We had an experience. The two ladies that helped us were knowledgeable, friendly and patient. We had lots of upgrades and changes to our plan and they were able to take care of everything. I highly recommend visiting this location for all your phone needs.

Liz is the most unprofessional employee I’ve ever met. She doesn’t know what she’s doing whatsoever. The Cricket in Rexburg fixed the problem within seconds while she kept saying it was nothing she could fix. She raised her voice at my sister and I when we’re the customers. She kept eating and touching our phones with her greasy fingers. Made comments like “I was just about to watch a movie but I guess not”...on one of the iPads they sell!! The whole experience was horrible. I don’t understand how you hire that type of person....lazy and very unprofessional!

I recommend stopping in to see Liz for any of you cricket phone needs, she is knowledgeable and very helpful and pleasant!

This was the second time I have had to visit this store in the past year. Funny enough, Katrina was the associate that helped me each time. The service was great. Katrina really seemed to care about the customer experience. Thank you Cricket!

I am super impressed with this Cricket Wireless Store location and especially with the level of customer service I received by the employee named Jaeger. Wow. He went above and beyond. Every 4 months I purchase 10-20 per-paid phones for international students I work with at a local university. Jaeger explained about all prepaid plans Cricket currently has, he showed me all the phones within the price range I was looking at. He then quickly and efficiently connected 12 prepaid phones for me, quickly took the payment and checked to make sure every phone was working m, emailed me every receipt as I requested and even made a list of every student with the phone number next to it! Talk about going an extra mile! I’ll definitely come back next semester when my new group of student arrives. I was taken care of so well, this quality of customer service will always have my business.

My Cricket company is so fantastic the best people in there and they always are willing to help me no matter what I do and theyre always got a smile on and ready to visit and treat you like a human in there they never have been hateful they never are hateful the anybody that Ive ever seen this is one of the most awesome groups that Ive ever seen and they all work together to help each other plus than the do better for the customer Ive never seen such great company and I love them all the way I will never go anywhere0

Great service as always

I had a plan with 5 lines for right around $140. I was starting a second plan with one line and they charged me $140 more totaling $280. My secretary did not know what the price was supposed to be so she paid the to 280 for nearly 6 months. When I noticed that they were charging me $90 more than they were supposed to be I contacted customer service and they refused to help me in any way.

My wife and I were looking for a new service provider that isnt super expensive but still had decent customer support. Neither of us expected the experience we got at this store. The people were knowledgeable, patient and kind. Porting out numbers over to their service was fast and super easy. Best experience I think Ive ever had with a cell phone company right off the bat. So far coverage has been great as well on our new phones and service.Edit: The coverage is still good and the service has still been excellent. I dont recommend the free/cheap phone though if you can manage. Its very slow, terrible camera, and not worth replacing if it breaks.

Manager josh was horrible. I Tried to make a return employee had sad i could and was told i was given bad information. He refused to give me the store owners info when i said i wanted to take it up with the owner. When i told him not to call me honey he told me to get the f##k out of the store.

I was referred to Cricket Wireless and up to this point I have enjoyed the service. I heard about the 2 lines for $80 and so I went in to this Cricket Branch to add my wifes cricket number to my own account and requested to get on the $80 plan. I expected my monthly bill to be $80 per month but when the following month came around I received a text message that said a recurring amount of $105 would be deducted from my credit card. Naturally I wondered if the last payment I made was a prorated to the amount of $105. I asked the store rep and she confirmed I was not on the $80 plan but still on seperate plans amounting to $105. My wife and I paid a combined amount of $105. I paid $43.17 & she paid around $60 last month. I told her I signed up for the $80 plan. She asked what representative helped you and I said its the young lady standing to your right. She confirmed and said well I guess I didnt set up your account correctly. I said I expect to receive a $25 credit because we paid $25 more than we were supposed to. She said call 611 because we do not offer credits or refunds, only Cricket can do that. I called Cricket Wireless. They also confirmed my wife and I paid a combined amount of $105 last month but said they dont offer credits or refunds but I will have to return to the branch for the refund. I spent 2 visits plus a 35 min phone call only to discover that Cricket Wireless is not going to do anything to make things right for me. I will be taking my business to Republic Wireless. Its too bad Cricket Wireless will be loosing a life long customer due to poor customer service!!!

Changing ones phone is never a fun experience. One I find harder when people speak too fast, mumble, dont annunciate their words and refer to any one of six phones as this and this or this...I kept wondering what this is being referred too? Ive had better experiences with Cricket over the past 4 years. But for the value, Im not going to change any time soon.

The one by the mall has much better service. More helpful staff and Ive been a customer for a number of years.

So unprofessional! When our 3 year old asked one of the employees why one of their phones needed a pass word, he replied, SO LITTLE KIDS CANT DOWNLOAD PORN.Seriously... is possible to be any more stupid?! What a wildly inappropriate comment to say to 4 kids ages 3 to 9. We immediately took all of our children and left. My only regret is not having told that employee what an idiot he is.

Came in for the 40$ unlimited for 12 months. If I ported a number. David the manager then set me up with the plan. Came in the next month and they told me it was 60. I told them no I am on a promotion that makes it 40 for 12 months. Long story short he didnt port it correctly, now he has been fired and no-one at cricket wants to fix the problem. Good luck trying to get ahold of the manager. Took me 10 plus times to get ahold of him because he always seems to step away at the perfect time.

I love you my Cricket Wireless cell phone very good price cant beat it the five line for only a hundred seventeen thats pretty good 5 GB and specials stream screen movies and TVs

I switched over from boost and got the zte grand x 4. It is 5 dollars cheaper a month but the service isnt as good. My phone drops calls in town, i cant record and play back audio because it sounds distorted. My phone will randomly close apps. My alarms wont work. Ill probably be switching back to boost soon. Very disappointed.

There is a nasty little girl that works there. Every time I go in to make a payment or change, Im met with attitude and rudeness. She would much rather play on her phone .Maybe the boss doesnt realize how terrible she is with customer service . Your Paying customers should not feel like theyre bothering the staff, by trying to pay a bill. Ill drive across town next time .
