This was the 2nd time we bought from Bret at The Mattress Hub. We had the same great experience as before. Bret is very knowledgeable. The only problem was with the delivery, and that had nothing to do with Bret. Thank you Bret. Thats why we gave it four stars.

Helped us find a bed that was in stock and worked for us, was also able to help us find a deal to make the price within our range. The guy has a no pressure attitude that doesn’t make you feel like you have to buy right now and let’s you take your time. I appreciated the patience he had with us showing us each bed. I have been looking for a new pillow for ages. I love a flat pillow. The gentleman who assisted me knew exactly what I was looking for ... he even had me lay on a bed to try the pillow out. The man was extremely professional, yet friendly and cordial. The price was less than I had expected so that was a nice surprise. It was a quick professional encounter. My husband is looking for a new pillow so we are going back! A great company with excellent products!

We were in the market for a new mattress so we stopped by. We checked other outlets but this one went out of their way to get our business. Zane was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Well we wanted to buy a mattress, actually two. Walked in, we were greeted by what looked like at least a couple of employees near the counter/desk so we were off to a good start lol. And then nothing...No one came to offer us any assistance-at all & we walked from one side of the store to the other lol. Everyone was engaged in a fun conversation, Im assuming because of the laughter. Im cool with giving the customer space, but just a little attention would have gone a long way. Even a be with you in a minute...would have been nice. We found what we were looking for, nearly the same thing we wanted from your store. Only difference was the customer service.

The salesman I spoke to asked me questions to figure out what I wanted on a mattress before he showed me anything. It was nice the attention to detail he provided. He was also extremely kind, polite, and helpful. The delivery crew was on time and took extra care with my cats and toddler. Steve, Phi, and Gage made sure I didnt have to move anything myself and set everything up so all I had to do was make the bed. They were also friendly on top of being super helpful. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase and would highly recommend the team that helped me.

The sales gentleman Brett was great in helping use find the perfect bed for our grandmother. This is her 2nd bed through The Mattress Hub and we bought our bed there as well. All 3 times great customer service with Brett and careful set up and delivery. The delivery guys, Steve & Mike (AKA the Dream Team) were friendly and helpful in setting up and explaining the new bed. You just cant beat the service, prices, and friendly delivery here.

The worst experience with the store manager. I felt he was lying to me. Every time I asked him for an item he said that he was out of it or when I ask for another item he said Im out of everything. I would suggest calling the store before buying something in person this way youll know if hes lying or not..

Bought a mattress worth $1700 including tax. Was suppose to be delivered on a Friday but due to no fault of the guys at the store it didnt make the truck. Received it the following Wednesday. As a peace offering for not receiving the mattress when first promised they threw in a good quality sheet set. A few bumps in the road for a great, comfortable mattress as promised. Would recommend them highly. Thanks guys.

Not a good experience. Was told delivery date would be week of 9/1. Was asked to be patient as the holiday may impact delivery date. On 9/19, our old mattress was picked up. Unfortunately the new mattress was not on the truck. After several phone calls and 8 hours later, we finally received our new mattress. Office personnel was very uneducated and not at all helpful. Worst part about the whole experience was the lies.

My representatives name was Brian and I was warmly welcomed as soon as I walked in the door. I felt very comfortable and at ease as soon as I entered the store. ( I had already been to 2 stores before this. ) I feel like Brians customer service without a doubt went above and beyond for me and I wanted to bring that to everyones attention.
