up in the lumber checkout area while customers are waiting in line. They will look right at us and go about there talking. Dont go here very often anymore. There are other choices in Hutchinson. Used to enjoy going in a just walking around looking and shopping but only go now when cant find something elsewhere and then its in and out.

Things that Im looking for are usually priced the best at the Home Depot. But, the store in Hutchinson never seems to have what we want in stock. Its very frustrating when you are an immediate gratification, fly - by - the - seat - of - my - pants, kind of shopper. I sadly end up going across the street to buy what I want, even though prices are higher there. Wonderful staff however, and clean store.

First walk in and I see people stealing. Employees were on their phone instead of noticing the girl running with a big ticket item going thru the entrance to a waiting vehicle that booked it out abnormally quick.It was impossible to find help here, the isle and bin numbers for items in the app didnt match the store. Then after 30 minutes of searching for 3 items wait nother 30min waiting in line to check out!

Got minimalistic help with finding a replacement battery for my riding mower, so I didnt buy one here.

Lots of choices on flooring. All the latest appliances, prices were reasonable. Employees were helpful. Although the older cashiers at exit door acted like we were suspicious when we left without anything but floor samples.

Great sales people...didnt have to go looking for them, I had multiple employees ask if I needed help. They were knowledgeable and friendly, especially Aubrie in flooring.

Went there during 4th of July appliance sale to purchase a washer and dryer set. They didnt have the dryer in stock so I could not order and put one on hold. They had me check back several times and still no luck. Fortunately, the last day of the sale, they led me to believe I could still purchase at same price when the dryer was in stock, by talking to the store manager. I called 2 days after the sale ended and...WOW! SUDDENLY IN STOCK! I asked to speak to the store manager for the $500 dollar discount- GOT THE RUN AROUND! Called competition and they honored the sale due to circumstances. After 20 years of doing business, I will be switching to Lowes for good customer service!

Love Home Depot. Lowes is closer, but I drive past it all the time due to the lack of customer service all the times I went in there. If Home Depot or Ace Hardware doesnt have it, then I sometimes check the Lowes website before ordering online. In this recent trip, I was just getting rocks for my duck run. Previously, I needed to buy a hot water heater and couldnt get help in Lowes for nothing. Last summer, I was building chicken and duck runs and coops and attempted to buy lumber at Lowes. The lumber was too long to fit in my vehicle and I was told they could cut it down to the size I needed. After gathering my items, the young man working at the counter told me that their saw was broken. Kind of ironic that a hardware store doesnt have a saw... Anyway, that was not the truth. He just didnt want to do the work to cut it. Another employee was confused when the young man lied. Especially since we heard the saw star up seconds later. Thats fine, I left my cart and went to Home Depot. Their saws always work and they have no issues with customer service ever. They are always happy to help in every department that I have been in.

Home Depot is my preference over its competition. Store is easy to navigate through with a logical setup. Prices are just as competitive as other stores. Plus when it comes to power tools I am a dedicated Ridgid tools user. Home Depot carries this brand.

Took my mother to get details about an overdue(schedule for mid-Feb) 2021 delivery of her stove she already purchased; customer service finally found it in the computer and showed mid March for deliver. Ask to have something comped due to need for stove. Manager Tristan told us via customer service no discount was available. I am hoping the regional supervisor, Tanner will offer free delivery. Not happy.

I have no clue how many employees walked right past me without speaking to me yesterday as I walked up and down aisles but it was at least 3. The woman who finally asked if I was finding everything was helpful and kind. The woman in the paint department was knowledgeable, helpful, and kind as well. I dont appreciate the fact that they only have self check out with a handheld scanner that everyone has touched, but masks are required. I am not concerned about Covid-19...my complaint is it makes no sense to cover your mouth and nose but go ahead and touch everything that everyone has touched.

Hutchinson Home Depots manager is Tanner, he always greats me and ensures that I am well taken care of.There was a new manager at the service desk named Jasmine. I had a return from todays job and she found the order and the computer, had it processed and I was out the door in less than 5 minutes

I will no longer shop online at this location. Every order I have placed has had something go wrong. Theres always a problem and always an excuse or justification as to why the problem exists with little to no effort to correct the situation. We fixed and flipped 12 houses and spent close to 170k at most of the Denver Metro and Hayes, KS Home Depots, in the past 9 months alone, and have never encountered any of the issues the Hutchinson store presented me with.

My kids like home depot because they are the only store in Hutchinson to have race car carts. They usually are cheaper on price from $0.01 to $5.00 less than the in town competition. Its enough where it makes you go there instead of the hassle of getting the stores to price match.

The guys and gals in the back was wonderful... Got me in and out.. cutting the carpet.. life is good when you dont have to wait that long...

Came for the first time to this location to pick up several items that had already been purchased and were supposed to have been set aside. The first woman I spoke to at the customer service desk told me theyd sold out of that item and I was out of luck. This went on for a bit with me asking how something already purchased could have been sold again and asking her to look wherever they keep items for pick up. After a single over-the-shoulder glance I was assured they didnt have it. After a second service desk employee came up the items were found immediately less than 5 feet away and I was able to get the items already paid for. The second woman was great, a very young girl but knew what she was doing, had a great attitude and was very helpful. Shes the only reason this isnt a one star review.

First time ever visiting yesterday, around 7:45pm. Tried to use the app to find something but things werent making sense. A worker approached and genuinely offered assistance. He explained the app and how the aisles work as well as walking us all the way across the store to what we were after. He thanked us for shopping here as well. What a great experience! I wish I would have caught his name! :( but truly, I havent ever experienced true customer service before until now!!

Do not have home depot install your counter tops. Worst expensive I have ever had with a contactor (countertop table). I ordered on January 5th. They measured 2 week later and now it is March 5th. And still no counter tops. They just keep saying covid-19 is the issue. I wish I could put a zero stars. And Home Depot person assigned to over see it is full of it. She says anything to get you off the phone and does little to help. Does not check up on customer. I even ask them to read me my folder and she made notes like she spoke with me. Only time anything gets done is when I ask for a manager at home depot. If they start playing the transfer game with you hang up and call back and ask for a manager.

Bought cabinets online to pick up at store and have delivered to store. I dont know why I trusted that when I literally had the same issue a few months ago with windows.Anyways, wasnt in stock. Was back ordered, even though it was at a location an hour a way or 2 hours away...... Whatever, so they cant ship between stores because each one is independent?? I still dont understand. But apparently the only place that carries a standard. 36 inch. Basic. Unfinished cabinet is lowes and menards. For all reading this menards has beach wood also so it will match if home depot does you dirty like they did me.

Customer service is slipping. They continue to try running it without full time employees to duck offering benefits and part time employees dont put their heart into their jobs.

It has been a long time since I would give Home Depot high marks. But it seems like they have gotten more employees to help you and they are familiar with the store in hutch.

Everytime time i go in this store the employees are never to be found or just chilling or for example today I was looking for a power tool. Could not find it on the shelves anywhere but there was a group of employees just hanging out and talking away neglecting the customers. After 15 min of this I decided to leave. This is why I find myself constantly going to lowes, Driving to wichita or just ordering what I need off line. This store is what we call hot garbage

Only had the self check lane open and it was full. Waited in line for quite a while and then got stuck behind someone with a long piece of wood and couldnt go around him to get to the open registers. And he took FOREVER. Not necessarily anyones fault, but Couldve easily been fixed if the staff had helped us get around. But instead she sat there and stared. So Ive had good experiences there, but this time the staff wasnt helpful at all, and pretty clueless when we asked a question.

Its like a depot, for your house. The commercials on the television never lie, seriously! Now a joke, what happened to the native Americans who drank too much tea before bedtime? They didnt drown in their tee-pee bcuz they shipped at home depot.

Our store requires a mask. But when you check out, they have ONLY the hand held scanners so you are not breathing contagions - just covering your hand with them (or whatever has been on the previous100 customers hands). Use an empty sack, hold the scanner and throw the sack away and then hand sanitize as you enter your vehicle.

They require masks and offer them to you if you forgot/dont have a mask

Havent bout anything from them since they first opened in Hutch, because they called me AFTER I was pricing freezers nightly for several weeks during the supper hour. A salesman named Vic waited on us and was told to ask : Just when do you intend to buy this freezer. I told him never and to quit hassling me. I refuse to buy anything from Home Depot and have only been in 2x since with other family members. I WILL NOT SHOP THERE EVER!

This store is always very clean and when you need help they do their best to help when they can. One of the biggest problems is that when you do need help the store seems to be under staffed because you cant seem to find anyone in there areas that you need help in. There are always cashiers or someone to help you get checked out but not employees that know anything outside of their specific product areas. Otherwise the store is very clean and lots of smiling faces.

Ive been surprised at the wide selection in this store. Can usually find what I need. Some things have been sold out, but at least it is an option at the store. Especially being in a smaller town.

What can I say Im a guy I love Home Depot. Sometimes theres so many employees youre tripping over them then other times I have to walk all over the store to find one either at their phone (or some kinda handheld device hopefully looking at store stuff). I would like to thank Shane in the appliance department for helping us after the Oriental woman wandered off to sit behind the counter ( looking at one of those handheld Home Depot information machines and not her cell phone (wink wink). All and all I do have a pleasant experience at home Depot.
