The young lady was extremely helpful with my problem! Ive been a Metro customer for a while and always have great service with them.

Ashley & Miriam are the best! Both girls helped us quickly and efficiently! We added a line and switch two lines in 30 minutes! Great job girls!

Went in today with my son 9/29/2020 at 5 pm to the store in Idaho falls. The individual working was the rudest Ive ever encountered in a retail establishment in my life. While my son asked questions about policies the salesperson responded so nasty we dont do that here. When my son asked can you transfer everything from my old phone to my new phone..he again said..we dont do that. Thank you Cricket wireless for treating us with the respect you did. As for Metro. Good luck if you continue to employ people of this caliber.

These people do not care about their customers, just about making money. I came into this location to activate my old MetroPCS phone on the plan I had before. I used to have the $30 per month plan. They told me I couldn’t buy that plan because it wasn’t eligible for any promotions. I made it clear I was not interested in phone promotions because I just wanted to activate my old device not get a new one. Well they told me I couldn’t buy the $30 plan regardless, and I had to buy a higher plan no exceptions. This sounded iffy to me, so I left the store. I got a hold of customer service and asked them if I was required to buy a certain plan. Just like I thought, there is no plan requirement if you’re not interested in any phone promotion. If you bring your own device you can get any plan, but the people here did not want to sell me the lowest plan. It didn’t matter to them that I didn’t want a new phone, and that I didn’t need more than what the $30 plan offers. Before walking out of the store, the employee finally said something along the lines of “it’s just not worth it for us to sell that plan.” In other words screw you. Please make sure you do your research before going into any metro store in the area. When I said I would just go to another metro to get the plan I wanted, they told me they owned most of the metros in the southeast. Will never go through this company again.

Google had crashed and none of my apps were working so I took it in to Meteo PCS on Broadway and the lady figured out the problem and fixed my phone. Thank you thats customer service.

I sat in the car as social distance requires. I always liked that building even when it was a thrift store when I was child.

Went in today to add a line and the man working was so nice and helpful. Let my son play with a balloon to distract him. Seriously the best customer service from any Metro Ive received. Dont waste your money and time at the boost/metro PCS aka accesories 4 u on lomax. They are always so slow and ridiculously rude! Take the extra drive time to this Metro its worth it !!!

Dont let Google fool you they open at ten not 9. Should really fix that just saying. Drove to metro pcs and found out they dont open till 10 waste of gas and time.

I was paying a ton too much from Verizon in data and had not had a good experience . I really enjoyed how quick and fast the got me connected and switched over . Thank you

Never will I ever buy a phone at this store as soon as my husbands plan is over he will be going to different company the employees are rude hang up the phone on you if they dont like what your saying they dont informe you about there return policy at the time you purchase a phone the manger at this store I think he said his name is Carl made impossible to return the phone even exchange it. We had the phone for one day he said the return policy is 7 days and could have 60 minutes of talk time he looked at the phone and said the phone 60 minutes which is lie there where 4 missed calles and 1 call that didnt even last a minute said they only thing we could do was wait 7 days and we could upgrade the phone which we would have to pay more there.

Prices are way too high from what it states online! Overpriced for sure! Service was okay but all they cared about was signing me up. Didnt even bother asking what I wanted or what I was looking for.I cant believe all the reviews are false. I only went to the store based on what it said but I see now that its all their employees or owner posting. They all have only rated metropcs stores they are related to! Thats really sucks for us regular people who actually believe this stuff.

Looked at hours online before I went over to the store said they opened at 9 get there sign on door says they dont open until ten. The guy that opened the store showed up right at ten and then had to take 15 minutes to sign in to his computer to ring me up for the charger I was purchasing.

Had a problem with the phone I brought and they worked fast at ordering me a replacement phone and helped me transfer my apps and phone numbers to the new phone.

The service was aweful. We visited family in Tennessee and Missouri and we seemed to never have service. We often didnt have service in Idaho either.
