This place is the best shop in town to have any work done. There always friendly and nice to me and anytime I have questions about my truck there here to answer them. Had them install parts and a fass fuel system and was done within the time frame they gave me.

We had our truck towed to the shop on Dec 21 2019. The truck had spun a bearing and needed a new motor. We have a warranty and we’re greeted at the door with distaste, we were told that they hated working with warranty’s because they were “a pain to deal with.” They still agreed to work with us and the warranty...but there the truck sat. We called and asked when they would be able to get to the vehicle and told that it would be within the next day or two. The next THREE months rolled by and the truck moved once for the inspector to look at it. Had they just been up front and sent us on our way, our truck would’ve been finished through another shop. We were assured that we still had a bill with them, and could pay for it to be towed AGAIN. Do not take your warranty repairs here.

Top notch service. I needed help putting a Supercharger into my gas powered 2017 Jeep. No one else was willing to touch the project due to known issues with the programming and tuning. These guys installed it in no time at all and powered through the tunning with the manufacturer. I have had 0 issues since the install and Im thrilled with the service and customer care.

I took my 07 Duramax to 3 different mechanics who couldnt begin to figure out the problem. These guys put 2 days into figuring it out and only charged me a basic diagnose fee. I will take my truck back for anything I need.

Came from Phoenix to visit family before I left I was scheduled to have a Titan fuel tank installed. Unfortunately the local guy fell through with shipping problems. The wife knew I was disappointed. So she looked up a shop that could do the work in Idaho. Thats when we became acquainted with a guy by the name of Brent.Brent was able to schedule one of his technicians by the name of Tyler to come in on a Saturday morning. Tyler was able to knock it out in about 3 1/2 hours and now Im loving life with extended range!Thanks guys next time Im in town I believe Ill need some additional upgrades.

I had some issues with my truck and the guys at Powerlab Diesel took a look at it for me and they where able to save me a bunch of money. They were so good I go to them first every time, Ive been back several times for upgrades and I feel theyve always treated me right. I recommend Powerlabs Diesel for repairs and upgrades.

Brent is excellent at what he does and knows what hes doing. Best prices and very good service! Took him my 03 duramax and my 2011 duramax and love the way they both run! Wouldnt take my business anywhere else. Worth the 2 hour drive to get work done from him. Highly recommend him to anyone!

Bought a carli leveling kit from them. Ordered it April 30th, was not shipped out to me until the 16th of may because they made a mistake in inventory and had to order the kit from the carli factory before they could ship it to me. I would be understanding, but they did not notify me of the delay until the 7th, which means they waited 7 days to get to work on my order or they didnt have it the whole time and were not honest about it. Kit was in good shape and shipped quickly after the 16th to be fair.

They messed up my truck with a bad tune, they had a bad attitude about it. I had to have my truck towed to the real PowerLabs in shelley and they charged me less and fixed my truck.

They have done all the work on my Cummins and I am a forever customer cause they are straight up with you on what is going on

8 weeks and $2000 later they put a used turbo in my truck to fix fuel rail pressure problems and still didnt fix the problem.I will never again darken their doorway.
