I’m not sure when was the last time the district manager visit this store. How are you going to continue to serve the customer completely if replacing your battery tester is not a priority to Auto Zone. Thanks to one young male employee for assisting me with other needs.

I want to pay compliments to the associate Michael for helping me purchasing gas cans and straps the other day and going as far to help me install them. Since me and my family are going back to Louisiana and didnt want the gas fumes choking Us in the car.

Had a great experience today! Very friendly service and while checking out the Manager told me about a special going on that saved me $10 and then he installed my new windshield wiper blades free of charge. Friendly and helpful! Will definitely go back

In the website the store supposed to be open until 10 pm. I tried to call them at 9 pm, and they didn’t answer the phone. When I got there around 9:30, they were closed.

I was helped by Alex and he was so pleasant. The store seemed stocked and clean, which I also appreciated.

The staff greet you as you come through the door they are knowledgeable and they take the time to make sure that you have the right part this is my favorite store

I waited in line while one employee carried on a personal conversation about a mutual acquaintance with an INTRESTED dude, while the other employee (2 latinas in total) listened in. This was over 5 mins. and even when the eavesdropper finally asked if I needed help, she told me what I needed and continued to listen in on her coworker instead of helping me further...I got frustrated and went to Walmart and gave them my business.

They le me borrow a little machine to check my check engine light. Helpful staff

They tried to help and thats what I like about them. Unlike what Iced Tea says; When your Check Engine light comes on your screwed. .. Not so. If it comes on Go to Autozone first and ask them to put it in their computer. Its been a big help for me hopefully you too.

I went to autozone to get a new battery for my car today. Alex C and the other young guy (didn’t catch his name) that was helping me could not have been nicer or more helpful. I hate doing car maintenance but they made the whole experience of purchasing and installing a new battery almost pleasant. I will definitely be back!

I witness a theft occurring during my visit. I was astonish and shocked to see store employees put themselves in harms way in an attempt to stop or catch the thief. He got away. The cameras should show the details. Very dangerous for staff to protect products with their lives. But, good staff presence of mid and alertness.

This crew was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating to me. Im grateful this is my neighborhood store.

Great customer service at this location. There is one Employee name Andre. This dude was on point. He went over and beyond to help me and two other women with our cars.

I went to Autozone today to replace a bad battery. The store manager, Alex, waited on me. He was fantastic! He came right out with me and tested my old battery. Since I had bought the battery from the same Autozone 2 years ago, Alex said dont worry I will replace it right now and for free. I was in-and-out of that place within 20 minutes with a brand new battery at no charge. Thats what I call great customer service!

Car oil is too expensive here, at home Depot price is about half the cost.

Well I have been buying auto parts from this place since I have been moved to the area. The one thing I was asking for the staff in return was to allowing me to recycle my oil waste after I changed oil for my car. Guess what? After I bought the oil here and brought the oil waste back, every times they would said the tank is full. So please explain to me why am I buying oil from you and had to go somewhere else to recycle them. Well I guess you don’t need my money, so I will go somewhere else.

Lady who claims her name is Karen (with jamaican accent) was very rude to me. She claims I should know the name of the bulb that im trying to get replaced. I told her that, thats why Im coming to Auto zone. I tried to get the other black guy (african american) to me help, he didnt want to help as well. But, the Hispanic young girl and guy helped. By the way I am African American. Id fire those blacks or give drug test. Time i was there was around 2:00pm on Nov. 7th 2019

I Shopped at Auto Zone in Hyattsville, Md. I needed a lugg wrench. They had the dimensions I needed. I went on line first and knew they would have it. The employee let me go outside to make sure it would fit before I purchased it! Great way to do business.

And, besides being bilingual which is an asset in any customer service environment, he also seems to know the job and the products in the store like the back of his hand. He went above and beyond to assist me that day and I really appreciate it. Auto Zone is extremely fortunate to have him as an employee and should consider him as a model for future hires.

I went to this location to buy some parts and had the most unprofessional experience ever. I got there at 7:45 am the doors was lock. A young lady who claimed she was the manager was at the door cleaning the glass. She refused to open the door for me saying she was the only one in the store. Im confused if you are a store that on the website and on the store doors says you open at a certain time then that is the time you should open. It is not the customers fault or problem if there is only one worker. Especially a manager whose job is to take one for the team. Who turns customers away because as she said she is afraid to get robbed. There are millions of people who would love a managers position. Yet she let money leave the business because I had to go to another store in order to get my car fixed by a certain time. She needs to be fired!Thank YouNicarda J Mattheson

Needed 12 pt 17mm thin walled socket. 12 pt sockets were in sets. Hardly any 17mm sockets except in sets. No thin walled sockets. Plug sockets in sets (but not thin walled). Hundreds of individual sockets. I have many sets already. Maybe changing plugs is no longer done.

Nice people and store. Hopefully others will respect and take care of it too.
