DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS!!! The racial profiling, though disgusting, is almost expected when dealing with these people. This time they accused my 11-year-old of stealing because she picked up something in the front of the store, but when she was told she couldnt have it, she placed it down in the back of the store where I was. When we got to the front to purchase what we had, the worker accused her of stealing, because he didnt see the box of press on nails she picked up. The embarrassment of being questioned in the front of everybody in the store has made my daughter feel terrible. Now my daughter is distraught as she is a really good child who would never steal anything. I cant express how upset I am at this point, and I will never step foot in that establishment again.

STAY AWAY. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Worst experience ever. From the time i stepped in this store, i had different workers behind my back watching my every move. Each and every isle i turned into, i met a staff there and they did not even try to act like they were working, they were looking at me. I felt so uncomfortable, being profile or treated like that. At the counter, my total purchase was about $20 and the cashier asked me if i wanted to pay with debit or credit card. I said credit and he told me that i have to show him my ID to pay with a credit card. Me knowing my rights and since i actually signed my card, i told him no. He took my card and started reading my name before swapping. This was the worst experience at a beauty supply i have ever had. Seriously, if you do not feel comfortable serving your customers, take your business somewhere else. Dont treat your customers like thieves. To any customer out there, dont waste your time here, it is not worth it. They are really bad and the customer services is the worst. This was my first time to this Ugly customer service supply and will be my last time. Read other reviews and dont come here. Shame on them.

My daughter was profiled at this store. One of the men there were watching her as soon as we came in and accused her of stealing(which she did not). I will never buy from them

It depends on what time of the day you come in. The night/evening staff are nice and helpful.The night evening r nice. While I was waiting putting my coat on the staff cut the lace off and gave me 10% off the display wig. (Which most places do since other people have been trying it on). All I had to do by the time I walked to the counter is pay and walk out. The girl that helped me try on wigs was so nice! The only reason Im giving this place any stars.The day staff I dunno if he is the owner but he is rude. I ask if they could cut the lace they say you pay first (like I wasnt going to pay for it). I asked about the 10% off the display he said not its the last wig one of a kind. I didnt understand because the one I bought 2days ago was also the last wig/one of a kindI bought a wig both times.I dont want to come back to the store because if the owner is rude like that why would I want to give him any of my business. He made me feel unwanted.

I absolutely love this store. I come here all the time for my hair needs. The workers and owner are so friendly. I have build a good relationship with them. They know exactly what i am looking for. And give great discounts. And they are watching so dont steal from my friends.

I am so sorry I did not read the reviews first. Im so mad that Im writing this rating from the car. I came here for convenience and boy was I in for a surprise. I was looking for products for my daughter who is natural. So it took me a while to make a decision. I noticed that while Im searching, people started coming down the aisle, not customers. So I made a decision and by this time theres a man position near the register as if I was about to bolt. Instead of following me around engage me and offer some help. The cashier was no better, rude and abrupt. I am so sick and tired of this treatment. If you cant trust us in your stores, relocate your business. 1st and last time purchasing from Premium Beauty Supply!

I AM SO TIRED OF ASIAN HAIRSTORE BUSINESS OWNERS THINKING WE ARE ONLY GOOD ENOUGH FOR TAKING OUR MONEY AND NOTHING ELSE. I had a REAL bathroom emergency and they all but laughed in my face and turned me away. I had to go to the subway down the street, not far but far enough when its dire. I spend $100+ each time I come in. Im a dedicated patron of your establishment but NO WAAYYYYY can I use your bathroom. This place is the epitome of hair supply decadence and it pains me to say this. POC please open a store I will travel an hour out to support, I swear to you!

Pls dont go there... they are thevies, they sell u wrong products and tell they cant give ur money back, when they are clear wrong for selling the wrong thing. Fake pple, fake products
