In my own situation and diet I want thoroughly impressed. But thats my own unique needs. I very much wish there was a small low sodium section and/or that low sodium, zero salt, and gluten free items had a prominent colored tag to make it easier to find and buy these items. But the staff is great and they did have a few items that fit my low sodium diet. Not any I went in hoping for even though they carried similar items by the same brands. I would still, absolutely, recommend the store itself.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Im so glad I found this place while on my road trip. I would say its the Whole foods of Idaho.Only suggestion is to add more fresh produce.

Adorable place! The only thing its missing is everything I went there for. I.e. sesame oil for body massaging, raw almond butter grander to make your own, and edible Epsom salt. But its a nice place otherwise - I ended up buying plenty of other things!

Amazing gem with so much vegan grocery goodness! So many delicious options for vegan cheese, meat, bread, dessert, snacks, etc. Friendly staff, and the owner is friendly too. Offered to buy and start stocking a product I was looking for but couldn’t find there. Really went above and beyond

Its a nice store with generally usually low to same prices compared to other stores with the same product s. Natural grocers has a rewards program that works to lower prices even more. Loved it here! Very cute store, but has a small selection because they decided to dedicate 1/3 of the store to supplements, vitamins, etc.

The vitamin section here is amazing. Multiple brands and strengths and a huge variety. I dont subscribe to the whole thing with Free Range boneless skinless almonds, or Organic, Gluten Free apples, but if you are, they definitely have it here.

This place has a lot of cool things that you can’t get in other stores. It is more pricey but if your into things all natural better for environment type products then this place is for you

Kinda expensive, but if you are into the organic it is a great place. I love some chocolate they have there and I always go get that. Otherwise some of it is kinda nasty. But if you like organic its perfect, and really nice makeup ans face stuff

Came in with my teenage daughter, stopped us at the door and said I could come in but she couldnt because she cant wear a mask because of asthma. (Totally uncalled for towards a teen with a disability and Everyone knows kids are not carriers) Literally 2 cars in parking lot, so the store wasnt busy at all. Could have easily stayed 6 ft apart. The county had already dropped the mask mandate, but I guess this store loves the power. Funny, trying to get supplements and food to boost our immunity, and this store denies us access. I wont ever go back, plenty of stores carry vitamins and organic. Brick and Mortar should know better - Amazon has a lot of choices too!

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff great selection of products. They helped me figure out what I was lacking in my diet that was causing me severe chocolate cravings. Once I began taking Country Life calcium, magnesium and zinc supplement my cravings went away.

Amy came right up to me and told me to put my face mask on if I wanted to “shop in here.” You would think a health food store would know better than to be afraid of a virus with a 99.9% survival rate! Great place to get items not found anywhere else . The staff is helpful and polite and there selection is great, from organic produce to natural remedies . You will pay a little bit more here but its worth it to get the quality they offer .

Its a good health food store, but its a little spendy.

I use to love this store until my children were perceivably detained in the store Sunday! How can a company that claims health and WELLNESS treat children in such a way?! My kids were bullied and threatened by employees. Shame on all the management that claim their hands are tied until cooperate calls. Zero apologies, zero kind words, zero support from the employee nor management. Sad establishment. I hope you dont have to know what it feels like to be stonewalled and ignored as we have been since this event. Do not support this business. They dont care about you, the flesh and blood of their income.

This place has so many all natural products, essential oils, herbal remedies, organic foods, etc. If there is something off the beaten path you are looking for, this is your place.

Shameful manager. Some sweet people work there but the store itself is upholding unlawful restrictions and discriminating against those that have lung conditions that do not allow for mask wearing. Will never shop here again.

The experience at Natural Grocers is always a DELIGHT! the produce selection is fresh and LOTS of organic options!! Yay!! In the store you will find many vegan options to - a wide range of frozen, REFRIGERATED and dry goods. Definitely a treat because it can be quite difficult to find vegan options in IF. After watching the cashier handle cash for the person in front of me,, I asked the cashier to use hand sanitizer and the disinfect the cashier line. Instead the cashier searched for extensively for gloves and, with contaminated hands, started to put gloves on. I repeated my request that she not put gloves on and instead sanitize as per my request. She finally did so and then proceeded to put the now contaminated gloves on because she wanted to “protect a relative of hers who is sick.” I understood previously that staff at Natural Grocers was more conscientious than that.

Ive been shopping at Natural Grocers for 20 years, originally at a Colorado location. I was excited when the IF store opened because we needed more health food store options in our area. Unfortunately, my most recent shopping trip is the last one I make at this location. Some of the staff are just so rude, and Ive seen it and experienced it enough to no longer enjoy shopping here. It seems the younger or newer cashiers and staff are very friendly and helpful, but they do not seem to last long working here. I am pretty sure most of the problematic people are upper level or have worked here for a while (one repeat offender is a lady with long, dark and grey, curly hair). Rude staff is a common complaint, so hopefully this branch takes note and makes some changes.

A great selection of natural, organic, and healthy foods. The cashiers were pretty nice and the aisles were pretty well organized. The bathrooms could have been a little cleaner, but they were safe enough. The store itself was a pretty safe and clean environment though. Overall fantastic!

I love this store! Natural Grocers is the best place to get a good variety of organic foods, including gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian options, and fair trade, non-GMO, grass-fed, free range options as well. Id love to see them carry more local items, especially raw milk from one of our local dairies.

Pricy, as expected, but they often have foods I cant find anywhere else in town. I love that they keep boxes as an option to carry purchases when I forget to bring reusable bags. And the staff are friendly.

I like this store but I notice a lot of people struggling to get supplements without help. I am a Gastrointestinal Health Therapist and have intervened when people in conversation were looking for something that would have been contradictive to their condition and prescribed meds.

Great place for obtaining supplements that you would otherwise, have to order online. The staff is very knowledgeable about these supplements as well as their other items, ie. Food. Supplements are never cheap, but here, you can be confident that you are, more than likely, getting your moneys worth. They have very nice organic produce. It is a fun place just to go look around and find interesting things to buy or not.

I grew up in this town. However, it has been a longtime since I have visited. Living in Hawaii we eat all things good and organic. This store is a great addition to Idaho Falls. The produce is exceptional. For those of you that think the cost of organic food is high we pay double the price on nearly all items on Kauai. I was disappointed that they were out of what I needed and wanted, and it seems like their stock is low all around.I also asked a worker for assistance and she told me the number of the aisle, but didnt come with me to make sure I find what I was looking for, which I didnt.So I had to look for another employee, who came with me, just to find it was out of stock.Not quite what I would expect from a higher end specialty store.

This place has lots and lots of quality health food and gluten free food for those with special health needs. While the prices are a little high, the selection is extensive and the staff seems to be eager to go out of their way to help.The organic and hormone-free beef is very tasty. I recommend you try out a pound of it. Also, be sure to check out the huge line of delicious and nutritious snack chips and health drinks.

Not all NG carry the same items. When I travel through I have to call and double check before I plan on buying to take back to Canada. Staff is always helpful. They hold back turkey bacon for me to bring home. I love they carry local eggs and milk too. There bulk items are a good price.

They have a decent selection of Natural/Organic/Alternative products here. The staff is willing to help and they are usually pretty well stocked with a variety of items and brands. They do not offer bags for your items but do provide some boxes. They are also a bit pricier. Pricier than Whole Foods usually is, but they are the best place to get supplements and natural/organic item in all of Idaho Falls.

I dont shop here for my self, but I do instacart(shop and deliver items for customers)and I had an order to pick up here, it was my very first time stepping foot in this place and not knowing where anything was that was on the customers list(34 items)I instantly become frustrated, uggggh this is gonna take me for ever!!..I asked a customer association to help me...O. M. G...talk about the absolute greatest customer service Ive ever experienced!!!..I mean ever...the lady that helped me(I should have took her name down)took me around grabbed each item off the shelf..held it for me to scan(part of the process of instacart shopping)and put it in my cart..she was un believably helpful... there were other customers in the store of course that needed help so I insisted she went to go help them and I would work on what I could, I got most of the list taken care of and I needed her help with something else as she was helping another customer and she gestured to me..just a second..I responded with a thumbs up and headed over to where I needed to and when she was done she found me and asked if I needed any more help. Absolutely phenomenal customer service..Thank you again so much!

So overpriced! This place is clearly marketed to the vegan, herby, no-vac crowd. The only edible worthwhile thing I could find was Kombucha... otherewise, a person could starve shopping exclusively at this. Grocer. . .
