Best environment ever

This is one of THE most unprofessional establishments in Columbia Mall. A bunch of untrained young loud young adults playing. The manager Matt seems to condone this behavior. Instead of assisting with the dozens of customers he stood around swinging his arms. When it was brought to his attention, he became real indignant and stated we were free to go elsewhere. And well, thats exactly what I did. I went downstairs to FL and spent my $507.54. Kudos to them. PS. I did reluctantly have to go back to champs because they did not have my daughters size in FL. I was upset about having to spend one red cent. Never again.P.S. Im writing this review under PG because Google is stating The Columbia store is closed. (Not true). Also the manager refused to give me contact information for a Regional manager.

Mediocre to say the least. Not very competitive pricing. I am normally greeted at the door though. And they did just have a pretty good sale on adidas pants that I enjoyed. But for the most part Im never really impressed by anything...from the staff to the clothing to the prices...
