I wish I could give less than 1 star.I’m a college student who has been trying to cancel my membership for quite some time. Today, after attempting to send 3 letters, and also trying to get more information in person, someone finally told me over the phone that I need to certify the mail before sending. - if I had done this before I couldn’t received reimbursement, I feel like they don’t tell u this up front to make it harder I don’t know.Okay cool, my mistake, except I was also being charged 10 dollars extra with no email, text, anything saying they were raising it. So that sucks for me. I’ve been paying even more than I wanted too.And above everything, the manager was not very professional & even hung up on me this after noon.Don’t waste ur money here. Literally. Hopefully the letter I sent today will be my last
I am completely out of shape do to illness and joined Bodifi a few weeks ago. Everyone has been very friendly every time I have been in as well as helpful on the equipment. Their trainer, Raquel, is awesome. Am truly enjoying Bodifi!
All in all pretty nice place to work out, friendly, helpful staff and not overcrowded.Watch out for the fees, start up fee and six months later a fifty dollar Guaranteed rate fee on top of the monthly. Strange considering the same month that I pay a guaranteed rate fee, my monthly rate was also increased?? So apparently you pay to get a set monthly rate for a year, but only after theyve already increased your rate. HMMMM..... Incredibly unclear during the sign up process. Ive been told that the rate increase is due to new equipment. I havent seen any new equipment.Would be nice if the gym was open longer on Sundays for those of us that dont have Sunday off and cant make it during the 9-5 window. If youre going to increase rates at least make the hours reasonable 7 days a week.
One of the best gyms in Idaho! I’ve moved around quite a bit, and still haven’t found a better gym, This gym has all the equipment I need and more. It huge and not over-crowded at all. The employees care and they are always fun to talk to. Give them a shot if you live in the area. You won’t regret it!
This is by far the best gym in Idaho falls. The equipment is in top notch, the facilities are always clean, the staff is friendly, and they come up with fun ways to get the community involved! Would absolutely recommend this gym to anyone who is looking!
Great equipment but Bodifi has some of the absolute worst communication to its customers and the worst management/ ownership I have ever experienced in my years of going to and working at gyms. It is disappointing to say the least that they take advantage of there customers and are lazy in how they run things just because people don’t have a whole lot of other options. BE BETTER BODIFI
They make it very hard to cancel your membership I have to write a letter and send it. After reading other reviews it will probably never get cancelled. Will be writing a lengthy report to the better business bureau.
With my goal for boxing and other athletics, this gyms has done a lot to not only accommodate me but to also make sure I get the best workout in. If I ever need a new workout, other gym members will give you a few. All in all fantastic

Bodifi is probably one of the best gyms Ive been to. I can enjoy going to the gym at anytime and be sure that its never overcrowded. Its a great place for beginners as it has a very comfortable atmosphere and is not stressful, with people standing shoulder to shoulder fighting for a piece of equipment. Its also great for more experienced people who already know their stuff and can work out in peace with quality equipment.Im looking through some of these reviews and i am having a hard time understanding the difficulty some people are having. I havent been able to attend this gym for a while with covid and everything but I remember the contract being very clear with all of its reasonably priced fees and maintenance costs. In addition youre signed in for a year contract which automatically renews, just like most contracts, and youre responsible for ending it. If you actually take the time to understand your contract then all these things are very clear and easy. The only thing I havent experienced are all these cancelation troubles that people are having, but Im not planning on canceling my contract anytime soon. Anybody whos serious about working out should attend this gym, anybody else can go to anytime fitness.
Nearly impossible to cancel your membership, I got charged for 6+ extra months after I cancelled my membership. I called to get a refund since paramount acceptance messed up and they could do nothing. I asked to speak to a manager and the person deferred saying that no one there could offer me a refund. Dont get a membership here they are awful to deal with.

A complete 180 from 3 months ago. New staff and new management have been great. Garret is at the gym all of the time walking the floors and asking his members for their input on improvements and sustains with Bodifi. The membership prices are the best in Idaho falls and the staff is top notch
When I signed up for a year membership at this gym I had no idea it would automatically renew once the year was over. I mean, it’s called a “year membership.” I think this is something that should be mentioned. At least send a message to let me know you will keep charging monthly. Just a heads up, the only way to cancel is by sending in a letter. Even after the letter is sent, they have a 30 day cancellation process. This really sucks. How can you guys be like this specially during a pandemic?
This gym’s business model is disgusting. You get hidden yearly fees and have to physically mail in a request to cancel - can’t do it in person, online, or over the phone even with personal confirmation. And you don’t get postage for the preferred certified shipping? And you’re required 30 day notice? Aka “We are going to make it as irritating as possible to cancel and we are gonna charge you one extra month when you cancel just to squeeze you of extra money.”Gym itself was okay and staff were decent.
Stay away from Bodifi! Bodifis membership agreement is awful and they top it off with a horrible gym management company with a long list of upset customers. Just go to the Better Busniess Bureau and look at the reviews! A lot of people have been wronged by this company and Bodifi takes the easy road for themselves. This gym has nice people greeting you at the door and a nice list of benefits for paying for the gym but you will regret signing up here when you decide to cancel your membership.If you decide to quite their gym their billing company tells you they didnt receive your certified or registered letter and that it wasnt mailed within the 30 days required in their contract. Dont be fooled by the nice people and the nice look of the place. Stay away!
Of all the gyms I visited before making a decision and settling on this one, staff are awesome and always welcoming, equipment is in really good shape and there is plenty of it. The atmosphere is always friendly and encouraging, and when you have those days where you just need to have space and slay weights there is plenty of room to find your spot so you can get an amazing workout in and walk out of that place feeling awesome! I love this gym!

Super clean and spacious gym. The problem I was having at my other gym was not enough room. I was having to walk through squat racks to get anywhere. Bodifi is definitely doing it right with the design. the turf area, and kettles bells is a plus! Not a lot of gym have this. Staff is friendly and environment is perfect to get to my next goals. Also Bodifi is not a franchise which keeps money local and Im all for it! Highly recommended!

My boyfriend has had a horrible time canceling his gym membership. Good luck trying to get customer service. He is so frustrated that, I now have had to step in to get his membership canceled at his request.I have been on hold of 1 hour and 6 minutes last I looked with their account management company, Paramount Acceptance. Trying to cancel this gym membership since moving out of state has been a nightmare. For a contract that is now completed. He has been paying for something he cannot use and they have billed him during the stay at home orders for COVID 19!He left a message with their account management company a month ago and they never returned the call. He tried canceling in December when he moved and Bodifi had changed account managers. Staying on hold or leaving a message as they suggest (they will call you back) doesnt seem to get any results! We were finally able to get a person on the phone at Paramount Acceptance by just pressing 0 at the very beginning of the call ( Do not use their prompts unless you have a lot of time and maybe forever). We were not allowed to talk to a manager and told we had to send a certified letter to the management company to cancel the membership, that apparently renews automatically! Then we were given and email address to email some department where we should be able to get help.Any company that bills for services that they cannot provide is in my opinion unethical and taking advantage of the consumer.Bodifi and Paramount Acceptance customer service has been horrible.Unless you like jumping through hoops to cancel a membership, I would suggest not doing business with them!

BEWARE: To cancel your contract it usually takes 30 days which involves mailing a letter to salt lake. They of course will charge you for that extra month (or 2), waiting for them to cancel your contract. Standard cancellation process. The service is clearly to draw out your contract as long as possible. Many employees may tell you that you get free cancellation but the billing office will always tell you different. This is the truth, it happens with every account.The account managing employees are told to wait a certain amount of time before processing the cancellation. Same owners for all the bodifi in east Idaho.I am not saying the gym is bad quality, I just wanted to let people, who are considering signing a contract, know what their process is like.Do not expect to have an easy exit process, or straight forward, or honest. They will naturally try to charge you for another 1 year contract without you agreeing and then try to make you pay that during your cancellation process.Hopefully this helps someone make a more informed decision.
Customer service is an absolute nightmare, the staff will tell you whatever you want to hear . Cancel anytime is bull. Its just not worth giving your business to such an unethical company.... please show them that people will not stand for this .... workout elsewhere.. the cons far out weigh the pros

Really nice facility but marketed as a whole wellness center, definitely not that. Other people have posted they same, really unorganized, classes cancelled, rude management, staff changes very quickly, and crazy, hectic vibe there due to really loud music. A very unwelcoming vibe like they really dont want your business. On their site it says, Mind you body and your mind. Relaxation and Recovery That is not at all the environment. Too bad. Nice space and equipment.
Great gym..plenty of space n equipment, very poor customer service from manager Kaylee. Treated me like a second class citizen. Was told my membership was done before it had expired after showing an employee the proper date. I guess they dont want my business any longer..Thank you! Skylar was great when I joined originally.

Walk up to the glass doors and there’s a whiteboard that says, “As of June 7 we will be open on Sunday from 6-Noon”I look at my calendar and sure enough it’s May 31st 2020. All of these new hours and stipulations and my membership doesn’t go down, it stays the same but what I signed up and paid for and what m getting now are two different things.Def leaving this gym!!!

I have been a member for quite some time now and I highly recommend this gym for several reasons. The current management and staff are great to work with including the district manager and I had no problems with past management. The staff is attentive to members needs and reuests. The gym is kept clean and equipment maintained. The equipment has a full range of both free weights and machines. There is also a power lifting area with am indoor turf track area. It has a room for cardio and training as well as cardio equipment on the main floor. There is a spa/wellness area, a lounge area, a nutrition serivice bar and nutrition store. Members have also been very pleasant to meet. I have several years experience as a business auditor and mystery shopper for large corporations. I have watched this smaller business strive to forge ahead in these time while meeting members needs. I reommend that naysayers be ignored. 5 Stars for Bodifi.Sincerely, Superman.

Decent equipment but its incredibly loud. They play the music like its a nightclub. Everyone wears headphones. The locker rooms are so loud that you cant use them. You have to change in the bathrooms.It really kills your workout.

This place is so unorganized and unprofessional. Every time I tried to go to a morning fitness class, the teacher didn’t show, then they all started charging per class out of the blue without telling anyone The bathrooms are filthy and I doubt they’re ever cleaned. Their schedule, amenities and promotions are changing every five minutes and as a customer I couldn’t keep track of it. The management is rude and unaccommodating and I don’t think anyone behind the desk is really trained because I get different information every time I call in or talk to an employee. Basically, with their most expensive membership (around $70/month), I only have access to the basic workout machines I could get at Golds Gym for half the price. Step it up, Bodifi. This has been the biggest waste of money.

The gym is so pathetic. I’m shocked about how many hidden fees there are, and cancelling memberships are a nightmare. Not to mention that not even the teachers show up to their own classes!
I have already contacted Jordan E. at the BodiFi on broadway to inform him about the loud banging and rumbling noise we hear every single day! Sometimes it’s in the middle of the night, our walls are shaking like an earthquake from your customers slamming down the weights and whatever else there using in your building! There’s no reason to drop something so loud for the entire neighborhood to hear this noise every single day! I will take this to the city if it’s not addressed soon! I’m not the only person in the area who will be making the complaint!!
The gym is super clean and nice and the equipment is in great shape; the employees are friendly enough at first but when my boyfriend and I were thinking seriously of joining after experiencing a really awesome 3-day trial, we were treated really coldly when we questioned the high fees associated with membership despite the advertised low monthly price. I understand thats probably how they make their money, but it seemed like the fees came up out of nowhere, and not once were we told anything remotely reassuring like, for example, I know it seems like a lot of money upfront but I promise were worth it. Our questions were just kind of shrugged off, like we were crazy for even asking. No attempt was really made to positively sell us on membership and we both came away feeling like they didnt really care if we joined or not. We decided to go with Anytime, as the owner treated us really well no matter what questions we had and made us feel that he actually wanted our membership - weve had a great experience there so far! I wish the employees at Bodifi well but I would politely suggest that they do a better job of making people feel welcome when they want to sign up. The gym may be shiny and new but thats not all it takes to make and keep members.

The Idaho falls location has very poor management I didn’t have my key tag so this crystal lady told me they weren’t going to take the time to look me up if I didn’t have it I couldn’t work out which Is ridiculous because I am a paying customer and it literally takes seconds to look up the manager Kaylee could care less and doesn’t even take the time to acknowledge her customers definitely going to make the switch over to Ammon they don’t even deserve one star but you have to do a rating with a review

You’re not going to find a gym with the range of training equipment they have at that price. Having access to the 55 yard turf and the deadlift platform is a big deal for me.
New, inexpensive, clean, machines are in good order.
