Went in with a family member looking to gain mass & GNC trains their staff 2 exceed the limits of hospitalty with how they were able to assist us with finding the right product to suit his fitness needs. You dont need a pocket full of cash to benefit from investing in your health or to even buy most of these products as you could buy GNC which is just as affective as some of those bigger names. Wether your looking at loosing a couple pounds or need to bulk up this summer for football, even if your get sore after work outs or training and conditioning, Just come down gave a talk and let then rrcommend Always helpful abd many of the products are even used by the employees so they can give an accurate review of their products.

I went in search of black seed oil and the young man who was at the store was very helpful and over all friendly.

The employees of this location need more training. They do not go over and beyond to fix a solution, in which I thought that was how GNC’s customer service was supposed to be. It’s evident that this staff lacks proper training and does not understand what supporting the customers needs is. Was sold an item from a different location. Chose this location due to convienice. The item was marked down at the previous location that the item was bought. I was told that I had to return to the previous location where the item was purchased. That is not the solution, nor how it works. 03/24/2019, entered the store are approximately 2:30 pm.
