Didnt have a great selection 11/13/20. Generally I find jeans and cute inexpensive tops. Maybe God wanted me to save my money.

Cant go to PG Plaza w/o stopping in here. Always find a super cute top for $10 or less

Trendy and cute clothes all in one place. Love their assortment of shoes as well. Great customer service. The story manager, I believe her name is Sheniya, was so kind and patient with us. She was able to handle multiple requests simultaneously. Truly a professional. Check this place out!

Prices too high for selection of clothing not worth the price

They have one employee who is very fun, helpful and friendly. Kristy helps the customers, plays with the kids, does her work and know the merchandise well. She even wears the clothes and shoes. Shes very colorful. Very positve and fast. Thank you Madrag PG Plaza

So I went to this store earlier (around 6 something) and saw a cute skirt. I decided I would continue looking around the mall and get it on my way out.The mall closes at 9pm. It was 8:45 and I began to rush back and get that skirt. I got there at 8:53 and the gate was half down as there were still a few shoppers in the store. I stood there for a few seconds. I pushed the gate up and proceeded to go inside. Every single employee in that store said Were closed! which is funny because as I was standing there trying to ask if I could come in no one paid me any kind of attention. I said, Dont you close at 9? They look to the woman on the register, I assume she was the manager, and she says they are closed NOW! So I repeated....So you dont close at 9? She repeated her answer while ringing up a customer. I told the closest associate that I was there earlier and just wanted to grab a skirt I would be super fast. The woman at the register said she had already closed her register down. I paused and then walked out. I really wanted that overpriced skirt but it wasnt worth the rudeness. If her register was closed, how was she completing a transaction? Non of the other stores were closed or rude...I understand its a Saturday and you want to go home but you must complete your job in a satisfactory manner! #fail

I really like Madrag, they have nice kinda of urban clothing that are good for the price. I find that they have better quality jeans at H&M though for less. This review is for this visit. Before their cashiers were not nice.

My niece met an employee named Kristie who helped her purchase a jean jacket she got designed for her birthday. Kristie was very nice she was dancing with customers while sweeping the store. She was putting out clothes and helping in the fitting room. This young lady gives the store life. She is colorful and knows alot about customer service. I had to tll all my friends about MadRag PG Plaza.

The manager was very helpful and they offer a lot of mark down items. I went vacation shopping here for an upcoming DR trip.

This store has a nice selection of shoes and socks and underwear and hand bags the manager and the employees are friendly will ask you can I help you very nice store to bring the kids and family.

The customer service could use some work. There were plenty of employees there however they were too busy involedbin their own personal conversations to assist anyone. I left out before I made a purchase. Also the staff didnt seem too friendly or approachable
