We were very disappointed with the help we received today. Maggie was the associate who helped us. She began transferring our data to our new phones. While it was transferring, she disappeared promising she would be back in just a few minutes. After 15 minutes she never came back. We started working on finishing things ourselves (since we had kids with us and couldnt just sit around waiting) and began having questions. She still never returned. We started asking questions of other associates and they were able to somewhat help but were helping other customers so couldnt fully devote their time to us. (Understandable, especially since Maggie was supposed to be helping us.) Eventually we finished the process on our own. Even reseting our own phones to factory settings without her. We left the store never seeing her again. It was frustrating to have spent the money for someone to help us and to have that person leave halfway through the process and never return. I understand things might come up but she never returned to communicate this with us or to even ensure that things were going okay or set us up with a new associate. We are frustrated at the money we spent for the help that we didnt end up fully receiving.

Jake, a Verizon associate spent two hours helping me set up a new account that saves me over one hundred dollars a month. He was pleasant, professional and extremely patient with a technically challenged seventy one year old. Cant thank him enough.

I would rate this store higher if I could. I had just bought a used iPhone and was told at the Verizon store it could not be hooked up. I was just going to cut my losses but decided to call here. The guy who answered the phone was extremely nice and encouraged me to come in. I was met with Jess who was so sweet and positive. She got my phone up and running within minutes and now I’m a new and happy customer. I would definitely recommend this store and will go here for all my needs. They took the time to understand the problem and troubleshoot it and provide excellent customer service which is hard to come by these days.

This is a great location and has fantastic, helpful people working here! Nick went above and beyond helping me with my phone. I was experiencing problems with my old phone, and I spoke to Nick who listened intently to my situation. He advised me that a new phone might be the best route.He looked at my account and was able to make sure I got the best possible price. He hooked me up with a brand new phone, increased my cellular service to 5 Gigs, up from 4.Its nice when you find a caring individual that does everything he can to serve your interest. I had a horrid time at another Verizon store and did not get the assistance I needed. I walked into this small store about to close, the attendant there asked my situation. I explained the reasons for being too late coming and would he be able to assist. Anthony Said he could work an my Autistic sons phone. Anthony was working with another customer at the time, his demeanor was calming even though he was going between both customers. Anthony treated us like we were the most important person in the room, and he was doing that for everybody in the store... I was able to finish the needed work on the phone at home, with the instructions from Anthony...

WOW, I am so impressed with Antonio Jones. He deserve more than 5 stars. I have been in customer service for more than 25 years and a manager for 20 of those years. It is very hard to find GREAT employees and ANTONIO is. He goes beyond the job. He is personable, knowable but most of all he cares about the customer. From the start he made me feel so comfortable. He listened to what I wanted and needed. I never felt pressured in any way. He took his time and answered All my questions. He is 1 of the best I have seen in this business. He is an asset to this company and they are lucky to have. While I was in the store there were several people that came in and wanted him to help them, and that is because he cares about the customer and makes them feel that he will make sure that they get taken care. So if you go into this location ask for Antonio and you will be very happy and taken care of.

I just don’t even understand how a business works in this fashion. Maybe they should hire more workers? A few people have come in to just purchase an accessory and they said sorry you have to wait.. we’ve been here at least 45 mins, one dude is sitting and chatting/flirting doing who knows what. The other two look like they are doing something, not sure why it’s taking so long.. a cute, skinny, lady in workout gear comes in and the guy shooting the breeze with the ladies jumps up to help her, doesn’t make her wait in line.. both Verizon stores in town waits are unreal!

I Nervously walked into the Verizon store to get my first smart phone. It was Brock, who calmed my fears. See, I didnt grow up on the younger generation of having smart phones. As it was, I felt luck enough to have figured out my flip phone. Now my needs, were beginning to exceed the capabilities of this type of phone. From the start, Brock was great on taking care of my concerns and helping me get a phone that worked for me. The whole time, he was extremely kind and respectful. Brock gave us amazing service and was extremely helpful and patient with a phone of ours that wouldn’t backup. He made sure all my husbands data was transferred to a new phone and that we were satisfied. We’ve never had an experience as good in a Verizon store as we did here!

The worst business I have ever seen. Lied to my wife about a devise and it’s capabilities. We had to go through Verizon to approve a cancellation and went to return the devise. The manager tried to convince my wife to keep the devise until the $150 credit came through and then return the devise. When we refused to be dishonest he refused to call the representative we had dealt with to wave the restocking fee and told my wife she had to deal with it herself and made her pay when it was the store employee who lied to my wife about the devise. Don’t do business with them.

Nick the store manager was a LIFE SAVER. The Verizon stores in my town didnt have what I wanted so they ordered what I requested but got the order wrong. I asked them to cancel my order and I went to the store here in Idaho because they had the phone I wanted. When I got here, they told me I couldnt upgrade because the order was still pending from the other store. I drove 2 hours to come to the store in Idaho so I was understandably mad. Nick did EVERYTHING in his power to help me and called customer service and worked with them endlessly so that I was able to upgrade and didnt drive out here for nothing. He deserves these 5 stars! Give that guy a raise!

Liked my old phone but love the new one. Good place to shop for phones and accessories. Daniel was great and when I stopped by with a question the manager, Sean, took excellent care of us. You can buy the hardware anywhere, its the service that separates the many stores.

This place SUCKS. Today was the longest afternoon of one we were waiting for 1 hour, while a certain JAKE attended a ridiculous lady for 1 hour, downloading silly applications! I do not recommend it at all! They are not aware of other customers!

Sold items by previous employees incorrectly apparently (over a year ago). Changed their tune on it and are now charging for a service that was previously covered at no charge. No real apology, more of a throwing of previous employees under the bus and telling me to deal with it. Unethical BS. I understand if a policy or service has changed, but Ive already paid, should be guaranteed or grandfathered.Update as of May 14, follow up customer service has been great. Current staff has been very helpful and ordered me a case at no cost. Thank you Anthony and everyone else.

Stopped into this store because my phone hasn’t been working correctly at all. Most people would’ve tried to sell me a new phone, but Anthony and Madison took the time to fix it and make my day. They also showed me a few ways I can lower my bill and told me a few cheap options for tablets for my kids too! I will definitely be back to this store and work with one of these two people.

We went in to get a new phone for the old man, we were able to trade in his iPhone with an upgrade for an iPhone 8 for basically free. Nick was very helpful and noticed that if we upgraded our business account he could save us some money. He called us later that day and saved us $50/month on our bill and all of our business account phones/iPads now have unlimited data along with some other perks. Nick also helped me a few years ago when I upgraded my iPhone, I bought the screen protector and they replace it for me for free if I ever need it, which has been 3x in the last few years. Overall a great and easy experience, even the old man was pleased, which is not an easy thing to accomplish. Another note, I much prefer going to this location because I never wait long. On the other hand if I go to the main Verizon store in town it seems like I usually wait 30-40 minutes. I would certainly recommend going here first.

After having been to a regular Verizon store and coming to Bullfrog I will NEVER go back! Bullfrog is AMAZING with their customer service. They walk you through everything you ever need to know and treat you like a person. Very personable store not corporate at all. Love Bullfrog!

As soon as I walked into the store the staff was very kind and helpful, and everyone of them were wanting to help me get just what I wanted! The only complaint I have is that the guy that transferred my contacts didnt do it right so I actually ended up with old old contacts from back when I was in high school. Than I couldnt get into my old phone to get them all back :/ Other than that the store was very organized and clean and the staff was GREAT!

These Guys Do Not Care !!!! The manager Brock Pence is very dishonest and unprofessional! Came in to upgrade 2 phones and he talked us into buying two new ones on a “buy one get one free” deal. We decided to do it and give the 2 “free” phones to our kids. After being charged for the phones ALL FOUR OF THEM month after month we went in to discuss the problem and were told each month that it would be fixed by the next month and we would have a credit on our account. After the 4th month my husband finally went in and told Brock Pence that we were not leaving until things were fixed. He assured us it would be this time. NOW THE MONTHLY CHARGES FOR 4 PHONES and the 2 year contract we had to agree to in order to get the “free phone deal” WILL BE TAKEN OUT OF OUR ACCOUNT FOR THE NEXT 2 YEARS and he just casually called us back and said sorry nothing I can do about it! SORRY???? So let me get this straight If I have a business I can just charge someone’s card whatever I want and say sorry?? Now he won’t take any of our calls! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! HE IS VERY DISHONEST and could careless about fixing any issues!!!!! HORRIBLE Customer Service!!!! I have been in the local business industry for years and can’t believe the lack of help from these guys. 5 months, call after call, one day spent 5 hours in the shop and trusted that each time the problem had been fixed! I will definitely be telling everybody I come into contact with our story and make sure they understand what kind of management and company this is so nobody else gets taken advantage of! Don’t Even Go In They will say whatever the have to in order to get your business and then back out!!

I bought a new iPhone from this store last week, thinking it was a Verizon store. It is NOT a Verizon store. They are an authorized dealer and can do whatever they want even though they claim to be the face of Verizon. I was not able to add the price of my trade in phone to the price of my new phone. I was told I needed to use the credit from my old on in store purchases only, not the phone itself. Somehow a $70 glass screen protector plan ended up in my bag. I also had to use my credit on items I did not want. It wasnt until management was contacted that I could add the price of my trade in to the price of my new phone. Once everything got resolved and the unwanted items were returned, I somehow ended up having insurance put onto my phone, without consent. These guys are sneaky and slip things into your bag without you knowing what youre paying for. Be careful!!

Grace i believe was her name helped me out and she was very helpful very kind and informative and helped me decide on a phone. Unfortunately i could not upgrade quite yet. I will definitely be going back to this store when i am up for an upgrade to get a new phone.
