Ive never been to the actual store but I have a membership and shop online. I rejoined May 2020 after being away 10 years. So glad I came back!!

Bad anti dog policy. They hate dogs. Owner said disrespectful things to me about my puppy.

So, I love their products & employees are awesome & always helpful & pleasant. But I was in the store yesterday & I used some of my loyalty dollars & THEY charged me shipping & handling really? I walked around got my own products, took them out of the basket, put them on the counter, took my basket back to the stack & because it took them 30 seconds longer on the computer to total my order out they charge me shipping & handling? I know it was only a dollar but its the principle of it ALL. I even called & evidently thats just what they do. WOW

I have used Melaleuca products since 2000. I absolutely love them! Anytime I travel through Idaho Falls I take the opportunity to stop at the store. I have always found the most amazing customer service people ever! Desiree has been the one who helps me the most and she has been awesome! I actually time my travels so I can stop! ❤️❤️

I live I Stanley ND. I traveled a long way and was excited to stop at the store and make my order for the month! I love these products! The products deserve a 5 star for sure but not the store so much, they’re hours are lame.;( I was so disappointed to find the store had already closed. I Soooo bad wish the store was open 24 hours, if not at least 11 or 12 hours a day! It’s reasonable seems how it’s the only one in hundreds of miles. I’m always traveling through too early or too late.

The food was delicious. However, I didnt like our server playing with her long briad hair while serving people.
