Went to see what the newest sales were about. Spent a lot of money and got some great deals.

The staff really knows their product and makes you feel comfortable asking questions.

My Husband enjoyed his Birthday presents from this store.

First time in this store. lines were long but once I got inside I had a very non-cookie cutter experience. Great products were good to see but the great customer service made it better. Alexis was very helpful and helped me with any questions I had. Recommend this store 5/5

Staff very attentive to customer needs. Wide selection of products.

Went in for some hand soap and car fresheners and they had everything that I wanted.

It was a big new year sale when I visited this shop. The makeup store was very pervaded so it was quiet confusing to see the products of my own choice. But the staff was too much cooperative and helpful. They helped me out in selecting different makeup stuff. I will surely recommend it.

Wow! This location is horrible and unorganized. With the exception of one work, who was just as confused as me, there is not much to say about customer service. They had $3 wallflowers and 5/$23 all mixed together. The one section that was actually clearly marked and I confirmed with my 3rd employee when they rang up my mango pineapple it was still wrong. The cashier tried to blame it on customers moving items, but I let her know the entire basket of that scent was in the $3 section. Instead of honoring that, another cashier went and removed the $3 sign. When your own employees dont even know what is,what, how do you expect your customers to. And that cashier removing the sign is nothing but shady! This location gets a big fat zero! Corporate offices should recognize the employees and lack of organization at this location is running off customers and do something about it.

The smell usually draws me from the malls corridor into this well-lit store. The displays tend to keep me doting here and there. And, the staff is friendly and willing to help. I can not go in here and not come out with a little something. Even if it is just a few new pocketbacs.

They have really great deals ! So much to choose from and The employee Nancy is super helpful and makes you feel welcomed .

Good selection and great staff. They have handled the holiday season with such grace and are always so helpful!! This store was recently completely remodeled and is now comparable to the stores at high end malls.

It was a big after Christmas sale, the store was very crowded and some of the employees were not very pleasant to deal with at Bath and Body Works in PG Plaza mall. Sabine was very pleasant and she listened to our helpful hints to improve business. The mall has free parking and a nice vibe with a variety of dining and shopping choices.

Cool place 2 buy stuff 4 women & love their cucumber melon products

Cashier was rude. Did not answer questions and did not try to help. Just kept saying ‘cash or card’ a good 20 times during the entire transaction.

Usually pop in for hand sanitizer. Cute little key chain holders for sanitizer on the go!

Staff is friendly and helpful. I like visiting this store. Prices are also amazing 🙌.

Fast moving lines. They were fully staffed and very friendly. I received the help I needed and left happy. Also found everything I was looking for.

I went and got my fiance some candles the young lady and it was very very very helpful and very knowledgeable about candles I would recommend this place very very highly and I will be back again Im very satisfied customer indeed

I enjoyed going. Took back a broken candle and replaced it for another and brought couple more candles with some travel size body washes and body sprays.

Expensive as hell, the sign said buy 3 get 3 free but instead I paid 50 bucks for 6 items. Unjustified price and [SOME] associates just stare at you as if youre stealing some of their merchandise.

Went to the store for the sale. Couldnt find anything to go with another...body spray no lotion or found the lotion then there was no spray!!! Cmon totally was unhappy.
